Delivered the wrong food, and what was delivered was poor quality!

food was cold when arrived, also did not have the hot wings or cookie

the rice box is shocking 10.99 your taking the p£ss 1 bit of chicken few spoons full of rice the coldslaw was drier than gandos flipflop

Went in to this kfc store today not busy at all they were all stood talking . Got my order completely wrong which I should of really checked before leaving but didn't think it would of been an issue given they were doing nothing . Everything was drenched in mayo and inedible I have had to throw it all in the bin and 20 pounds down. Kfc management really need to retrain there staff . 100% do not recommend and will 100% not returning

The food was good enough for what it was but way overpriced. Especially for the portion size. You used to get so much more in the boneless banquet and now it barely fills the box. It was also a little cold on arrival. Overall fine for kfc but not worth the money for 3 meals

whatever the seasoning you put on the friesplease give customers the option to not have. ive had many a kfc before and no issue. after a taste of the fries my whole meal has bn ruined .

Totally fed up with this restaurant, for some reason, I don’t know, they never deliver the drinks I’ve ordered despite me putting the notes not to forget them, will just order from Leeds Road, at least they get my orders correct, given up on this shambles of a crew!

“As a KFC employee myself, I must express my disappointment with the food and customer service during my visit. Firstly, the zinger in the burger I received was not fully cooked. After informing the staff, I was given a replacement burger, which, unfortunately, contained a hair. When I reported this issue again, the staff member at the front counter, an older lady, appeared to have a meltdown. Her behavior was unprofessional and discriminatory, as she made inappropriate remarks and mocked me in front of her colleagues, assuming I would not understand. She accused me of finishing the entire burger and falsely claiming there was an issue with the food, despite the clear evidence. Furthermore, she struggled to form proper sentences in English, making communication extremely difficult. I wonder how she was hired for a front-of-house role when effective communication is essential for providing good customer service. This experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning in the future.”

I had a truly disappointing and unacceptable experience at KFC Huddersfield. First, the staff at the tills struggled to communicate effectively in English. When I received my order, the burger was raw. Upon bringing this to the staff's attention, I was rudely told that "other customers didn’t complain, so why are you?" After a heated discussion, my burger was reluctantly replaced, but the replacement was incorrect (missing the cheese and hash brown I had originally ordered). To make matters worse, the replacement burger had a hair embedded in the fried batter. It was absolutely disgusting and appalling. When I confronted a staff member about this, a woman (mid-40s to 50s) at the till went to the back and, not realizing I understand Urdu, commented to the other staff that I had "eaten half the burger before complaining about the hair." This behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely dismissive of me as a customer. I felt neglected, insulted, and disgusted by this experience. I ultimately threw the remaining food away and left. If this is the standard of service and hygiene at KFC Huddersfield, I urge others to think twice before visiting. KFC needs to urgently review the hygiene standards, staff behavior, and training at this location.

Both the chips and the chicken were well fried.In the past the chicken looked under cooked.

we are really upset and honestly really irritated by our order tonight, we spent 40 pound on food that was stone cold when it arrived and 5 items were missing. after many attempts of ringing the restaurant and no answer I have had to email just eat to resolve this issue which will take a few days. due to this we are having to find alternative arrangements for the food missing... absolutely appalled by this.

food was not delivered the driver came to my house and left without leaving the food.

both our boneless banquet and trilogy box meal arrived with NO CHICKEN in them! the entire point in KFC is chicken. we tried to contact the store several times with no answer. just eat should refund us eventually but that doesn't resolve anything right now.

I did not receive the popcorn chicken or the spicy tenders, the gravy was cold, and so was the sweetcorn, very poor.

Coleslaw was missing from my order. Realised when my kids had already eaten so couldn’t take pictures. Not impressed

My only criticism was that the 4 piece boneless chicken meal was put into the mighty mighty bucket for one so it looked like the other meal was missing.I feel it should be kept separate

I never received anything, not once did anyone buzz my flat to say they was here, yet it is telling me it’s been delivered.

HTAFC 🔵⚪️ only just managed to get 3 points but they’re now 6 league games unbeaten. It was a fortunate win for them which, of course, I didn’t want them to get. How annoying 😤😒 that they scraped through. Charlton did test them quite a bit, they’d have deserved a draw. Due to the lucky win they’re now into the play-off places, booooo. That’s not good reading for me when I don’t want this club to be promoted but I don’t want to get too disheartened 👍. My desire of staying down can come true 💪.

It’s 3 days from match day for HTFC 🔵⚪️. In spite of that SUPER HILARIOUS 😹 FA Cup 1st round exit at the beginning of this month to the hands of Tamworth and a funny draw to a lowly Crawley side in their last league encounter this lot still haven't had a L1 defeat since October 1st 😢☹️. Oh how much I would love that to change on Saturday in the 3pm kick-off with Charlton. Any loss in the league helps my wish to see them stay down. 😂😀. There’s nothing wrong with liking L1 - that’s up to me 😀.

It's your standard KFC, not as good as it used to be but this is one of the better ones.

It’s just kfc ain’t it. It’s not 5* gourmet dining. It’s not ideal, but it does the job. Delivered on time and filled the right gap.

The gravy was missing from my order and I had about 5 chips. Definitely not worth £17 and, of course, it’s impossible to get a refund when you’re missing items from your order.

delivery driver was fine but the restaurant didnt include the pepsi. just eat didnt even have a button to note this or anything so i was forced to report the whole meal as missing. my option was that or dont make a report at all. so email me if it bothers you

the staff are polite and friendly, after ordering my food using the kiosk, the staff at KFC packed my order quick, I was in and out under 5 minutes, will come again for the food and service.

I hadnt been to kfc for a while and thought I'd get a zinger meal,as I used to really like them, the chips were nice but the chicken was burned and very hard and chewy, Don't think I will be going back.

I had this KFC 🐔🐤🐓delivery with a beaming smile 😃 on my face - that’s because HTAFC, funnily, lost again the other night at home 🏡 to Blackpool. That was my second home defeat in just the space of a few days 🤣🤭. I love L1 and don't care about not getting out of this league long term. They’ll only be mid-table at best. 👍 I just laugh at how much that club fails to deliver, they're used to failure, they never improve and it's their own fault. Hope it’s another loss at Reading on Saturday 😂.

I’m ate sublime KFC takeaway 🥡 in a stupendous mood, that’s because I went to see HTAFC 🔵⚪️ lose 3-1 at the JSS which isn’t too far from this KFC branch. It was an hilarious 😹 🤣😆 loss that’s made my weekend, I wanted that to happen, a Northampton win 🥇. I hope their fans enjoyed it as much as I did. Hopefully another loss on Tuesday when Blackpool come to this town 🤞🙏 - come on Blackpool. Want HTAFC to stay down, not get promoted.

I ate this takeaway 🥡 feeling rather happy because I came back from Bolton having saw a 4-0 win for HTAFC 🔵⚪️ today 😳😱🤩. I did think in the back of my mind, yeah we could possibly win today, but I didn't see us winning by that margin, 4 goals 🤣👍. We lost 3 games in succession before today.

I ate this KFC order 🐔🐓with a smile 😃😂 on my face because HTAFC 🔵⚪️ won YET ANOTHER game yesterday. 3 games unbeaten in all competitions (1 cup, 2 league). They're 2nd in the league at this early stage, wonderful start to the campaign. I am one happy Huddersfield fan 😂👍. This was my first JE order since Wednesday, earlier in the day I ate out at a Subway branch in Wakefield 😂👍.

Not bad if you're hungry n in a rush.
