The fish shop is exceptionally clean, and the owner is very polite. Everyone should try their delicious fish.

Rude staff would let child use toilet would not recommend

Absolutely ridiculous, got 1 fish and chips and 1 chips, it cost £11 and was barely enough to feed 1 person ! Also fish batter was pale and soggy 🤢

Asked what oil they used and the guy told me ‘traditional British flavouring’ and was about to ask him again what oil he uses and he just walks away Actually so rude

Best to ring ahead and place an order nice food but you'll be waiting at 15 mins just get your food even longer if you have a large order.

This place really is a miss mind of a fish shop So pleasant to walk in and greeted by classical music - very calming and serene Looked at the menu - another shock - very cheap - couldn’t believe fish only £4 - yes ! This is not a typo !! Fish was Large too Topped with salt and vinegar and a drink less than £5 in total I will be driving over from Denby Dale They were absolutely delicious

Got a portion of chips, that weren’t even cooked in the slightest. Watched her fry them she had them in the fryer for 30 seconds if that. Only reason I didn’t say anything n just walked out with the chips is cos I have anxiety, but they can’t even cook some chips properly, deffo wouldn’t recommend wasting you’re money here.

Ordered fish and chips twice and curry. The fish was dry and full of bones like it was warmed up and not cooked properly. Been before and had simular thing but this is the last time I will be wasting my money at that dump. Can't cook fish and should be shut down. What a waste of money for da price

Dry fish and under cooked raw chips. Also when I asked if they could fry me a fish to order the lady just said no and gave me one from the pass that tasted like it had been sat there for an hour ( ends were totally inedible ). Dreadful

Diabolical Customer Service. First time in here. And the man behind the counter was just plain rude and had no intention of trying to explain what different food they have to offer.

Worst I have tasted, the family all had stomach ache after eating these so called fish and chips.

Delicious fish and chips with plenty of sides to choose from. The curry sauce the best I've tasted and family all agree that was the best. Portions are very generous and good value for money. The only slight improvement I'd like to see is the service time, we waited a while for the one individual to serve five portions of fish and chips.

Fish passable but oil needs changing and didn't taste fresh, curry sauce and peas were good. Chips horrific, under cooked, greasy and werent proper chip shop chips, from a bag and fried probably frozen. Won't return.

Normally a great chippy, but been today and the fish butty was so small tasted very bland and rhe chips were pale and hard, very disappointed indeed.

Warning - cash only. That said - the food is absolutely fantastic for a chippy, all items on the menu are moderately priced, and the staff are understanding and accomodating of different dietary requirements.

The fish and chips from Atlantic Diamond is really high quality. I've never had a problem with the food from here. They have a very high level of hygiene. Which is good to see.

Always wonderful fish and chips. Very clean establisment, full covid mask, visor , gloves worn as well as apron and hat. Mostly cooked to order but well worth the few mins wait. Staff friendly and polite .

Normally very good quality from here but this time the chip butty had ink imprinted on the butty. Put me off eating it with purple newspaper style text over it

Worst fish and chips ive ever had!! Had to wait for them to be cooked fresh so expected them to be nice the fish was very small and tasted like the dirty oil it was cooked in and the chips were the whitest greasiest things ive ever seen.. not good at all will not go back! Travel up the road at the side and make your way up to the mega chippy.. they arent the best in the world but make these seem like they are!! Yak!! 🤢🤢🤢

Food is ok and the shop is very clean. But the service is very, very slow. There only seems to be first gear no matter the number of customers in the shop. If your in a hurry, stay well away, otherwise its OK.

Like a lot of people before me have commented, this place is probably the cleanest fish and chip shop in Yorkshire. It is literally spotless, which really comes off in the food as you can tell the fryer is cleaned regular. The food itself is excellent, really can't fault it, good prices and portions.

Lovely friendly staff and spot on food. I'm not usually a fan of batter on fish and tend to leave at least half, but from here I usually manage it all! Not soggy in the slightest. Yummy curry sauce and mushy peas, too.Our go to fish and chip shop! To top it all off, the gentleman serving is always polite with a smile on his face. Would definitely recommend.
