My order was more than 30 minutes late and I tried ringing the store but got no answer

I recently had a meal and while there were some good points, a few things could have been better. The dishes were decent overall, but the ratio of pounded yam to soup was off—I felt there was too much yam and not enough soup to balance it out. Also, there wasn’t enough meat in the soup. I get that prices have gone up, but just one more piece would have made a difference. The egusi soup was flavorful, but it could use a bit more spice to really bring out the flavors. Lastly, the portion size of the gizdodo could definitely use an increase. It’s a great dish, but there wasn’t enough to go around. With a few adjustments, this could be a much better experience.

I enjoyed the prospect of sampling a cultures Cuisine which I hadn't tried before. I wasn't disappointed - the food was wholesome, filling and tasty. We weren't kept waiting, and there were some interesting drinks too. My only criticisms were that there wasn't much choice for vegetarians, and the dishes were spicier than we had been led to expect. Maybe they could do with a spiciness rating on the menu. Other than that I fully recommend this charming little place.

Food comes spilt in plastic bag Soup is missing Meet is not fresh and bones mainly Dry like reheated in microwave 28£ and amount of food os equal to max 12£ everywhere else STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Went in sum time back prob b4 start of first lockdown. &wen I heard a microwave ping wasn't impressed..in fact I thought I was getting a microwave meal well I don't care if it was because food was tasty but with APPAULLING parking in town haven't been bk prefer ephersus or primo or grappollo. Or even spunks nest .but if u do go u will get nice food. Venue is tiny.

Very rude, and their meals are tasteless. I had a terrible experience with them and I would give a zero star is possible. Avoid! avoid!!!!

Where you can get all your African recipes at an affordable price. Just one visit and you would be back here talking about it.

Amazing food, delicious and authentic... It tastes like home.

Firstly the order was late , and the restaurant confirmed it had been delivered when it had not but when it did finally arrive .. the food was not great. Puff puff was rock hard in the middle could tell it was reheated food.

Scrumptious treat. The best fried rice and soup I’ve had so far. Mega chuffed. 💯

I will not be buying food from this restaurant anymore as they consistently make effort to leave an item out or switch items in my order to something else to what I ordered in particular this has happened times without number and has become a situation of my kindness being taking for granted Today i got my jollof rice without the chicken how dare you

Jollof rice and stewed chicken is amazing. Not too keen on the puff puff but other than that the food was great and full off flavour. ☺️

Can’t fault the food! Absolutely amazing, so so so tasty with a good bit of spice. Can’t speak for delivery as it was 20minutes late but deffos worth the extra wait! Will 100% be ordering again

Everything was great except I never got my chin-chin and when I tried calling the phone was always busy :'( I must say though, the food was really great.

Generous portions and great flavours. The lamb in the mixed grill was a little dry and tough but otherwise was delicious.

Really disappointed with this place. We ordered grilled chicken thighs and received a single leg that was bland. The stew beef had a nice flavour but the beef was over cooked and hard. The prices are to high for the low counts of food. Will not order from again and do not recommend.
