We went for brunch on Mother's day. The food and service was excellent!

No, it is not legal for a restaurant in Arkansas to charge extra for using a debit card to pay the bill. Debits card surcharging is illegal in all 50 states, including Arkansas, according to the Merchant Cost Consulting website. This is a federal law. Surcharges are only permitted on credit card transactions, not debit card or prepaid card purchases. Service sucked ! Food was cool n temp n Bland !

The cheese sticks were so good. We also ordered the spinach dip which we almost finished leaving little to no room for that actual meal. I tried the coconut shrimp and didn’t expect the sauce to have a kick. The coconut flavor was strong. It just wasn’t for me in that moment but would have been great. My son ordered Catfish and Hush puppies and he loved it.

Had the biscuit and gravy with sausage...Everything was absolutely delicious...The place itself it very nice...All employees were very respectful...I'll definitely be back

We went to try breakfast here. The food was okay, but the service was a large improvement over the last few times we had gone. It gives a feel of sports bar but more open. 4-5-26 Went again for breakfast today and it was horrible. Was seated and had a waitress take our order for drinks. A second waitress brought the drinks and took our order. Our orders came after a reasonable wait, only a refill for coffee was offered. We both ordered omelets and there was a large amount of oil/grease on the plate. The toast absorbed the oil and I was blotting my omelet on my napkin. It was disgusting to try and eat the omelet. We had another waitress removed the plates, we informed her that the food was not good, she took the food into the back to tell whoever made it. Said something about if it was earlier they would have offered to remake the food, but we never had a waitress even stop by the table the entire time we were eating....I guess we were supposed to flag down just a random waitress. We of course paid full price for inedible food. We have only had good service once in the last four times we have eaten there. I do not appreciate feeling like an outcast and invisible when I patronize a restaurant.

Food was delicious and service was even better. Wish we had one of these back in Alabama!

Great service from our waiter .. prompt, attentive and on top of it. The food: hit or miss. Some of the food tasted like it was cooked on dirty flattop grill.(sausage, bacon etc). Coffee was pretty weak. Pancakes = HUGE and delish. The eggs looked and tasted like they were local fresh eggs. yum

Three of us ate here on a Saturday 2/15/25. We arrived at 7:45pm it states they close at 9pm but at 8pm on the dot the employees were cleaning the floors and putting the chairs on empty tables. One of the ladies said "Did you lock the front door?" To another employee.. my husband had to run out to the truck and so he had to prop the door open so he could get back in. Our food was cold so we had to ask the waitress to warm it up. The waitress we had was friendly and did a good job. However it was extremely rude that other employees were sweeping and cleaning up and locking the door while we were trying to eat an hour before it said they closed. We felt rushed to leave. Between that and the food being cold it is not somewhere we will probably visit again.

Drive through with good food and you can order ahead of time!

I was disappointed to see a sign to tip the drive thru. Unsure where the tip was going. A business should be able to pay their employees. Salmon was excellent.

First time here, they had the TV's set to the playoffs games! Wonderful dinner, cold beers. I like this place!

I've had visitors off and on through Holiday's and while taking them to Mammoth Springs or Hardy, We'd stop to eat here cause it's 1 of few GOOD restaurants. Everyone Really was impressed by your food. We had an assortment off of their menu and noone was disappointed!

I went in here and got a chicken bacon, ranch wrap with steamed broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes with a sweet tea. Can you believe it cost $24.07? I will never eat at this place again way overpriced. They’re trying to be something they’re not like an upscale restaurant and it’s like a bar and Grill. Unless you wanna spend a lot of money for mediocre food, I wouldn’t eat here! Shame on the owners for charging so much it takes away from the tips to the workers and servers. I was not able to leave a tip because it cost so much I was not expecting to spend Almost $25. It should’ve been around 15 bucks then I could’ve left a five dollar tip for the server that would be more reasonable

We've eaten here a few times and the last time was a nightmare. They sat us in the section near the icemaker/soda machines. The icemaker was so loud we couldn't even talk. We asked to be seated on the other side and the waitress refused. I had the fish tacos which had almost no fish. So, bad food and audibly uncomfortable.

Always a great time at Artisan Grill. The boom boom shrimp is our fave! I'd also like to add they have the best hamburgers in the area. Nothing even comes close.

First of all the food that I ordered very good. I'm sure it would have been even better, but there was a strong order of cleaning liquid that was present upon arrival and the smell never went away. The sevice was extremely slow and the place was not that crowded. I understand that the owners are in the starting process to build a nicer place and should be open in 2019. Maybe I will try the new location when it opens.

Took the fiance out for her birthday dinner and everything was awesome. The staff was phenomenal and attentive. The food came promptly, hot and delicious. Looking forward to having lunch there some day.

Yellowish white hair found inside my food container and bag 🤮 very nasty! I do not recommend!!!!!

I bought shrimp tacos and it came with queso and chips the first time I ever had them it was fantastic but not today 17$ later and there’s hairs in the bag of chips and a long black hair on the top of tacos. Wanted a refund because I felt sick after eating some of it and threw it away because I was so sick feeling and the owner demanded they had the full meal back to get a refund . Definitely never going back they deserve a -0

I got food from Artesian Grill in Ash Flat Arkansas earlier today I ordered a burger and fries which was expensive to say the least $17.43 and I’m thinking “Oh well , you get what you pay for “ 😂 well I paid for more than I expected, to say the least . The burger was cooked good and the fries were tasty , however , there was hairs , that’s right HAIRS made into the meat and not one but several . I did not notice this until I had eaten at least 1/3 of the burger and felt some weird object in my mouth 😂 which was a HAIR. Upon closer examination, there was several short hairs throughout the meat. I called and notified the establishment which is Artesian Grill and was told that if I would bring the COMPLETE burger back I could POSSIBLY get a refund . lol the words COMPLETE and POSSIBLY is what lead to this review . There’s no way after consuming some of the hair filled burger I could bring back the COMPLETE burger and POSSIBLY should not have even been an option . FULL REFUND and an apology would have been acceptable but still not make up for the fact that I had consumed hair from an unknown person and I did not expect to find such in my food . This incident has left a bad taste in my mouth . Literally . And I would NOT recommend this restaurant due to unsanitary food as well as non compliance to resolve the issue.

I have ate multiple times with a very large group and the service has always been top notch and the food has been quality. I highly recommend the Artisan Grill. The prices are reasonable as well.

Awesome menu choices. The fried mushrooms are hand battered and delicious. The Flourentine Fettuccine with chicken was so good! You won't be disappointed.

Arrived around 2pm, ordered cheeseburgers well done. My wifes cheeseburger was served seriously burned, non edible. Response from kitchen ,"you ordered it well done". Yes we did, well done but not burned. Cook refused to replace burned cheeseburger. NEVER, EVER, AGAIN. Cook was an a--, waitress tried to be helpful.If I could give you a zero I would.

We were traveling in the area recently & looking for a place where we could find something other than just fried food. The Artisan Bistro has great food & great service. We enjoyed our late lunch. So glad to find it.

If I'm going through this way, I always stop and eat there!!! The food is over the top, and the service and atmosphere is fabulous! Try the Boom Boom shrimp, the fish tacos, the Southwest chicken egg rolls, or one of there yummy burgers!!! The plates are always out together to perfection.

There is nothing "artisan" or "grill" about this place. The food was so salty I couldn't eat it. It literally made me shudder. The sweet tea was fabulous, which is why I gave it a 2 instead of a one. I ate a few fries. Paid full price, of course. Really was looking forward to supporting a local, patriotic place. Save your money. Sonic has better burgers, and the same tea.

We ordered chips and queso AND fries pickles for our appetizers. The kids had cheeseburgers and fries from the kids menu; I thought the portion size may not be enough so I ordered extra sides for them (Mac & cheese, fried okra and more fries). They're cheeseburgers and fries were more than plenty; it would've been enough for me! My husband and I had garlic parmesan wings (bone-in and boneless). Everything was fabulous!!! And Shelby (our waitress) was the best!!!! Thanks for dinner y'all!!! We'll definitely be back!

Food is ok, but check to make sure pork or chicken is fully cooked before eating. Pork steak was raw, cook said it cooks through in 4 minutes. It took a lot longer than that to get food however. We have never had a good experience here.

Artisan grill is really the only “nice” dress up restaurant in this area. However, it could definitely use a bit of work to spruce it up and make it feel like more of a fine dining experience. It really felt more like a diner than a fine dining restaurant inside. It seems like quite a few people were coming in right as they were closing as well so they could definitely extend their hours until around 10pm and get more clientele. Their prices have definitely went up from the prices posted previously, my wife and I both got a ribeye that was $34. They claimed it to be an inch thick but my steak was pretty thin probably only 1/2 an inch. I also ordered mine medium rare but received it as medium well. I made my server aware and they didn’t seem to really care. However the flavor, seasoning and marbling of the steak was pretty good, just not the inch thick steak they promised. The soup was ok but had a lot of grease in it and a raw piece of jalapeño and was in a tiny cup. Overall our experience here wasn’t bad but I didn’t feel like it was worth the price we paid. They also get their desserts from Walmart and they are not homemade.

The fried green tomatoes are amazing!!

I usually get the Redneck Nachos, and I got them again. They were good, and the portion is enough to feed 3 people. Also, on the menu is an option for $9 for some items and I think that is a great idea. I don't want large portions most of the time, and that is a great way to go out for a meal that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Food is usually great. Hamburger last week was like a hockey puck, way overcooked.

We had the calamari, portion is small, overpriced, especially for cheap calamari. Forgot the salad that came with the Fettuccine Alfredo. Philly dillly quesadillas was a surprise spin to it.. No veteran discount. The price for everything is overprice..

We arrived with a party of 8 on a Saturday at 1pm. Wasn’t busy at all, we were served great food like shrimp poboy, Cubano, Southwest eggrolls, Bang Bang Chicken, fried green tomatoes, steak sandwich, and Sweet and Spicy burger with grilled broccoli. It was all fantastic!

The spicy burger and brussel sprouts were great. The fried green tomatoes were even better!

We tried the smashed taco and it was different and delicious. Thanks for the recommendation. It’s like a Big Mac on a burger.

Staying in Cherokee village for a couple days- here from Illinois- Wife and I had excellent meals- Each had smash burgers- she had pinto beans, I had grilled green beans.

The food was amazing! Everyone was friendly and kind. I've never been to this area before, but any time I pass through, I'll make sure to stop here!!!

Worst place to try and get a hot meal. Service is so disorganized that you wait 45 minutes for them to hand you your food. It just sits there waiting on wait staff to get around to grabbing it. Bought food here 6 times and it's always been the same result. No use in making a complaint to management, he didn't care the two times I've mentioned it. So I'm done spending money on useless people.

We've lived here 6 months now and have tried this restaurant 4 times. Today was our last. Sadly, none of what occurred today hasn't occurred before. Waitress was extremely slow and more interested in chatting with the other girls then providing good service. She forgot our appetizer and served our food cold, chicken overcooked. The fact that we've given it 4 trys tells me ownership is not interested in making improvements. It's too bad for this area that needs good restaurants 😒

The food is overpriced for what it tastes like. We went for my daughter's birthday, she was hoping to get a steak but the only steak that was available was a 16oz steak for $34.99! We decided to NOT get a steak due to price and went a cheaper route. The salad was going bad and was discolored, the Chicken Alfredo lacked flavor and the kids meals (excluding the cheeseburger) is a joke. Will not be returning, which is sad because this was the first time we went. Our waitress was good and her service was good as well, just wish the food was worth the price!

This was the third ad last time ever patronizing this establishment. The first time we had the Hamburgers and it was good. It did take way too long, but the food was good. Second time, there with friends. The food was good and the person that we took to be the manager did an amazing job ensuring our food was good. Still, the service was taking way too long and the waitress can't get the order right. Now to the latest; we ordered the loaded fries which states that comes with sour cream, and we asked for lemons for our sodas. No lemons, no excuses for not bringing the lemons, no Sour Cream. When asked about the sour cream the waitress said that it doesn't come with it. We pointed out that it is in the menu to what she answered: "Oh, it is. We need to change that" and left. There were only three couples in the entire place, one worker and what it seems as a lady manager. The waitress spent most of the time in the kitchen area and not at the front. Anyway, it is a sad state of affairs because they could be so much better if only they care more.

Used to be much better absolutely love the sweet and spicy burger but the past three times I’ve gotten it it’s been horrible, overdone and dry! They even asked me what I wanted on it. I told them what I wanted and it never matched what I ordered. My original Review is five stars but I had to update it!

I am the owner of 4TH Demention Construction LLC and a goggle guide. My recent visit to Artisan Grill was exceptionally disappointing, primarily due to the disconcerting behavior of the staff. Despite reassurances that we could stay and watch the Super Bowl game, we were unceremoniously asked to leave with just 11 minutes remaining, prompted by a call from the owner at 8:42 pm. Adding to the frustration, we had placed our food order at 8:27 pm, leaving us with barely any time to enjoy our meal. The disrespect and lack of consideration from the staff, coupled with the owner's intervention, left a lasting negative impression. Despite leaving a generous tip for the cook and servers, I strongly caution against trying this establishment, as the disappointing staff behavior overshadowed any positive aspects of our experience. 👎👎👎👎👎 FYI There was an advertisement for the super bowl for specials

Been 3 times, disappointed every time. Service is slow, tough steak and overall felt like we were an inconvenience to the wait staff. When you have to ask 3 times for a sreak knife after ordering a steak... well enough said.

The food is good and the service is great. I enjoy this place. Update 2024- been coming here for the loaded fries. They're alright. But what makes me give the lower rating is one dude. Every time he's there I can hear him talking about how they have the best burgers from here to memphis. Wow man, you should really get out more. Then he comes in with a pitch about some burger that got an honorable mention on diners drive-ins and dives. Its been more than 2 years you've been trying to sell that burger to us. Give it up bro. We all know that Guy Fieri is just a gluttonous fool. And guess what? I searched and searched for that honorable mention. Nowhere in sight. There is literally no need to lie.

We are here visiting from Ohio. The food was phenomenal—tons of options. Great beer specials. Fast service. Will definitely come back again.

Fun, community resturant that has all the amenities, and excellent food from both hearth and heart. Service is with a smile and steaks have a good cut and flavor. A great hometown atmosphere worthy of the locals and any traveling nomad who happens by for the succulent, savory experience.

We are from Saint Louis, and we were in town visiting family. We used the special event room. The food far exceeded our expectations. Service was wonderful and friendly. The building is clean, well-kept, and comfortable. I will be craving their quesadillas until we are back down to visit! 10/10!
