Asda in Coleraine

This must be the worst asda store in UK. I was there on my own and no one told me that the tills had changed opening from 8am to 9 on a Saturday . 4 members of staff stood and watched me waiting for tills to open for 15 minutes laughing and telling jokes. As I am a pensioner I do not know how to work self scanning tills . I was so dissatisfied I justed walked out and went to Tesco. I don't believe that they have a manager in this store and the staff just do as they please. Was A loyal customer.

I returned an item to the carcroft store Doncaster, i said morning to the women on the desk, she said nothing, i said i would like to return this item please as it's not compatible with our t.v. she said abruptly have you opened it. After she checked the box she said nothing, just said put yr card in for refund and gave us receipt. Very rude . She is in wrong job for customer service.

This place cares not one bit for the customers or staff regards Covid regulations.They will challenge you if you take a trolly to the wrong checkout BUT ignore the many including their staff that will not adhere to the mandatory regulation to wear face coverings. Rude staff just say we can do nothing about it .looks like they put the risk of loosing money above the risk to people's lives . Shame on you ASDA management!!!!!

Big supermarket with lots of choice of fresh food, frozen, flowers, bakery, deli counter. Good choice of clothing and home as well. Self scan checkouts too. Cafe also, but I haven't used it. Toilets inside.

Excellent whilst out roaming around. We took advantage, whilst shopping to bring home - Irish Produce, like wheaten flour and craft beer ect. of having our lunch there which , whilst basic, was excellent.

Good store, everything you need, this store is a great size just beside The Lodge Hotel off the roundabout

Always enjoy shopping here, great variety and value for money. The off licence has lots of special offers on some really good wines.

As we were staying next door at the hotel we used this store to pick up items for lunch when we were travelling around and some items for dinner on some nights. They shut down their pre made meals too early (before 5) so very little was left around that time despite a number of people asking about items they could pick up for dinner. We found their pricing and selection to be not as good as Tesco which is further into town.

On my last visit just a few days ago, I was appalled to witness a male member of staff be aggressive towards the customer infront of me. I was next in the long queue - after waiting a further 10 minutes I placed my order. Another 10 minutes passed and a staff member appeared to say it would take another few minutes as the colleague had burnt the sandwich. At this point I was past my food as it was only to nip out for a quick bite of lunch. Waste of time and energy left the restaurant feeling deflated. Would certainly not recommend - staff need trained properly in customer service and cooking ability.

Meal was called breakfast, which is debatable, served by a waitress for whom a bucket of smiles would last a lifetime. If you are unlucky enough to find yourself in this place bring a packed lunch.

Cheap and cheerful, have called at the cafe in Asda numerous occasions as I was passing through. It serves its purpose.

We went to the restaurant for breakfast and ordered the all day brunch. This was to include bread and butter but that never turned up. On our previous visit a few weeks ago, we ordered breakfast, sat down and awaited our meal. We sat and we sat, watching people who came in after us sit down and receive their meals. I went up to enquire where our breakfast was and was asked what we had ordered. The lady behind the counter went into the kitchen and came back out saying it would be over soon. They had basically forgotten us! No offer of a refund, free drink or anything. I don't think we'll be rushing back!

clean shop,cheap prices and great services throughout. george dept had great deals and lots of choice

early breakfast disappointing The toast was paper thin , must have been a basic buy. Fried bread etc. had been "resting" for some time so denture wearers beware. Cafe cold, but staff very attentive. A pity that the cooked breads etc. are screened from view of customer ?.

Called in today for a bowl of soup. Saw their poster of soup and sandwich. Looked very delicious. Oh my God what I got was a soup that you could literally stand on. Pure knee deep barley. No liquid just pure bowl of slieve. My Brown filled roll to accompany, let's just say you could have bounced it off a wall. God I was angry, asda you have every fresh product in shop to accommodate your restaurant so why serve the most atrocious meals.

Nuestro primer y, sin duda, nuestra última visita a asda cafe coleraine. Pedimos dos comidas, una cola y un café, nos dijeron que sería unos 8 minutos. Mi comida socios llegué con mi café, después de preguntar tres veces, entonces tomó 15 minutos después de que la mía para llegar. Mi compañero comimos de ella como no quiero que esté fría y luego llegó la mía. La disculpa fue "ocurrió así que si quieres un reembolso podemos hacer eso".

Called in for some craft cider.. Loads of choice. Great tasting cider especially Old Mout Cider , kiwi and lime - lovely. Great parking facilities and easily accessible.

Called into ASDA today on spec. Some great offers, however the highlight of my day was purchasing a 1.5 liter bottle of quality Champaign for £30, what a great find. Bring it on ASDA.

Not bad at all cheap shop with lots of variety clothes are nice and a reasonable price too I will definitely be back

why do so few stock this? Haven't found 2 stores who stock same brand or types of baby food and becomes a nightmare going around them but this asda always seems to have what I need thank God

Being a recent convert to Asda we find this to be one of the best! Big with a vast selection of food, household and Clothes. Excellent selection and excellent helpful friendly staff. A pleasure to visit!

No one came to counter to take our order, we had to wait seven minutesThis unfortunately give us time to view the food on counter which was all dried up and not at all appetizingStaff were disinterested in the food, customer or anything other than timeSmell of strong bleach throughout table area

I have unfortunately eaten in this "cafe" on a couple of occasions and have been thoroughly disappointed on every occasion. There is no staff, or no food, or the staff are rude, the food is cold, or re fried. Hideous is the only word I have for it. As a diabetic I needed to eat, - it took me nearly collapsing for someone to appear to serve us. I had to wait for over 25 mins for some one to come to the pass for us to place an order. It wasn't like there was a queue, it was just myself and my father. Once the food came the plates were dirty, and the cutlery could certainly have done with another run through the dishwasher, but by that point I was beyond caring! I just needed the cold,congealed chips that served. My advice, is go into the supermarket and purchase your own ingredients and make your own. Trust me it will taste so much better

Went today to do our food shop and decided when we were finished to grab a bite to eat. I have to say myself and my husband totally enjoyed it. My hubby got the gourmet Burger with onion rings and chips and the portion was huge. Hubby raved about it for ages after lol. Staff are friendly and for two meals and two drinks it was under a Tenner. Definitely worth a visit

A supermarket ... Does what its supposed to I guess! Lots of parking, easily accessible with 24r hours a day shopping should you need it. Handy when staying in the hotel next door

One of the best and driest ulster fries you will get anywhere. Not a greasy plate in sight. The counter staff are excellent and have endless patience. A good place for a quick coffee before or after shopping.

Location is great outside town and value for money in this store. Excellent prices on books. There is a petrol station on site. The whole layout of store is very good with wide aisles.

not sure where to start - no staff, no food, tables not cleared, example i asked for a baked potato and coleslaw and they say they have ran out - why dont they just go and get the food from the supermarket which is like 2 feet away ask for fish no that is finished pizza that is finished just nothing - who is in charge seems to be nobody

It is nothing special, nothing stands out, it is just a typical Asda Store what you see is what you get, nothing more, nothing less on a par with most other stores of its type in the area.

The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. There is no price list displayed and the prices change from day to day, depending who is at the till. There is not a great choice of food and the menu does not change much. Not at all like Asda cafe in Antrim. They know how to run a cafe in Antrim.

Brilliant value and you always get plenty of offers. The staff are all brill and it is well laid out. As other supermarkets change things around a lot they do not so it is easy to find things. The store is clean and well stocked no matter when u go.
