Artisan Coffee in Ealing

Vengo aquí bastante para tomar café, que es generalmente excelente. Un bicho de este lugar es que cierra temprano a las 4 pm. El otro día llegué con un amigo antes de las 3 de la tarde, así que mucho tiempo para tomar un café, lo que hicimos. Entonces alrededor de 3. 30 Tomamos un segundo trago. El problema es que alrededor de 3. 35 el personal subió la música a un nivel ridículamente alto así que no pudimos hablar entre nosotros. Lo hicieron para que la gente se fuera, lo que creo que es ridículo e innecesario, especialmente casi media hora antes del cierre. No creo que me haya encontrado con esto antes en otra cafetería, pero no me dan ganas de volver tarde en el día.

I have been coming to this place, in total for about 5 years now. Initially, this place was FANTASTIC. Great coffee (still is), nice atmosphere and helpful staff. HOWEVER,….. since a few years now the staff have become very rude and disrespectful, especially towards coloured or non- white customers. I suffer from some disabilities and difficulties which result in ataxia and double vision. Consequently I am unable to carry the coffee to the table and request the servers for their assistance in this regard. Despite making the staff aware of this the staff completely refuse to help me. This is infuriating since they HAVE assisted in the past on a number of occasions …… DOUBLE STANDARDS !!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!

I have been here a number of times over at least 8 years. The coffee used to be very poor but recently has improved a lot. We came in with a friend for a late breakfast of coffee, almond croissants, a flat white muffin and a toastie. The coffee was excellent as were the cakes and toastie.

I was in London for six days and I went to this coffee shop every day. Very cozy atmosphere and pleasant service. The coffee tasted excellent. I could have wished for a larger selection of food (not just sweets), but otherwise I have nothing to complain about.

Lovely people ,serving good coffee and really nice food. My go to coffee house. Look forward to the expansion they have planned.

Amazing coffee and great atmosphere to get stuff done or for a catch up with friends. I would highly recommend getting the chai latte with a shot of espresso (dirty chai)- perfect for the cold weather!

I came in for a coffee and something to eat. My cortado was really good but the guy at the till came across as quite unfriendly so I decided to go elsewhere for food.

I've been coming here for years now - ever since I moved to Ealing so it's past time I wrote a review. To my palate, the coffee is the best I've tasted and, if you've never tried an ANZAC biscuit this is the place to start. The toasties make a great lunch and for double decadence the brownies do it every time. The decor is "shack-chic" but it works and, when they're not rushed off their feet, the staff aways have a friendly word and a smile. To my palate it's perfect coffee every time.

We came in for coffee and lunch and had a toasted sandwich with mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes and pesto. The sandwich was large and excellent quality. The flat white coffees were delicious, the white americano coffees were ok rather than excellent.

I recieved a voucher for the latte art course for my birthday. I had got a coffee machine last year and been trying to master the latte art. I had a really nice coffee before the training started, and will certainly be back for coffee, and potentially even more training. The trainer Inessa, was actually really good, and just the right sort of person. There was 5 of us on the course, and she provided clear instruction, was able to advise when something was not quite right and also congratulate where improvements had been made..

Didn't like the experience....I wish I could have had a different teacher.... The Indonesian Thai girl comes out too bossy and if I pour a really bad pattern( I am doing a course because I don't know how if I do I wouldn't spend 90 pounds), instead of kindly tell you something she just put out a disgusted face which doesn't need words to say that thinks your pattern is bad. Actually she even laugh. I didn't feel comfortable at all. Teacher should read and understand people. Anyway... Wouldn't come back.

If you are looking for efficient service, keep on walking. 3 staff members, of which 2 just spent most of the time talking between themselves, whilst the other just gossiped with a regular. Very slow service.

I've been going to Artisan for coffee (and nowhere else) since I was introduced to it nearly 4 years ago. The coffee is the best I've ever tasted in this country the food complements it perfectly and the service is impeccable. Since my first coffee at Artisan 4 years ago I have never had a coffee elsewhere in this country and coming to think of it now it seems remiss of me not to have submitted a review before. If there is one slight sadness it is that the perfect taste, temperature and consistency of Artisan coffee has so spoiled me that I truly can't get coffee elsewhere. Thank God they're open.

I recently moved back to the area, and could not wait to get a chai tea latte. I went a few months ago and had been dreaming about having another ever since... absolutely delicious and honestly the best I've ever had. I also didn't have my card with me, so the barista (who was so friendly and nice) gave me my drink on the house. A loyal customer gained!!!

We have been in a number of times recently for a light lunch. The choice of hot food is very limited but they do a delicious cheese and chilli jam toastie on lovely sourdough bread. The coffee was great too.

Thankfully these guys have reopened for takeaways. Have had a couple recently including a flat white today which was delicious.

The service here is excellent, as is the coffee. The staff are very responsive and make you feel at home - great job in organising that. Saturday and Sunday mornings are always bustling here and there is a great atmosphere. A good place to chat...

We went off piste and had small cappuccinos rather than our usual flat white. It was very strong with a hint of bitter chocolate and not at all sweet or milky. Excellent.

We tried a generous slice of their vegan pumpkin cake which was topped with coconut and flavoured with fresh ginger and mixed spices and was excellent. The coffee was very good too.

Lovely venue. Rustic. And in a good spot. Coffee was good though I wasn’t sure it was I had ordered. Pity it closes at 6pm on Saturdays as we wanted another round. Will try again.

Dropped in just before they were closing which is probably not the best idea as staff were looking forward to closure. But Hot Chocolate and Banana muffins were great and would thoroughly recommend. Little pricey but worth it.
