Popped in for a quick latte and a coke paid at counter asked for no sugar in coffee as mum is Diabetic . They said will bring to table when drinks arrived Mum tasted latte and said sugar has been inserted. I took drink back to counter and I asked if sugar has been added the young lad shook his head and refused to give a fresh drink no concern for Dietry needs .Customer service well below expectations made to feel like a nuisance clearly no manager or senior staff on duty to resolve issue .

My friend and I went to Arthur’s for lunch today. It was wonderful! I asked for a healthy version of the chicken fajita wrap & the chef went above and beyond for me, making it a really great experience. Really lovely setting, atmosphere & superb customer service. Would highly recommend.

We had lunch here today, in the garden. We chose the sweet potato burger (with a yummy brown roll and a delicious sriracha mayonnaise) and the Buddha box (brown rice, falafel, hummus, veg) and thought
