Asraa Shisha Lounge in Canterbury

I go there often, but recently their service hasn't been the best. The place is too cold now and the shisha is poor and it dies quickly. Also the owner feels that it is necessary to message me privately saying I told my friend to write a bad review so I thought I would write my own review. I will give you 1 piece of advice, don't get close with the owner, otherwise he will get upset if you go to another shisha place.

I see myself as a shisha lover but I had to take a step back. The taste seemed off and the smoke itself was anything but smooth. Tall waiter was rude and I kept having to call him again and again and again to change the embers and he wore a frown the whole time. Don't come here waste of money and time...

The best shisha place in Canterbury by far. Frozen raspberry is still the flavour to beat and I've tried many, many combinations throughout the years. Service is attentive and the atmosphere is nice and cosy.

Good smoke sesh! Loved it . Could be better if theres more music going on. Was a bit quiet. :)

Mad ting, waiter came to gang chatting oh order more things for everyone on the table, shut up you employee, we spend about £20 which is not so bad you will still get your salary. Absolute bell end. Shisha was alright though.

A very chill cosy place, perfect for socialising and one of it's kind in Canterbury. Good music, friendly staff, and you are allowed to bring drinks from outside.

It Is Cosy place but. Price of shisha too expensive more than high street and while I pay 9£ in some places. And they charge you for your own drink that you brought I think it is discusting

Being a Londoner coming to Kent on a business trip and being a regular shisha smoker needed a place to smoke, so after reading all the reviews about this place I was destined to give it a try and WOW I was impressed with the quility off the shisha, was up there with the best I’ve smoked and when I tell you name a place and I’ve probably been there UK or International and I gotta say it was great, nice chilled out vibe the place is nice and cosy and I gotta say there customers service was next to none order my shisha came in less then 5 mins the milkshake was really good and the staff were brilliant the smoke lasted for a good 2 hours the price was good that I had to come back the very next day before I came back to London. Defo would recommend this place to anyone, best in Kent for sure and will defo be going back.

Disappointed to find this place to be full of under age smokers in what seemed to be someone’s converted garage!

Been to many shisha lounges but Asraa provide frozen blueberry which tastes so smooth and holds its taste for hours. Highly recommended.

If you like good food and great Shisha this is the place for you. The service is fantastic and is not compromised at any point the quality is apparent throughout from the incredible food (sizzling chicken is awesome as is the classic beef burger) to the amazing Shisha. This is the go to spot with an exclusive yet inclusive vibe. Find this place and you've found the best Shisha place in Canterbury.
