Drove 5 miles tonight to pick up the Too good to go bag. I had the order on my phone but was told they hadn't got any and they were the only person there and couldn't make one up for me. They called the Manager who told me to come back tomorrow. I was told that the orders were cancelled, I said thats not the case as you can see its still live and ready to pick up. The manager told the employee to tell me to cancel the order but I couldn't as you have to cancel 2 hours before pick up time. 19:00-21:00 and as it was already 19:30 I couldn't cancel it. As it was a roundtrip of 10 miles and I got nothing resolved I left feeling like the manager who was phoned didn't care at all about it and the inconvenience I was caused. Poor poor management and I actually felt sorry for the employee that was put in this position. There was another Too good to go bag still available so they will probably do this to someone else too tonight. Not happy at all.
