Genuine warm welcome from owners Amy & Simon. Loved the concept of incorporating the licensed cafe, village shop & post office into a community hub. We had an evening meal with our two littles and dog and Amy was very patient and a great host. Food and drink was good value too. Recommended.

Hello 👋 to all the lovely, friendly, caring staff today. Who help me (a very cold 🥶 cyclist 🚴🏻♀️). Too cold to even stop for any length of time. Home was my goal which I safely arrived at. Thank you for the plastic bags that warmed my feet up. The blankets were very much appreciated and above and beyond the offer of a lift home to Cheltenham. I will return very soon for a lovely coffee and lunch. Louise Rhodes

This is such a lovely community cafe. Had lunch here on Friday with a couple of friends. I chose the burger which was home made, so good. My friends had loaded fries which they really enjoyed too. Great service, lovely staff and superb coffee. We will definitely go there again.

Excellent little cafe serves some lovely food, also has an attached shop which stocks all the necessities including a deli and fresh vegetables. They do also have a post office which is very useful for the community

We often walk from Maisemore to The Hub just for a coffee or a snack. The food is great and the staff are lovely. Well worth a visit.

This is a great place with a lot going on. An impressive range of everyday and specialty items packed into the shop including fresh fruit and veg and handmade cakes and goodies. An attractive cafe (exposed beams and a light and open feel) with a varied menu - all using quality ingredients -no corners cut here (even the toasties are made using the good stuff). It has everything from a Post Office, to a licensed bar to original artwork for sale, to a dry-cleaning service, fresh fish on set days and countless and varied and innovative events including evenings. I have found ALL the staff to be friendly and helpful INCLUDING the individual mentioned in another review. In fact, my experience has been quite the opposite from theirs. The staff have gone out of their way on many occasions to be kind and helpful beyond the call of duty. It's great place to meet people for a decent coffee (love the handmade designs in the froth) or a drink, pick up everyday items, have a quality and hearty meal out with friends, buy fresh ingredients to cook at home, post a parcel, buy plants for the garden or hold an event. It might not be huge in size, but it packs a LOT of quality into the space ...and is always expanding in what it offers.

This is a super little cafe and shop with a great range of goods and plants the one thing that spoiled it for us was the crusty little lady on the till. The food was great and the choice was really good. We would go again as the ladies in the cafe were really lovely but the sharp tongued almost rude lady on the shop till needs some PR training.

An absolutely stunning bar/cafe, great selection of food and the waitress (who was new) was lovely. Loved the art work for sale on the walls, would love to come again to experience it in the evening. 10/10.

What a lovely cafe! We had what I presume is the house speciality Bobotie, it was delicious as were the South African Crunchie cake and the almond cookies to follow! Smashing coffees and interesting books to browse. With a background of South African accents from the kitchen. We’ll be back and won’t hesitate to recommend!

My husband and I are frequent travelers to Italy, and big fans of the food. I confess I didn't have high expectations when we saw this restaurant in Tewkesbury, but we loved it! My husband had an excellent charcuterie platter, which if all about the quality of ingredients, and I had a very yummy pasta with lemon sauce. We even had dessert, which we never do at lunch. If we'd been staying in Tewkesbury instead of just there for the day we would have eaten there repeatedly.
