Audley Fast Food in Newcastle-under-Lyme

Do not order from this place! This is a front. I have been hacked on Deliveroo by these guys and they placed an order from themselves to themselves and I am now out hundreds of pounds which I am sorting with Deliveroo and my bank. Support an honest local business, not these crooks.

Can never get an order right must not read the ticket properly wont be ordering again

Used to love the rice boxes from here but the past few have got worse. I couldn't even eat the chicken and won't be ordering anymore

Ordered at 4pm, store states opens at 4.20pm so expected a slight wait, estimated delivery time was latest 5.10pm, by 5.20pm nothing had arrived but status updated to delivered so I rang store and the man nonchalantly apologised and said he'd just sent it out, the restaurant is 10mins from property, half past and still nothing had turned up so I requested an update, it changed to estimated 5.45pm, food finally turned up at 6pm thats over 1hr 40mins wait time and then THE CHIPS WERE MISSING FROM OUR PIZZA DEAL. I did not ring again as it'd been such a faff to get the food we go, such a shame as the food was actually nice.

I have had food before and have always been very good, but today was 0 out of 10 will not use again

not the best takeaway in audley. the last time we ordered, the service was slow and they got our order wrong. I wouldn't recommend if you're starving as the delivery times are slow.

Have supported our local takeaway for years! Have had a couple of cold meals. As for tonight… had to wait over an hour for the food to find that the chicken was cold. The mixed kebab was just full of Donna meat. So so disappointed. Am now going to have to order from elsewhere from a place that can deliver good food and service 😠

Order was partly wrong but food was hot

arrived late, called the restaurant for an update on where the food was to be told it's on its way and the phone got put down. food was cold and just all around bad definitely not coming back

2nd time we have ordered from here and highly recommend. Best pizzas around, they aren't greasy and taste amazing.

Nice chicken burger but I'd ordered coleslaw and salad. there was no coleslaw and the salad was a pinch of lettuce. not enough. the chicken spring rolls were spicy and couldn't be eaten. it doesn't say they're spicy on the menu.

Disappointed, been a customer for years. Time to find somewhere else I think? Food order wrong, missing items and food really poor to be honest, called them just to tell them, didn't want them to do the order again, I got a "sorry" but no offer to refund missing item.

We just moved in the area though we have a takeaway for our daughters birthday. Service was fast but the food was very poor.Garlic bread we think a shoe would of tasted better it was hard no Garlic taste at all. We thought we try spicy chips , well putting just paprika just on top was like eating grit very poor. Pizza was so sloppy you had to use a knife fork. Over all for £43-55 for a birthday treat the food ended up in the bin . Wouldn't recommend hear at all not a 5 star more like a -5 .

Got a pizza and mozzarella dippers, the food was amazing and hot.

I’ve ordered fro here before and the food was great but this time not so. Missing salad, kebab not great,awful chips, and son didn’t finish his pizza.

Ordered from here, as my child wanted 2pc chicken and chips. You have to spend around 13 to have food delivered. So I had to purchase 2 big bottles of Pepsi as well. I couldn't order anything for myself due to food intolerances that they do not cater for. We ordered it just after 4pm and was told it would be arriving in 45mins. It hadn't arrived so I gave it 10mins, still not turned up. I had to call the fast food place. From the phone call, they clearly forgot about our order. As it came within 10-15mins after. My child enjoyed her food, no complaints, other than the portions are really big, so if you're hungry it's great, enough for 2 to share. My child couldn't eat it all, only had about half of it. The driver was very apologetic for the time we had to wait and was very polite.

Used this place for years.. Normally once a month.. But on repeat they never get the order right.. The little things like the relish etc.. Years and year's of it.. Feel like the guy in the film falling down.. Want to snap.. RIZZA SORT YOUR STAFF OUT because your food is actually nice

Good food, normally hot too, one of the better takeaways we've used. Staff are always nice too.

Pizza was great and so were the chips&cheese. Milkshakes were the best item. Will probably swerve the nuggets and naan bread next time.

Waited over an hour and one of the orders was wrong, I'll order elsewhere next time, these reviews by other people is spot on as I've had the same problem as them.

Only ordered chips, nuggets, wings and scampi for a late nigh snack, but everything was good, very enjoyable, tasted nice and was reasonably priced.. Parking is not overly easy but opposite there is a side road which probably the best place to park.. We will go back when visiting the area again..

No point if you’ve got any allergies, intolerances or are a dietary requirements as they “cross contaminate everything” as was confirmed to me last night when I called.

Really disappointed tonight. We regularly order from here and enjoy the food. Tonight ordering online was told 40 minutes for delivery. After 70 minutes husband rings to ask where our order is. To be told ‘it’s on its way’. We live one minute away from here. After twenty minutes we ring again to be told it’s definitely on its way. Not the usual standard at all

Just ordered value box but was Very disappointed, usually a good experience but chips were raw so have had to go in the bin!

Just ordered 2 pizzas for the kids and they were amazing. No scrimping on ingredients they were full of flavour and for £16 an absolute bargain. You wouldn't even get 1 pizza at dominos for that. Will definitely be ordering again.

Fast delivery, decent food and reasonably priced but I ordered a Pepsi, got a Pepsi Max, ordered ice cream, it came as the Dairy Free version, plus it was in the same bag as the hot food so it was practically melted when I got it in the kitchen. Not the end of the world but not quite what I ordered. Used the Just Eat app so maybe if I'd have rang the order through I would have been made aware of any substitutions.

Without a doubt, the best fast food place within 10 miles... I love their pizza it's 💯 % and the chicken is always top quality... I've never had a bad order and its always hot and tasty... Keep it up guys 👍🏻🍕🔥👌

First time ordering, was expected at 18.40 gets to 19.10 check to see where it is said it will be 19.35. So 55 mins after expected time, gets to 20.10 ended up asking for money back as no food arrived refused, got in touch with just eat who gave me a full refund luckily. Will never use again saw alot of reviews about being late but thought give them benefit of the doubt. Obviously reviews are spot on for this place. If your planning on ordering from them make sure you do it 2hours before. Just remember I didn't even receive my order and had go somewhere else and eventually ate at 21.00, who were on time. Avoid if possible people.

Everytime I order the food is fantastic the guys on the phone are helpful and friendly and all the delivery guys are the same, Their Hawaiian Pizza is gorgeous so is their Cheesy Garlic Bread, their Donner Meat tastes great basically everything I've ever ordered has been wonderful.

Won't be using these again they never get your order right never known a place get your order wrong on so many occasions incompetence at its highest!!!!!

Food didn't arrive so rang after 1 he 20 mins. They said it was a minute away , it wasnt. After 1hr 30, we had a refund and then a raw pizza was finally delivered that wasn't edible. Awful service, would have had some toast an hour ago if I'd have known

Quality food everytime either if it’s takeout or delivery the staff do a fantastic job of making sure it’s spot on.

Only gave it 1 star because I can't give it zero, service is absolutely terrible, over an hour and a half for a delivery, when I phoned to complain they are all blaming each other, if I were you I'd find another takeaway

Just ordered a takeaway 2x chips and cheese and a cheese burger for me and my brother, burger was cold & hardly no cheese on the chips, may aswell have just ordered normal chips. Disappointing as we paid for large aswell. First time ordering and unfortunately won't be ordering again.

Had food poisoning after my meal there

We normally order from here but after tonight we won't bother again. Firstly you deliver it to the wrong address when this address is saved because we order all the time, then when it eventually turns up the orders wrong. We phone up and you give us some complete bull about your driver having gone home because it's 12pm when it wasn't it was 11.30pm all because you can't be bothered to sort the order out and you'd rather steal people's money. Absolute disgrace.

Go here quite often as it’s the only kebab shop in the village. The food is great & all the staff are very helpful to will continue to use this establishment.

Disgusting service! Half my partner’s order was missing and when he rang to ask about it, they were rude to him and hung up the phone. It’s been over an hour now and we are STILL waiting for his food to be redelivered. Won’t be ordering from here again.

We order a lot. Like 3 or 4 times a week. They get it wrong 2 out of those times. Most of the time we just ignore it, but when we do have to ring up it's always a massive hassle. Arguing with each other about who made it and then questioning me a few times whats wrong with my order like they don't believe me. We order the same stuff every time, I don't understand why it's such a massive issue. It's starting to test my patience with them. Might just have to stop ordering. It will sort out the diet anyway. The rudest staff. No apology when wrong, they hang up on you, literally don't care because they are the only kebab shop in the village.

Food is fine.... Didn't like it that they put extra food on the order what I didn't order and charged me for it. . Then they make you feel awkward when giving you the change so you tell them to keep it. :(
