Excellent service from Alice tonight, she’s a breath of fresh air and very attentive :) could not do enough for us and made our experience enjoyable. Well done Alice you are a credit to the Ashbridge

Been there now 3 times every time they have tried telling me there breakfast ends 5 minutes every time I go there I make sure to go earlier the next time I go and it’s the same excuse I think it’s just bc we are a young group of lads and they probably think bad of us without even knowing us never going to this restaurant again

We went out for a family dinner, booked last minute and was greeted by a lovely lady named Alice. She was very helpful and my 1 year old couldn’t keep her eyes off her😂

Booked the Ashbridge for my daughter’s engagement party. We were a party of 24 people that had private area toward the back of restaurant . Upon booking nothing was too much trouble and Charlotte was extremely helpful. Food was excellent and the service from Alice was outstanding. She really went above and beyond expectations to ensure we were all happy and well looked after. Alice is a total asset to the Ashbridge. Thankyou so much Ceri and Craig

food not brilliant fish very greasy, cheesey garlic bread soggy bit of bread with a bit of melted cheese on it, sticy toffey pud and custard not nice custard cold, ended up paying for a pizza that we did not order, Alice was our server was very nice, defo needs some work on food was not very busy so no excuse.

Disgusting cold food chilli nachos looked like someone had thrown up on a plate. I can't believe they served it to me. Runny cold chilli not actually any meat in it cheese was runny not grated melted as I would have expected it looked as bad as it tasted no one asked if everything was OK and did even acknowledge the fact that I left the food and the drink pretty much untouched

Went for a drink whilst my son was training, and it was really busy, which is usually a great sign, so we thought we'd have some nachos to share (£7). Unfortunately, it came out well presented, but the portions for the price were shocking small, and the nachos were stone cold, and we had to send it back

Attentive friendly service. Food cooked well and hot (including the plate). Rob, Michelle, Elys and crew work hard to enhance the customer experience. I'll stay here again when on business here.

Stayed in the neighboring premier inn for two weeks, tried something different each meal and cannot fault any of them, staff courteous helpfully and friendly. We will return.

There is practically nothing to complain about. The food was genuinely good qaulity, excellently cooked. The waiter was very friendly and professional. The seating area was just perfect as most of them are. As a bonus, when they learnt it was my mums birthday day meal our waiter presented her with a card and box of chocolates. Just simply couldn't fault it.

Came here for a meal for our daughters 10th birthday, Rob served us and was absolutely brilliant, Rob gave our daughter a birthday card and a box of Maltesers, our daughter was really happy and so was we, Rob is a credit to the team.

So pleased with the service and food. We arrived on a busy Friday evening and realised we had made an error with our booking (booked the wrong day) yet the staff were helpful and accommodating. The staff were rushed off their feet all evening but this didn’t impact their customer service. A special shout out to Charlotte, Anthony and Dave. We will be back!
