Wonderful service and good brilliant food.

If you live or work nearby it's a good local community hub, but not necessarily worth travelling any distance to visit unless it's for a specific reason. Decent pool table and dartboard. Haven't tried the food so can't comment on that.

Nice friendly pub. The Sunday roast is by far the best I've had. So much tastier than any carvery I've tried. The cauliflower cheese is AMAZING.

Went to have a midweek carvery,3 types of meat beef,chicken or gammon with the usual trimmings. Very nice. Served from 5 to 7pm,they also do it on Sundays as well

First impressions indicate a typical 1960’s estate pub. Step inside and you’ll find the staff and patrons are polite and friendly. For an independent pub the choice is perfectly ample. I chose to eat and I must say the food was delicious. Very moderately priced and cooked to order. All in all a great little pub

Tried the pie and chips sadly my steak and kidney pie was cold in the middle also toilets were disgusting so I didn’t use them. Need to employe a cleaner and chef

Only stayed for one drink Used the little girls room And the floor was soaking wet and smelt of urine Would not venture here again Disgusting

Had a wonderful evening at the Devon Yeoman Last night proper pub in the heart of down town Beacon Heath just off the bustling city Centre Exeter Nice Chicken and Mushroom pie And a Home made pudding for afters.

It's my local pub and the landlord and landlady keep a clean house

Visité este pub y llevé a mis hijos aquí que se estaban divirtiendo en el jardín y luego publicó un estado en Facebook dirigido a mis hijos. Preferiría que me lo dijera mientras estuve allí en lugar de que publique comentarios astutos en Facebook. Varias veces me di cuenta de que hay conductores de bebidas alcohólicas allí y eso está permitido por ella. ¡No es así como debería comportarse una casera!

A good atmosphere, very friendly staff, you've got a main bar, plus a lounge bar, where children are more than welcome to go with there parents. There's a pool table, jukebox, dart board.

Great service from all the staff thanks to Wendy and Colin and of course the great bar staff. Food is fantastic you won't be disappointed by the fresh flavours and food. Lucky we will be going here for the next 2 weeks as working away. Missing the place already Michael and Ernie

Visitamos aquí en diciembre para una cena entre semana con la familia. Los nuevos propietarios han tenido un impacto positivo. El pub está limpio y ordenado, los cambios de menú están en camino, pero la comida existente sigue siendo de buena calidad a un precio razonable. Nos sentamos en el comedor, que era bastante tranquilo en ese momento. También hay una zona de bar separada con TV y mesa de billar. El servicio fue amable y bastante rápido Pequeña selección de cervezas también disponible. Bien vale la pena intentarlo.

Devon yeoman probably suffers from another very good reputation but having visited along with 20 other people it is I'll deserved. We had a three course meal served in a private room with bar at ridiculously good process and it was excellent. Food was plentiful and hot service was quick and efficient. Well done to the staff for masking an enjoyable evening let's hope the reputation goes and you make a go of it

Attended a family Xmas function here recently.....food, ambience and service were amazing, couldn't fault anything. Great experience.Amazing value for money!

Booked the function room for an annual family get together, and couldn't fault anything. We had the 3 course Xmas menu, the food was excellent and plenty of it, and despite there being 23 of us, all the meals were served together and hot. The service was extremely good, and Wendy and her team couldn't have done more for us, we'll definitely be back, so thank you.

They do 3 choices of meat;beef,chicken an pork or you can ask for all for 6:50,it comes with all the trimmings

Friendly bar. staff are great and food is amazing

I found this place very welcoming. I dined there one evening, and was very satisfied with amount and quality of food. I had Hunters chicken and there was plenty of tasty cheese and bacon over. LARGE piece of chicken. My friend's curry came with a tasty naan and lots of chutney. I intend to go back soon. They have a monthly quiz too!

Not very good but may have improved since. They were changing the menus at the time but didn't find it particularly friendly place, shame as it would have been our local.
