Extortionate prices for small meals & getting upset when I refuse to pay a service charge fee. Rude staff, ridiculous customer service & owners look as if you owe them a favour. Never going there again.

One of our most frequently visited places and rarely lets us down. Great selection of Iraqi home cooking and general Arabic food. I love the prawn biriyani, masgouf and kebab erbil.

Family run restaurant with some of the best tasting food we've had in London. The lamb shank was fantastic. Mix grill was incredibly well seasoned. Prices were fair and service was great. Will definitely be back

The food is too expensive for the small portions you get. We went as a large group, and because of the portions, were small we had to order more, but the food quality was poor.

A restaurant with poor food in general. The kebab looked like they had opened a can of meat, with no taste. The grilled kibbeh was burnt on the bottom. The service was not good. It was our first visit and the last time.

This place is truly a hidden gem. From the delectable Iraqi dishes to the friendly staff and impeccable service, everything here is fantastic. While the location might be a bit challenging to find, stumbling upon it was a fortunate accident. However, given its excellence, it's deserving of a more prominent spot in the heart of London. Highly recommended.

I have been to your restaurant on many occasions, however last Saturday we and all our family had the worst experience ( this isn’t the first time ) Our mother ( an elderly lady ) booked accordingly for 10:00 hrs. Everyone has arrived and despite noticeably having a walking stick we were rudely greeted by the mannerless owners whom are infamous for their attitude and disrespect. Friends and family have always complained about similar situations in the past. Due to our cultural similarities it is obviously a hotspot for everyone to attend. However moving forward we shall not be lowered to such disrespect and poor standards by attending such a shambles and a vile venue. The husband and wife ( owners ) shock, Iraqis whom think they are better than others, were sat eating when everyone was waiting, in an undermining way they waved their hands and said sit over there. This is not the manner in which ANY customer should be traated in any establishment. Ontop of the above, we had to wait 45 minutes for anyone to even come over and ask if we needed anything. Not me, or any of our family members will ever attend moving forward and I strongly suggest no one goes to this establishment. Well done for your amazing service

The service is diabolical, the prices are not worth the service and quality provided. It seems they have got their head inbetween their legs and think that everyone should be grateful to attend this place to have some local food. They don’t know how to talk, act or behave. 0 customer service is provided and it seems they think every customer should be grateful to be in their establishment. I'd only second my first review and say this place is the first option for all families to gather and have great food (breakfast, lunch, or dinner). Always pleasure to take friends there to dine and have a nice time. Service and quality speak for themselves.

This restaurant is 10/10. From the interior, to the service, to the food. Everything was perfect. The food was so flavoursome and portion size was very good. The staff were so lovely and the ambience of the restaurant was very traditional. Throughly enjoyed my experience ☺️

Food was good but very the service was very bad. Check your orders with them because they make mistakes and can charge without realising. We overpaid for wrong orders, double check. Spoke with the mangers but they don’t really care or compensate so be aware before payment. Parking isn’t great either.

Went here for breakfast with friends and we had a great time, good food and great service.

I visited for lunch with friends .. We were delighted by the authentic Iraqi main courses .. The spices and flavors were extremely impressive for a Middle Eastern restaurant. The service by Ziad and Mohammed ,,was above average; OUTSTANDING , the PASHAAA too unpalatable to finish When we arrived at 2:00 p.m., we were told to wait for minutes while they prepared the table. We hadn't made a reservation, but the restaurant was full. ZAID made it seconds and gave us just the best service ever !!! Highly recommend the food prepared by the amazing humble Mohammed im( chief ) 🤍🤍🤍

Lovely food overall. Try their iraqi breakfast delicacies such their Bagilla wa dihn (broad beans, pieces of fresh bread, topped with hot scrambled eggs cooked in ghee) , their egg omelette dishes and their light breakfast pizzas called manaqeesh.

مطعم عراقي، خدمة مقبولة واجواء جميلة. الكفته الكباب العادي كان يفتقر للمذاق العراقي مائلة اكثر للمطبخ الشامي، لذلك انصح ب كباب اربيل حسب قائمة الطلبات. ممكن ان أزور المطعم لتجرة أصناف اكثر. Iraqi resturant, okay service, and nice atmosphere. Kofte was a slight disappointment from what I would expect and Iraqi resturant to offer in a form of kabab. I suggest Erbil kabab according to the menu instead! Might visit in the future to try other meals.

If you want authentic Iraqi home made style food especially breakfast look no further this restaurant the taste and presentation is nothing but perfect. Owner is kind and quite a nice place for social gathering for families. Will go there again for sure.

Been to this place many times. The atmosphere is great. The staff are polite and helpful. Sometimes part of your order gets missed, so be aware. Parking may sometimes be an issue especially during weekends. Food quality is good and depends on what you order. Sometimes it's overcooked. I had a burned plate served to me once!

We had lunch at Al Enam. The staff were very nice. The food was good. Dolma portions were a bit little for what we expected but tasted amazing. We had to rush through our meal because the place closes at 18:00 ( so if you are planning to take your time with food and order desserts, then you need to arrive around 4pm). The interior design is very nice and gives a very Iraqi vibe to the place. The prices are very reasonable.

An absolute joy to have food here, I travel from Manchester to London and will always make a diversion to this place. Very authentic and absolutely fresh. Highly recommended

المطعم يقع تقريبا في الجزء الشمالي من لندن.. مطعم بديكور أنيق تشعر فيه انك في العراق الخدمة راىعة والفطور العراقي الأصيل روعة بالطعم يرجعك إلى بلدك العراق واصاله... و جبات الغداء عندهم روعة ... طعام لذيذ جدا.... اعتقد هو نفسه الأنعام الذي اشتهر بالعراق بنهاية الثمانيات والتسعينات... لم تختلف نكهات الطعام عنده.... روعة وعاشت ايدكم.... اكيد ستكون لي زيارة ثانية... وبصراحة كل ما أزور لندن انتم مطعمي المفضل.. واسعارهم جدا مناسبة وبجانب المطعم محل حلويات روعة.. ومقابل المطعم أسواق تبيع منتجات عراقية وعربية.....

المطعم في مكان منعزل على مااظن عرفت المطعم من الاصدقاء ووجدته في مكان غريب ولكن الاكل لذيذ الموظفين يبذلون قصارى جهودهم في الخدمه لكن فيما يبدو العدد اقل مما ينبغي لاجابه الطلبات الكراسي متلاصقه جدا مع الاخرين لايمكن ارجاع الكرسي للخلف ولايوجد هواء اللحم لذيذ اعتقد انه كان الافضل لدي كذلك التكا والمقبلات الخيز لابد من الطلب حسب العدد الذي تريد لكنه سرعان مايكون يابسا كنت اعتقد من الافضل توفيره مع الطلبات وهو ساخن بالدفعات لاني تناولت الاولى والبقيه كلن قد يبس يوجد بالقرب محل للحلويات الشرقيه

Well I have to say when I got home and read some of the previous reviews I was pretty stunned. Yes it is in a business park, but dangerous? Seriously!?? The service from the moment I stepped in the door couldn't have been more helpful and charming, yes even the lady on the till. I am no expert on Middle Eastern food and don't eat meat, so the waiter helped me pick items and every single thing was delicious. Everything on the menu is priced. In fact the waiter made sure I didn't over order as I got the fish with rice, beautifully cooked and you get a delicious soup to start. I will 100% be coming back. BTW there is a shop next door, I think connected which has the most gorgeous sweets/desserts so had to take some home too..and yes they were yummy.

Do not give your money to those horrible rude impolite barbaric owners; the woman and her husband. I discovered the 5 stars rating , the place is getting was written by family members and friends. You just need to go there once to understand what I mean. We are in the process now of getting the health authorities involved to get this place shut. The food standard fluctuates very much. The catering team is fine. The major problem is the lady owner and her husband who probably forgot they have to treat customers with dignity and curtesy. They shout at customers and never accept any criticizing. They have the attitude as if they are doing the customer a fever. The place is not nice to spend a break or dine out , food overpriced and the parking is impossible . It is in the middle of some industrial states. There other much nicer middle eastern restaurants like Bait al zaytoon and Pachi where they treat you with respect and honour.

Such a good breakfast here this morning! I had the breakfast platter - halloumi, lebneh & zaatar and my husband and friend had the sharing mixed grill - lamb kebab, chicken ta’ouq, lamb shish, lamb shawarma. None of us have had Iraqi food before and came here when staying nearby on a recommendation from a builder when we desperately needed a good breakfast after too much wine last night! All of the food was incredible and the staff are the epitome of hospitable - so friendly! Loved every bit of the meal here, definitely drop in if you’re in the area

Food has no taste at all. The owners are very rude both man and woman who are sitting on the till. The food were terrible. They need to learn customer service skills before selling frozen foods. It is not worth the value at all.

Very bad service and snobby staff especially the owner. She barely smiles to anyone and her staff are extremely rude. Her food is always finished whenever you want to order something on the menu they say 'oh we dont have'. The other day I went for breakfast which as stated on her menu from 9 to 1, I arrived. at 12 to order Kahi and then I sat down to order and they said oh we dont have. Why place it on the menu if you're going to serve it keep in mind I had to travel about 45 minutes to get to her restaurant to try it out. Useless. This has been my go to restaurant for many years now definitely been going for way over 10 years and I highly recommend it. The food is delicious fresh and tasty good size portions and lots of variety. Service is great friendly and warm always made to feel welcome. I booked to eat here with my family during a trip to London 2 weeks in advance. We walked down a poorly lit, uneven , dark industrial unit feeling very unsafe . The restaurant was at the end and was busy. Before I even had the door open a very rude man told me they were closed (clearly not as people were in there) and there was no food left. I politely went to explain I had a booking but did not even get the words out before he shouted over me. Quite simply appalling service and I wouldn’t waste your time trying to find the place .

We visited the restaurant on a recommendation. It is located to the rear of a small industrial unit and not far from HS2 works, there are some shops next door that sell a wide variety of Middle Eastern style foods. The food was excellent and filling. The value was good. One to go back to.

Had a great meal delivered yesterday via Uber Eats. Nice warm and tasty food, well packed in containers that one could eat from and delivered to our hotel. The food was suitably spiced and authentic. (Price is lower when booking the delivery direct but we had Uber credit/voucher.)

Hidden round the back of an uninspiring business park this restaurant serves up genuinely sublime Middle Eastern food. Most of the clientele are Middle eastern and its absolutely the real deal. We had lambs liver, lamb schwama and lamb biriani - all were completely delicious and the lemon and mint drink was just perfection. The restaurant isn't licensed but you won't miss alcohol as the food is so fantastic. Wonderful staff too. Highly, highly recommended. Open for breakfast and lunch, closed from 7pm.

Just had lunch here and it was fantastic. It is Iraqi cuisine which is something I’ve never had until now. It’s inexpensive which is great. I had a chicken shish wrap, grilled halloumi, carrot juice and a complimentary soup that was absolutely delicious

I visited al Enam today for lunch. I had a chicken shawarma and my Husband has a mixed shawarma both with salad. We also had baba ganoush and batata hara as side dishes. It came with plenty of freshly made Arabic bread. The service was a little slow to start - they were extremely busy. Overall, the service was extremely good. The waiter was very attentive and courteous. The food was very tasty and very generous portion size. We have been to this restaurant t a few times now and each time the service and food has been consistently good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Middle Eastern food.

Heard about this restaurant for a while, we decided to go as a group of 5 families. They have an extended section to accommodate large group, it was lovely, we started with the Free soup for all, then the starter and the large main meal. The food are fresh, the meat are nicely cooked with special flavour. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the staff have done their best to please everyone, will definitely come back.

Entiendo que agregan un limón y hielo, pero el hielo es más o menos gratis y puedes quitar el limón que cuesta 20 p. Gasté 20 en la comida para cada persona de mi familia y somos una familia de 6 y me rechazan el agua del grifo, una verdadera pena, ya que este solía ser uno de mis restaurantes favoritos.

Been coming here for years. Always loved the food. Speedy. Delicious and well priced but much to my disappointment I’m having to write this review. I asked for tap water and was told they don’t serve tap water and offered me a bottled water...wasn’t in the mood to argue or fight so I agreed but I’m fairly sure it’s illegal to refuse a customer tap water. Hope management see this and rectify.

I take my family and friends , frequently , to dine at El-Enam restaurant. The owners of the Resturant , Om Ali and Abu Ali are very nice e people , always smiling and courteous. The waiters , specially the head , Ziad , are very helpful , give a fantastic service . The food is second to none , you get a range of delicious dishes , priced very reasonably , compared to the good quality of it . I recommend El-Enam restaurant strongly to everyone.

Una joya escondida en medio de un área industrial de Park Royal, limitada por 2 horas de estacionamiento en el complejo y aún más difícil de estacionar en las carreteras cercanas. El restaurante está muy ocupado y las comidas para llevar parecen ser interminables. Gran servicio del atento personal en las mesas y la comida era excelente. También pedimos comida para llevar y me imagino que porque estaban ocupados los pedidos estaban equivocados. Nuestros amigos hablaron con ellos en árabe, pero esto se cayó de sus radares y aún así lograron estropear las órdenes. Una vergüenza de una buena comida en el restaurante, el baño no está disponible en el lugar para discapacitados a menos que pueda hacer que sea una escalera muy estrecha en la planta superior.

Good and cozy place, typical Iraqi restaurant, the bread (Khuboz ) hot and crispy, Tashreeb Bagala is the main and most delicious plate in this restaurant.

Que son clientes habituales de este restaurante y que normalmente bajar para el brunch. La comida está recién preparados en casa, pan proviene de la panadería, así se garantiza la frescura. So when told you are going to an industrial Estate in North Acton you wonder why. Then you turn up an families are queuing to get in. Never expected this. Food is of good quality and impressive portions with a buzzing atmosphere. Almost 5 star, but not quite. Still a great find.

If you fancy iraqi food then I´d suggest this place in acton offering some nice & delicious dishes. I´d suggest you should mainly order traditional iraqi food and not the standard dishes you find in every other middle eastern restaurant. The service unfortunately did not keep up with the good food although I have to say the restaurant was full on this evening as it was Ramadan.

Me and my husband visited last week for the first time. I have tried many Lebanese restaurants in London but none Iraqi ones. Let's just say that Iraqi cuisine is my favourite now. The food that we had was so delicious and well prepared. We had free soup as a starter which was really good as well and the Iraqi bread was amazing. The waiters were really polite and friendly. I couldn't find any fault. Food, service, prices it's all beyond great. We will definitely be coming again!
