Not as good as it use to be. Came with a big group and ordered two massive platters. Didn't come with shawerma as they ran out. Service was slow and short of staff

After being a regular customer there for years, endless recommendations to friends and family, I today got disappointed from the owner (the lady by the counter)as she knew me for years but being unprofessional dealing with the small issue happened today, as always I ordered Manaqeesh and asked the waiter to have it soft and tender not dry/crispy, then I received my order dry and crispy not as I requested, I politely asked the waiter to replace it coz I already mentioned it earlier, and I did mention it because once I've been told that if I didn't like my order for some reason I can always ask to replace it as long as I didn't eat/touch it, so this is what I did, but then the owner came to me saying that this is how they make their Manaqeesh (which is not), and they're not replacing it, saying if I want they'll cancel it for me but don't order Manaqeesh anymore!!!! So first of all, she knows me for years as a regular nice customer, never had any issue with them before, even the waiters know how friendly I am, and say my orders to me before asking as a joke coz the know it by heart, second it's my right to ask to replace it if it's not like how it's ordered, third you don't/can't ask a customer not order something, this is so unprofessional, we're the customers who you look forward to seeing everyday to work your business , we pay for what we order it's not free, you're not doing us a favour, professionsy shows in such incidents, but today I just saw an arrogant attitude and unprofessional action, therefore I gave it one star and put it in my black list.

Acton industrial park, the surrounding areas has so many affordable eateries and cuisines from the middle east. The restaurant was packed out for lunch with families and local workers from this area. I got the chicken sharwarma, cardamon tea and the lentil soup which came with crispy fried pastry. It was all delicious, the sharwarma came with the freshly prepared wrap, lightly spiced meat, choice of chili, garlic and ketchup. I really enjoyed the tea with a hint of lemon to taste. The meal came to £14.95, very reasonable and there was a sweet shop next door selling assortments of baklava.

PLEASE AT ALL DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY DO NOT TAKE FOOD ALLERGIES SERIOUSLY I asked them not to contain the following foods Chicken,Dairy,nuts. The man reassured me there was nothing of the following ingredients. I ordered the chicken burger and asked if it contained the following allergens and he said no. I ate the burger and started to have a stomach ache. I asked another waitress and said it contained milk. This is very poor service and I woudnt recommend for people with food allergies. If you do come with food allergies expect to have a allergic reaction.

Al Enam has delicious Iraqi food! The staff are always lovely with great service and the menu is extensive and there are lots of great varied options. The food is very flavourful and they often bring complimentary dips, soup and bread. It is well decorated, has great music and gives a great authentic middle eastern experience. There is always parking available outside. Would definitely recommend.

Al Enam catered for our wedding (120 guests). Excellent food, excellent service, and excellent presentation (check out their Instagram!) — many guests were saying it’s the best food they’ve ever had in a wedding ever and we would have to agree!

Went there a while ago by myself to try and when they see you as just one person they ignore you and will put you in some bad table to sit down and won’t come to serve you until you ask them few times as they prefer to serve families and big groups. The food was ok just like any others restaurant nothing special and small portions compared to other Iraqi restaurants in london and there prices are not cheap for the area also compared to others in london specially as they are in a middle of industrial area which is like middle of no where. So was not very impressed with it and won’t go there again or recommend. Went again last Saturday for lunch with family thought will give it another go hoping would’ve been improved but unfortunately was not so will definitely not go there again and will not recommend either. Food not very good, service is very bad and slow specially when they charge 10% for it, over priced compared to other restaurants on the area. Also they do not bring you itemised billing so they charge you more then what you had in another way is coning customers when you do not show them the bill of what they had just ask you to go to the counter pay what they say.

Food is decent but customer service appalling. The owners think they're better than what they are. Owners shouldn't be treating their customers like that. Customers are not doing them a favour by attending their establishment. Its actually the opposite the owners should be grateful when customers go through that door.

Lovely food overall. Try their iraqi breakfast delicacies such their Bagilla wa dihn (broad beans, pieces of fresh bread, topped with hot scrambled eggs cooked in ghee) , their egg omelette dishes and their light breakfast pizzas called manaqeesh.

While the service was exemplary, the food left much to be desired. The staff were attentive and friendly, which was the highlight of the experience. However, the inconsistency in the food quality was disappointing. The mixed grill was overcooked, making the meat tough and dry. The Lamb Quzi, although flavorful, was excessively greasy, which made it hard to enjoy. Additionally, the complimentary lentil soup was too salty, overpowering what could have been a comforting starter. Given its location in an industrial area with nothing particularly special to offer, the high price tag felt unjustified. The cost is on par with central London dining, but without the ambiance. To conclude, the food quality needs significant improvement to justify its price

Fair enough that the food is tasety, i got a portion of dolma for takeaway for £14, thinking its for 2-3 people. The portion is just about 1 person and It had only 5 pieces and it had 3 onion pieces the rest was tomato and one aubergine. Plus as an iraqi dish dolma at all iraqi restaurant is served at a very good portion that would be for 3 people at least. Or even served with lamb pieces. Not going to lie it seemed like it was frozen and just prepared for me to take home. But out of all taste good.

We went there for breakfast, on a Saturday and we ended up waiting for about 30 minutes,which i don't mind, the service was good but the breakfast we had was average, i ordered Basterma, which i was told is home made, but obviously it was cooked from frozen and it didn't taste good, the lamb liver and the bread was nice. We also had Kahi, which is a traditional Iraqi dish, and it was okay, but i would not come for it again. The lady on the till, which i believe is the owner, was not professional as you would normally expect from an Iraqi restaurant as they are very welcoming and friendly.

Definitely the best Mediterranean restaurant in London. Amazing food, outstanding service and friendly owner. Omar, Muhammad the owner, and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make sure we’re happy.

Frankly speaking, the service was less than average. In addition to the food, I received bytes, and compared to the price, the quantity was small. I was asking for dolma, and the evidence is that eating bytes of onions was tough. In addition, I noticed a new employee and older employees treating him badly very!! The service is less than average, however I pitied the young guys working there as I witnessed the head waiter treating them very badly. This made us feel very uncomfortable.The owner did not seem engaged at all with customers. As for the food, it was old and reheated. Very expensive for what it is. Rice was also very dry. Food quality needs improvement.

One of our most frequently visited places and rarely lets us down. Great selection of Iraqi home cooking and general Arabic food. I love the prawn biriyani, masgouf and kebab erbil.

A restaurant with poor food in general. The kebab looked like they had opened a can of meat, with no taste. The grilled kibbeh was burnt on the bottom. The service was not good. It was our first visit and the last time.

This place is truly a hidden gem. From the delectable Iraqi dishes to the friendly staff and impeccable service, everything here is fantastic. While the location might be a bit challenging to find, stumbling upon it was a fortunate accident. However, given its excellence, it's deserving of a more prominent spot in the heart of London. Dear all future customers, Please do not attend this establishment. The owners are mannerless and that’s coming from an Iraqi myself. The service is diabolical, the prices are not worth the service and quality provided. It seems they have got their head inbetween their legs and think that everyone should be grateful to attend this place to have some local food. The owners are mannerless and their parents done a poor job in raising them. They don’t know how to talk, act or behave. 0 customer service is provided and it seems they think every customer should be grateful to be in their establishment. I have been to your restaurant on many occasions, however last Saturday we and all our family had the worst experience ( this isn’t the first time ) Our mother ( an elderly lady ) booked accordingly for 10:00 hrs. Everyone has arrived and despite noticeably having a walking stick we were rudely greeted by the mannerless owners whom are infamous for their attitude and disrespect. Friends and family have always complained about similar situations in the past. Due to our cultural similarities it is obviously a hotspot for everyone to attend. However moving forward we shall not be lowered to such disrespect and poor standards by attending such a shambles and a vile venue. The husband and wife ( owners ) shock, Iraqis whom think they are better than others, were sat eating when everyone was waiting, in an undermining way they waved their hands and said sit over there. This is not the manner in which ANY customer should be traated in any establishment. Ontop of the above, we had to wait 45 minutes for anyone to even come over and ask if we needed anything. Not me, or any of our family members will ever attend moving forward and I strongly suggest no one goes to this establishment. Well done for your amazing service

I'd only second my first review and say this place is the first option for all families to gather and have great food (breakfast, lunch, or dinner). Always pleasure to take friends there to dine and have a nice time. Service and quality speak for themselves.

This restaurant is 10/10. From the interior, to the service, to the food. Everything was perfect. The food was so flavoursome and portion size was very good. The staff were so lovely and the ambience of the restaurant was very traditional. Throughly enjoyed my experience ☺️

Food 2 out of ten, over-spiced over cooked, and very far from Middle Eastern taste and presentation is very poor. Service, 0 out of ten, the waiter didn’t give me the detailed bill saying that he deleted after charging me, very dodgy, no water in toilets to wash , 2 pm on Sunday they shut down oven ( nothing from bakery section ) and no shawarma aswell ( that’s nearly half the menu that wasn’t available. Terrible experience and will never visit again, there are much better Lebanese and Syrian restaurants available, way much better

Food was good but very the service was very bad. Check your orders with them because they make mistakes and can charge without realising. We overpaid for wrong orders, double check. Spoke with the mangers but they don’t really care or compensate so be aware before payment. Parking isn’t great either.

I visited for lunch with friends .. We were delighted by the authentic Iraqi main courses .. The spices and flavors were extremely impressive for a Middle Eastern restaurant. The service by Ziad and Mohammed ,,was above average; OUTSTANDING , the PASHAAA too unpalatable to finish When we arrived at 2:00 p.m., we were told to wait for minutes while they prepared the table. We hadn't made a reservation, but the restaurant was full. ZAID made it seconds and gave us just the best service ever !!! Highly recommend the food prepared by the amazing humble Mohammed im( chief ) 🤍🤍🤍

مطعم عراقي، خدمة مقبولة واجواء جميلة. الكفته الكباب العادي كان يفتقر للمذاق العراقي مائلة اكثر للمطبخ الشامي، لذلك انصح ب كباب اربيل حسب قائمة الطلبات. ممكن ان أزور المطعم لتجرة أصناف اكثر. Iraqi resturant, okay service, and nice atmosphere. Kofte was a slight disappointment from what I would expect and Iraqi resturant to offer in a form of kabab. I suggest Erbil kabab according to the menu instead! Might visit in the future to try other meals.

If you want authentic Iraqi home made style food especially breakfast look no further this restaurant the taste and presentation is nothing but perfect. Owner is kind and quite a nice place for social gathering for families. Will go there again for sure.

Been to this place many times. The atmosphere is great. The staff are polite and helpful. Sometimes part of your order gets missed, so be aware. Parking may sometimes be an issue especially during weekends. Food quality is good and depends on what you order. Sometimes it's overcooked. I had a burned plate served to me once!

We had lunch at Al Enam. The staff were very nice. The food was good. Dolma portions were a bit little for what we expected but tasted amazing. We had to rush through our meal because the place closes at 18:00 ( so if you are planning to take your time with food and order desserts, then you need to arrive around 4pm). The interior design is very nice and gives a very Iraqi vibe to the place. The prices are very reasonable.

المطعم يقع تقريبا في الجزء الشمالي من لندن.. مطعم بديكور أنيق تشعر فيه انك في العراق الخدمة راىعة والفطور العراقي الأصيل روعة بالطعم يرجعك إلى بلدك العراق واصاله... و جبات الغداء عندهم روعة ... طعام لذيذ جدا.... اعتقد هو نفسه الأنعام الذي اشتهر بالعراق بنهاية الثمانيات والتسعينات... لم تختلف نكهات الطعام عنده.... روعة وعاشت ايدكم.... اكيد ستكون لي زيارة ثانية... وبصراحة كل ما أزور لندن انتم مطعمي المفضل.. واسعارهم جدا مناسبة وبجانب المطعم محل حلويات روعة.. ومقابل المطعم أسواق تبيع منتجات عراقية وعربية.....
