Staff were rude… I was a paying customer, doing some work on my laptop, and was spoken to in a very harsh tone about having a water bottle, and was told to move table twice. Ended up leaving without drinking my smoothie out of annoyance and frustration. I came here especially because of the way it is advertised as a place for customers to do work, yet I was made to feel uncomfortable for doing it.

Quality food and great atmosphere.

Wanted to experience this place for the first time, when walking to the door, a person sitting on a table outside shouts "close! Close! It's closed!". Waw. I only then realised the lights inside were off, it was 8.56am, but then why was the door unlocked?! If this is how you treat your customers... Well lost a client for sure ..

Greek frappe is delicious and very strong

I've been going here regularly for years now, for my usual "caramel cappuccino". The coffee is my favourite in all of London, staff are always welcoming and friendly, great atmosphere. I love coming here to sit quietly and read a book or work on my laptop. Highly recommended.

Love visiting ArtFix since the refurb, lovely atmosphere and really buzzing the place was full.

The Artfix cafe in Woolwich is a lovely dog friendly and accessible snug haven. The ambiance of the cafe draws you in as you step through the door which is step free I might add. The cafe is cosy but spacious, the furniture sturdy but plenty of it and accessible walkways. The food looks glorious! The counter is full of freshly made and reasonably priced good mood food! Ham and cheese crossants, baguettes, cakes, muffins. And hot food is also served such as soups, pastas, jacket potato and omelettes. Coke and chips are not on offer. The Artfix has a garden and is accessible and dog friendly. It has an alcohol license and promotes local charity and businesses often hosting entertainment evenings and events. It’s a great place for meetings, quiet time or a good natter with a friend. I will update review with photos when I next go there!

Went here for the first time today and will definitely be going again. The service is absolutely amazing and the staff are so polite and cheerful. Honestly a perfect place for having a nice coffee whilst getting some work/studying done. The food/drinks menu is actually quite tasty and decently priced too!

I had my first ever vegan sausage roll here, mainly because I was too embarrassed to admit my mistake. It was absolutely delicious. Thank you.

We had our first visit and will definitely be back. We got a Greek coffee, and a large hot chocolate and both were incredible. We will definitely be back for the large spinach and cheese pastries and to test all the other coffee options too. They've made it into a really cosy space with lots of free events listed too.

Extremely rude and unprofessional woman behind the counter who I heard rudely saying to me 'thats your problem' after I calmly stood up for myself after she had a problem with me trying to work quietly here. I won't ever be returning, also because the prices are an absolute joke anyway for such bland food. It claims it's an 'art' place, but from an artists' perspective, I really do not think the people who were in charge of designing the interior of this place had any idea about what looks artistic, pleasant and inviting, and what it claims to be on the packet which it isn't. Extremely ugly and dark interior with cheap, very uncomfortable chairs - it does not induce any creativity or work related motivation whatsoever. I'll be choosing elsewhere to work because of all this. Plus I think my review here was deleted by the owner before 😂

Lovely local independent cafe, I've been coming here for years. They have a great focus on engaging with the community (unlike the big chains!) eg through art, yoga and dance classes.

Myself and a friend had nice coffees in ,but had a Spinach pasty to take out. The pasty was sublime 😁

I love this place. Everything they serve is tasty and homemade, either the savoury things, the lasagnas, the quiches, the omelettes, the sandwiches or the sweet things, the cookies, cakes, etc. Everything is delicious! The staff is so friendly, welcoming and professional. They also have art exhibitions and workshops, upstairs... A great place to go if you're in Woolwich 😍

Very chill cafee but a bit loud when we came. There might be a dance class or something at the second floor. Might not be the best for work or study. The cakes quite ok, the coffee is good. I went there twice. The cake I think the red velvet was better than the other one I can't remember. Also the coffee cake was good too.

Lovely staff. Busy venue. Great community spot. Coffee is decent and reasonable priced. Meals and cakes are more on the pricey side. Interesting decor with images available for purchase from various artist. Overall worth a visit for a chilled pitstop 😊

Really lovely little cafe, with a chilled workspace area. The coffee & cakes are delicious and everyone is super friendly, really enjoy coming in here after the gym on a Saturday or for a change of scenery when WFH!

I had a coffee here and it is a lovely place but I have mobility issues and the toilets are upstairs which isn't good for those with disabilities.

Recomiendo: •Vegetable lasagne with ricotta cheese •Mozzarella tomato panini •Jasmine tea

The best coffee in the area! If you living or visiting Woolwich Arsenal, you have to try the food and coffee from artFix! All the staff is so nice and kind, the food is delicious and everywhere is clean and tidy! PS: they have a small beautiful garden, where is always fresh air!

Been here before and a good chill out establishment, with friends or some me time, there's also a garden to sit out back but pushchairs not allowed. Will definitely go back.

I use the co-working space. Its best value for money in London and the staff in the coffeshop downstairs are great.

Went 4 times in a day to do big orders for a film crew. Every member of staff was incredibly kind, helpful and generous. All our orders of 15+ drinks and snacks were made quickly, correctly and to a high quality. Would highly recommend.

My point of view i obviously haven't taken the time to read what this place is about however for my perspective and first glance it looks like a normal cafe with art work however I may be wrong

Tasty products but very noisy place . As a work/school place café restaurant you are expecting to be some quite but the old barista man is doing so much noise even when he is washing the dishes or when he is making a smoothie and he is always in rush and make you feel nervous . You cannot have a video call there ! No way ! No offence please !

Had 30 mins to spare while waiting, sat and had lovely vegan bun and oat latte, which was lovely. Art displays was lovely, however was busy and abit noisy.

Wonderful food, utterly delicious. The garden space at the back is beautiful and very serene. Really worth a visit, I can’t wait to go back.

The hot chocolate was watery and quite expensive. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. Response: Hi, thank you for your response. On the day that I visited your cafe, the Wi-Fi did not work at all. Regardless of the price of the hot chocolate, it wasn’t of a high enough quality to justify the price.

This is the first time I visit that place. The service is extraordinary. The staff is so friendly. Wifi connection and outlets are available. It's indeed the best workspace in Woolwich! Highly recommended!

Fav coffee shop in the area! I was on the hunt for a great coffee shop in the area, and this place hit the spot! The coffee is excellent, the staff are very friendly and attentive. There’s a lot to look at while you wait for your hot drink or food, from perusing the interesting menu, to the art pieces on the wall. The shop is very big with a few rooms - perfect for meeting up with friends or disappearing into a corner to put your head down to work/read! Tried a few other coffee shops in the area, and this place definitely comes out on top! 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

Extremely poor customer service. God forbid you take a small latte because you're treated as trash. I gave my own mug which is a small size so I'm not gonna pay for big. She put a shot of coffee in but only let it fall on one side and the other to be thrown away so I got half shot. I asked kindly to get whole milk but she pretended not to hear me and got skimmed milk. She filled my cup half which means less than half of their small cups. After I asked to get a small cup I proved that my cup was much smaller. She added extra Milk and did not even say a kind word. Service was horrendous and coffee very weak. I wanted to treat myself at lunch and have a seat but I dashed out with tears in my eyes. Till lady was nice but the barrista treats you like she's giving free coffee and like she isn't paid.

Amazing coffee and awesome selection of unique sandwiches in adventurous rolls; they do a lovely pretzel too. The best cafe in Woolwich high street and immediate vicinity. No challengers until you hit the Royal Arsenal plaza and closely surrounding complexes. We regularly visit and will continue to do so.

This review is of just the f&b side of things. The absolute best breakfast place this side of London. Rotational menu, always adding new things. The food is amazingggg and the atmosphere is just right. Morning or afternoon its filled with likeminded people. My go to for a quick meal or a quick takeaway. You can’t go wrong with ArtFix.

Took me nearly 7 years to try this coffee place. Always thought from their windows that it was a niche cafe. Tried it last week and I've come back this week and brought a friend along. The food, sandwiches, everything is delicious, freshly cooked, nice portions. Coffee, latte, hot beverages in general are lovely, different types of milk available, soya, oat, almond and there's a loyalty card to get a free coffee after a few, don't forget to ask and get it stamped. The atmosphere is lovely with a nice buzz that still allows you to bring in your laptop and do some work. There's sockets available in every table and free WiFi. It's definitely a mum/ children friendly cafe. They've got a lovely garden available when weather allows. I don't think it's the kind of cafe place one is used to have around Woolwich, that is definitely something good and unique around the area. Staff is friendly, warm and welcoming, another thing one's not use to in Woolwich. Prices: pretty decent. A nice club sandwich costs less than £4, so a sandwich and a hot drink for £6 if you're having it as a meal, for London, it isn't bad. Maybe not everyday but definitely a great place to go to at least once a week!

Probably the best coffee shop in Woolwich I would say. Apart from the fact that their selection of coffee is amazing, and their food menu is delicious this place has an amazing staff. They do have a back garden for those who prefer the fresh air while enjoying their meal but moms with buggies can't access the area unfortunately. Great place in general 👌.

Amazing little café that feels like it would be better placed in the arsenal than on Powis Street! There's a gallery space upstairs and a beautiful decked garden out the back. We only stopped in briefly for a coffee, but everyone agreed it was one of the best coffees we had while we were in London and the frappé I had was particularly great. Really friendly staff and lovely artwork too. I couldn't recommend more highly 😊

Surprising superb coffee and staff at Woolwich

I get to work at the easel here and create artworks very often....But it's open to anyone interested in being an artist in residence here..regarding any of the arts i.e.dancing , music, singing, sculpture, photography, acting etc. Great homecooked food & coffee!

Overpriced food that has been sitting there all day. Over £5 for a cold omelette in a wrap and nothing else. A tiny cupcake was £3. The art displayed is nice but sparse and barely highlighted despite what other reviews would have you believe. For these prices you would expect high quality food and a nice atmosphere but both were lacking; more reminiscent of something you would find in a prison than a 'hipster cafe'.

I order a frappuccino and was so disgusting and cannot drink that ,so I have to order a latte which I have to pay again anyway...but after leaving the shop I got a headache and didn’t stop till next day. I would say nice shop but poor quality and not a good costumer service.

Plenty of space, plenty of choice and everything is tasty, but if you need to get some work done, you better have noise cancelling headphones and they kick you out after 1h30 even if the place is empty and even if you order 🙄🙄

Told me after I had paid for my drink , sat down and got my laptop out, that I was only allowed to stay for 1 hour, due to it the anticipation that it would busy because of 'eat out to help out'. Clearly they dont' care about customer service and just want more customers in and out to make more money. I was planning on staying all day to finish some work, so would have got more than one drink throughout the day. Thankfully they gave me a refund, but only because I was clearly unimpressed. Selfish, money-hungry business. Will not spend money here again. Would not recommend and I will be telling local friends to stay away!
