When we come to high Wycombe we always visit auntie Anne’s the girls are so lovely. We have so much fun . Quality of food always 5 stars . Clean and cosy. Favourite food place 👌

The owner of this establishment is both odious and unscrupulous. I feel sorry for the staff as they are clearly trying their best.

When i stepped into the store i was mesmerized by the aroma of pretzels... above all, i was welcomed by a lady with warm smile named Rupsee, she was so professional and offered me lots of sweet and savory items... I took Cinnamon nuggets and honestly i found them delicious and fresh I will recommend people to please visit and enjoy unique variety of pretzels

I entered the store and received a homely feeling...Rupsee served me and introduce me their new limited edition biscoff nuggets which i found fantastic... i had them and it did not disappoint me...thanks to rupsee for convincing me and i recommend others to do try this new product

Poor, damaging brand reputation. We were given cinnamon nuggets, they were not fresh at all, you pay premium price for fresh items not for olds ones. I will not recommend this shop.

Firstly I have been here multiple times. One staff member with her hair tied in a bun had an appalling attitude and it really makes me question - do they hire anyone nowadays? Terrible overpriced experience don’t see it lasting much longer in Wycombe. Furthermore they treat too good to go customers like trash - ‘no meat, old stuff only’

My kids and I come here every weekend and we absolutely love it. The food is always so fresh and warm and the staff are so friendly. Rubsee specially is extremely helpful and professional she always makes my kids smile, so thank you and it’s always lovely to see her when we go.

My jaw is aching from chewing the cinnamon pretzel it was like biting into a rock. Definitely not what I expect for the price and it was barely warm. The service was awkward. One lady was really nice and the other one seemed likes she wanted to die. Not going here again :(

Avoid, poor service and bad coffee

I was able to order just before closing time, and I was not sure if the pretzels were still "fresh". Rupsee assured me they were still fresh was kind enough to offer a sample before buying. I could feel the heat and see that it was still soft (fresh). I ended up taking away a cinnamon pretzel and cinnamon nuggets. The food was tasty and most importantly fresh (nothing is worse than stale or hard bakery) Rupsee was polite, professional and had a warm smile. Definitely recommend to visit and get a pretzel or nuggets

The pretzels at Auntie Anne's are to die for! They're always fresh and still warm, perfectly baked, and there's a huge variety of products as well as meal deals to make things cheaper. The pretzels alone are a bit pricey but they have a good deal where you can buy three for just £10 and they're very filling. The vanilla and cinnamon pretzels are a bit messy to eat as the sugar tends to go everywhere, but they're still really tasty. I went to Auntie Anne's once to try it out and I keep coming back because of their great food and exceptional service 👏🏻

Lovely atmosphere and cinnamon nuggets are tasty and freshly made. We have been back 3 times in less than a week as my kids wanted more. Customer service is good, Rusee has been very friendly.

My 12 year old daughter went into your store yesterday 27/12/23. And ordered vanilla nuggets the lady told her that it would be £5 she gave the lady £5 the lady then told her she needed to pay another £5. My daughter questioned this and the lady told her she had to pay £5 my daughter did this as she was scared. The lady was so rude and nasty to her and has taken advantage of a little girl. I was not with her at the time otherwise I would have gone into the store. Please check your CCTV as I will be taking this further.

I thought it was okay! I got the cinnamon rolls. I think it would've been nicer if it were fresh out of the oven. I did feel like it was a little chewy and some at the bottom were a little burnt. Some of them at the top were thick and moist which was nice but even then some of the parts of the pretzel were chewy. It just seemed like they were made a few hours earlier and just sat out for a little bit. I also feel like it could've done with a chocolate dip 😁 The cinnamon sugar flavour was good 👍👍 The interior is clean and neat, seating available and hot drinks too. I reckon the pretzels might be better when fresh tho.

First visit to the shop and was taken into with the lovely smell of fresh pretzels. Very helpful staff who very kind to help me decide what to choose. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend. Surly going there again.

Every time I come here I am served by the most rudest staff ever! No manners, no smile, served with arrogance. You guys need to hire staff that have good customer service skills. Furthermore, the pretzels are always stale. I’d rather wait for fresh pretzels to be made than be served the ones from the display which have been sitting there for God knows how long.

They don't care about their customers and will lie to get you to buy their product. They left my partner feeling very upset after telling her products were vegan when they weren't. She found out after she'd already eaten some of the food.

The staff was rude, unfamiliar of their menu, and had a hard time navigating their cashier system. These were the 2 staff members at 5pm.

So decided to take my girls to get a fresh pretzel in the morning for a treat arrived a few minutes early than the opening time of 0930 so decided to wait outside.... the red head women who is on these reviews all the time was cleaning behind the counter came to the door to which I thought she was going to open with a smile on her face.... decided very bluntly to ask me what do I want... to which I said... are you open ???...she said no 10am.. I was confused and said but your opening times say 0930... and he answer was no that is wrong and shut the door. Now I am not one to look at reviews too much but I am telling everyone avoid this place at all costs... WENZELS is the place for your needs and the staff are amazing and friendly.

had a decent experience for my first visit. went back yesterday, the lady with red hair and brown eyes was disgustingly rude to myself and my family. my partners sister is vegan and asked for a fresh pretzel with no dairy and much to their despise they started talking in what seemed like another language and looking very displeased. we also downloaded the app which we had never used and we both had a free pretzel and drink to claim. after getting angry with both of us at not understanding the app (first time downloading) i didn’t receive my free drink and they wanted to charge me full price, even though it was clearly stated on the app. disgusting customer service

The staff is very rude, I asked the girl with red hair if she can make me fresh mini dogs for the child, but I received a very bad answer, I do not recommend🤮

If I could give it NO stars I would do. The staff are rude and unhelpful and he sent to say that all about the pretzels. Please if you can't get your signature dish correct what's the point? Thought we’d try it out today; ordered the sausage, egg, cheese bun and hot drink. The food was horrendous - the meat under cooked and the bun doughy and fell apart. Very dry and because the lady didn’t ask what sauces (if any) we wanted when ordering I asked her for ketchup when I saw the state of what she brought to the table. Like others I’ve noticed this place is always empty - now I know why - and am not sure what the staff do because their food is horrible. Avoid.

Came there with the family on the way to the cinema and pretty much had everything on the menu! Pepperoni and cheese pretzel, 8”pizza, vanilla pretzel, mini dogs in pretzel, cinnamon stixx, cinnamon bites and even the coffee was good! Can’t wait to come back - all was delicious and great service too!

I tasted the pretzeles and they were very good and also the staff was very nice to me.

I tried their sausage roll months ago and it was simply awful. A few months later i gave them another opportunity and tried their £3.95 vegetarian pizza. The base was baked ok but the topping was not .. the cheese and vegetables were not baked properly and tasted raw. The food lingered in my throat and hours later i felt it coming up. When i spoke to the staff, an European lady, they could do no wrong. I have baked pizzas before so i told them to adjust the oven setting so the top part of the pizza cooks in line with the base and she just stubbornly denied anything was wrong. High prices, poor food and unhelpful staff.

Staff were very unfriendly, only one of them was wearing a mask. There were loads of them behind the counter but none of them seemed interested in serving customers. The pretzel I got was pretty stale too. Would not recommend

I visited for the first time today - can't say I was too impressed. There weren't any customers, but I was refused fresh pretzels and was instead given display food (there were also five people behind the counter so I can't see how anyone was too 'busy' to make the fresh batch) - this also happened to my brother in law a few days ago. They were cold, very doughy and the flavouring is literally sugar and whatever you choose just sprinkled on top.
