Very efficient and arrived on time. only opened door a bit as I have Covid

Last twice been missingitems and was fully charged

Still waiting for delivery, been over 2 hours now

arrived late apparently not many drivers and no salted butter was delivered very poor.

Never received my order. Saying it’s been delivered. I am not happy at all with this.

I ordered at 2.30 and my order arrived 2 hours later. kids were waiting for the food for dinner. took way too long.

There would be No stars as it's an absaloute joke 2items not delivered where as they could of put a similar item in replacement! Pointless sending the other two items and cost me way more than should have !!!!

Asda didn't put my milk that I ordered but the lovely delivery driver went back, and out of his own money got me some, I offered to give him some money but he wouldn't take it, I would like to say a big thanks to him, as I need my tea. Thank You 10 stars for delivery driver.

my delivery came with two products missing! all I wanted was some ice cream. very disappointed. nothing on the receipt to suggest they didn't have the items and the funds were still taken even though they weren't provided!

Bread was crushed from not being package properly and sausages and gravy was missing very unhappy with this order!

Absolutely appalling attitude I witnessed from a boss to her employees. What a disgrace in front of customers. What I heard she should be ashamed from being rude. The workers work so hard to be spoken to like that.

I ordered x3 steak mince it was later found to be out of stock. I’ve only been refunded for x1 steak mince.

Awful! Most of the food advertised was out of stock, the food that we ordered tasted horrible. I ordered a portion of chips and I was given a small bowl with around 8 chips in. The cutlery holders were dirty and had crumbs in the bottom, the cutlery looked like it had been used and then put back in the cutlery holder, it was disgusting. The service at the till was poor, the staff looked miserable and not interested at all about the service they were giving or the customers waiting to be served. Won't be eating here again! AVOID!

When I got my food there was ash on the bag from a cigarette and the bad and all food inside smelt of smoke. I have a newborn baby and we don’t smoke at all this is appalling and completely out of order!!!

I was missing two items from my bag to items of chocolate

Out of all of groceries ordered and picked I received just 3 items, with no amendments made to my order. No one can help in store as it was ordered through just eat. I was transferred to just eat to then be stuck in this loop on the phone without being able to speak to anyone. I’m now left without my items and out of pocket with a poorly household. I’m fuming

We visited the cafe today for lunch, there was a lady on her own and the queue was extremely long, customers where leaving and she was trying her hardest to service as well as plate up food. Two males came about 45 minutes to an hour later this is not acceptable, this happens to this lady on a regular basis and needs to be addressed by head office. Nobody cleans the cafe area tables are left with dirty plates, dirty cups and cutlery. There is enough for one of them to clean the cafe area there is no excuse for them not too. The chips I ordered I could not eat as they were disgusting and they looked like the fat in the fryer needed changing. Somebody seriously needs to take charge to bring the standards up

The ben and jerrys icecream never came. i would like a refund for it

Half the order was missing. If I had been informed before the delivery driver was at the shop, I would have cancelled the whole order.

Poorly packed bag....heavy items packed on top of bread which arrived very squashed. Missing items yet again.

Sat 4th Nov Ordered 2 over 60s tomato soups. After waiting 15mins ,went and asked where is was .was told it was just be being cooked ..A few minutes later came to our table and said there was no tomato, would veg be ok .. 10 Min later asked again, where our soup was, ..About 5mins later it came out only just warm .30 mins for 2 soups . Service awful cup of tea with it ok .

Filthy floor in the cafe area, food left on the floor, chips & bits of other scraps all over! Shocking, awful state! Avoid!!

Yet again over half my order is missing. This isn't a one off situation but a continuous and fundamental problem with ordering from supermarkets. Why is there no accountability for this. This is absolutely the last time I order this way from a supermarket.

Popped in on the way back from Devon for a few bits Thought I'd call in at the cafe for a couple of hot drinks to see us through the journey home. Stood by the counter at 5.50pm to be told 'we're closed my love' Checked the website and it clearly states closes at 6.00pm so either the website is wrong or the staff are wrong. I'll let Asda management sort that one out

Quick and easy, no items missing.

None of the equipment works, coffee was instant because machine broken, ovens been broken for several weeks, front chiller obviously broken because it’s empty, drinks chiller nearly empty so I’m guessing that’s broken. Shame on such a big company!!! One member of staff “penny” amazing trying to deal with everything on her own, which I can’t imagine is easy with customers reaction to not being able to have the basics. Time to support your staff Asda head office and get the cafe fixed, it’s shameful

Out of date product(7 months out of date!)

Says it has been delivered but it hasn’t even turned up!!!!! I’m fuming right now!!!!!!

First delivery man wasn’t the mos polite man in the world but the second was lovely and so polite and sweet m, both orders wrote on time had everything I wanted and needed in there

His attitude towards hospital staff was quite blunt and rude considering I had paid for the shopping not this gentleman or the hospital staff, I could have met him at a he front door as I was attacked to a lot of machines

Why is it every single time, you take payment and then don't deliver numerous items?! Why don't you just refund it if it's not in stock, it's so annoying!!
