Wow is all I can say. We we’re a little hesitant, having had a dreadful experience at the caviar place in T3, in September last year but we were definitely wowed here. Bartosz was wonderful and made us the best platter of pastrami, prawn, and smoked salmon toasts, advising us and accommodating our tastes and was absolutely lovely with us. These, washed down with a couple of glasses of champagne, really made a fabulous start to our vacation. Thank you Bartosz for everything you did for us- we are so happy we did not let our previous poor T3 experience affect us visiting you guys in T4. You are definitely a cut above and we will be back😊

Was looking for a refuge away from the madness of Heathrow. Thought I had found it but was greeted with terrible service who made fun of me with another patron. About what, I don't know. Maybe because I'm American or not rail thin like the waitress who was petite with long black hair. Didn't catch her name. I quickly drank my flute, paid, and left.

Excellent fish and chips the portions are big and not expensive

Lovely Fish and Chips freshly cooked Lovely white fish good size portion plenty of chips Will buy again.Bought again tonight again beautifully coked fish in a light crisp batter and generous helping of chips Good delivery service.

They didn’t have what I ordered, but call to ask if they could substitute. I was happy enough with that. But they were an hour later than the estimated delivery time.
