This place is great but the staff make it spectacular! The ladies are friendly and make great recommendations. The oysters were delicious, fresh and tasted like the ocean even in the middle of the airport. The Tsarina was outstanding. We got a 50g tin to go on our flight. I would fly into Heathrow just to eat here again.

Got a large order from here yesterday for family dinner. Food was amazing and the staff were very friendly. Freshly prepared on the spot and came in large portions. Definitely the best fish n chips in the area. Highly recommend

I ordered via uber eats after waiting over an hour I called the shop and was told they had just left and there might be traffic at 9pm at night. The food arrived freezing cold and the burger looked so burnt and hard it could have been a hockey puck. Took back to the shop and the man was so rude and lied about the condition of the food and blamed Uber eats. Refused to give me fresh and hot food. Never use them again

Proper Fish and chips, tartar sauce is lovely. Great girls on the counter serving.
