We have used Asham for some time and they have always provided me with tasty food, unfortunately the takeaway we had this evening was not up to the usual standard. We ordered Lamb Bhuna and Lamb Madras but the meat was fatty and tough to chew. Disappointed with this takeaway. If it's the same with our next takeaway I think I will look elsewhere. Sorry guys.

My partner ordered a takeaway but have to say very disappointed with our order, Been using Asham for several years also befor the name change and first off will say on the whole enjoyed the food but third time on the trot food has been bland, oily and a disappointment. Won't be using again which is a shame

I have used Asham for many years and give it 5 star reviews. There has obviously been a change of chef or owner and the meal I received was nothing short of awful. The food had very little flavour with a total differen recipe in the resale. Never again, Raj Rani looking good.

We've just finished our takeaway from Asham. Again a lovely tasty meal . Lamb rogan josh, king prawn balti and egg fried rice with peas. We added poppadoms which came with relishes and an incredibly tasty naan . We're both now full. I can't reccommend this takeaway enough.

We started to use Saffron in Parkwood as it is more convenient for us but after the last 3 different curries all tasting the same we decided to try Asham again. Wow what a difference. Although it is less convenient the curry was so much better! Asham it is again from now on!

Certainly a very good meal, well prepared, very good seasoning and spices.

Nothing much to say other than the food is excellent, orders are taken in a polite manner and food is always ready on time when I collect.

Best Indian takeaway around as usual. Shame they lost their local hero badge just due to change of logo. I’m sure it won’t take long to get it again!

Second time we have used Asham and will continue to do so. On both occasions the food has been spot on. Very tasty lovely food.

Ordered a takeaway based on reviews for a friend’s birthday to be delivered to his house as i live in East Sussex. The guys were great & gave me a ring to say the order wud b a little later than requested but that only actually amounted to 5 mins late . My friend & partner report that all the dishes were nice & hot and tasted lush !! It looks fabulous in the photos he sent ... made me hungry lol Thank you guys !! Great job , highly recommend!!!

Always amazing food from Asham. It was really fast too and this is the first time I didn't use ASAP as I wanted a bit more time before food. The time I'd set was actually the earliest time available. It was a bit earlier than predicted but not excessively so. I'd rather lovely food arrive early than bad food at any time so I'll never complain about this restaurant as their food is consistently awesome.

Fantastic as always. Food was late but the driver apologised and explained that they were a driver down. Very polite and appreciated the explanation. Food definitely worth the wait. The best in Rainham.

The food was not nice at all the poppadoms felt like they was very undercooked or brought from a shop. As not hot and crispy. The veg curry was very mushy. If they spent just a few mins extra cooking it. It would of been beautiful

Tried ashram for the first time and loved each dish we requested. Every single one was flavoursome with great spices and we will definitely be using them again.

This is the only take away in the area that is always consistently great! We love the food from here!!

Not very impressed with Asham via Just Eat tonight. Ordered at 5.45 with a delivery time of 7.15. Waited until 7.30 and hadn’t turned up, contacted JustEat and they marked it as delivered. My boyfriend ended up driving down there and picking up himself 2 hours after ordering. Food was nice but not sure it was worth the hassle.

Ordered around 4.45pm for delivery 6.45pm. 7.10pm it showed Enjoy your food but still no delivery! 7.30pm tried ringing but constantly engaged due to not taking any more orders. Went on Just Eat website to say it was late and then it came up that it was running late and was due 7.50pm - 1 hour 5 minutes after our requested delivery time. Not impressed with delivery and would never order for delivery again but the food was lovely.

This is our new go to Indian Takeaway. Although can’t deliver to us, still worth the drive to pickup.

Lacking flavour and very watery jalfrazi onion bhajis chewy and not crisp as usual let down as was really looking forward to decent curry. 🥺

Madras was good, nice level of heat. Jalfrezi was ok. Tikka Masala was very sweet, clearly made with a coconut base so was like a tomato-esque korma. Not what I expect from a Tikka Masala.

Delicious food. It was delivered 30 mins later than expected but a quick text to the number 5 mins after the expected delivery time and we were updated almost instantly. It then arrived at that new time. I expected it to be a bit delayed due to it being new years eve so this wasn't a problem. Delicious food delivered by a friendly polite driver. Wonderful service, especially for new years eve.

Recently moved to the area and have been trying a few different Indian takeaways from various places but Asham is hands down the best we have tried. The food arrived slightly earlier than we were told but I’m fine with that to be honest. The food was piping hot when we received it, and it was absolutely delicious. Safe to say we have now found our new ‘go to’ Indian takeaway 👌🏻

The vegetable sides of cauliflower and mushroom bahji were bland hope they haven’t changed the recipe. The curry’s, rice and bread were perfect As usual.

Just used Asham for the first time since our favourite Indian takeaway was taken over by someone new and went downhill. Really lovely meal. All hot, tasty, not greasy and nothing missing. In fact, we got a couple of sauces to go with the poppadoms that we were not expecting and a bag of onion salad and normal salad. All really lovely. We have a new favourite!! Thank you Asham.

Good service but the food wasn’t warm and was very bland. I would have expected the CTM to have a kick and it was mild and coconut-like.

The food tasted amazing, it was hot and fresh upon delivery and thoroughly enjoyed. The only issue we had was that the wait was over an hour, which turned into a 90 minute wait from the time we ordered.

Very good food. Driver had difficulty finding us, but phoned and arrived soon after giving many apologies. Given we live in narrow country lane and it was raining and dark we can understand his problem.

The lamb Rogan was nice however: The Chana masala was dry and tasteless just red The onion bhajis were dry from outside and soggy inside just like if they have been microwaved! The Nan bread were saggy The 2 korma chickens dishes were too sweet

Food was watery, no taste and the quality was poor! Ended up in the bin! Disappointed as had heard good reviews , will not be returning.

What can I say? Asham has to be the best Indian in the area. We’ve had Asham three times now and the food is faultless.

Food is missing something, No wow factor here. Everything tastes roughly the same, like they use the same base for everything and just a few different ingredients at the last minute. 2nd time I've given it a try and both time come away felling 'Meh'
