ASDA Cafe in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

Poor service, over cooked nuggets and toasties. Not great customer service

2 of the most horrid members of staff they act like they ate running a charity. Asked for another sachet of mayonnaise and they declined and said i already had 2. I'd you cared about your cafe you would remove them.from.your business absolutely despicable.

Twice our food has been forgotten for our child. Coffee is definitely not “Seattle’s best”. We also wiped the table prior to eating and the wipe was black. Don’t waste your money. Tesco’s cafe is much nicer for a quick stop whilst shopping.

Sorry ASDA, but very disappointed in your in house Cafe at St Austell. You must have interviewed the two most miserable people to work as your front of house. Although ok with me, the way they treated other customers was shocking. I heard her say “if you want quick food, go to McDonald’s “. Anyway, after waiting for over half an hour for our food, it came out stone cold. My wife’s toasty came out half done. And when i say half done, I mean half done, see pics. Should have called it a tandwich.and not a toasty. Visited Sat 9 Nov, never again.

Ordered a breakfast at 13.12pm and was still waiting for it until 13.55. We complained twice about the wait first time the woman behind the counter just ignored us and walked of. Very bad service and definitely will not be having another meal from there. Apparently they also messed up another customers meal and he also waited as long as us. Disgusting. Manager needs to sort this cafe and staff out fast
