Lovely food . Pizza was great . Great value. Relaxing atmosphere.

Delicious food and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

The pizza is by far the best in the local area but for it to cost between £30-40 for a couple of pizzas with a few toppings is a bit of a stretch. I don’t know how Arte calculate their prices after putting them up recently, it’s a false economy as I would probably order it more often and be happier supporting the restaurant if it was slightly cheaper. For that reason I order from Dominos.

Money is clearly more important for Arte than good customer service. We had an extremely disappointing experience with Arte in Enfield. I booked a table for my family of 4 for the same day 6pm. My young son became unwell with a stomach bug that afternoon, so I regrettably called Arte to cancel our booking. I was informed ‘as per the T&Cs when booking on OpenTable’ that I would be charged £10 PER PERSON (i.e. £40) if we didn’t turn up. However as my son felt more and more unwell - I stayed at home with him and my partner took our young daughter to the restaurant to avoid being ‘fined’ £40. Arriving at the (largely empty) restaurant, my partner explained our situation to the staff. He and our daughter would order food for themselves, as well as a takeaway for me and our son back at home, so that the restaurant would not be losing out. They had a table for 2 (rather than 4), stayed for hour (reasonable length of time to eat with kids) and left having paid £48 in the end. BUT... we discovered we had still been charged the additional £20 for me and my son not attending! We called the manager to say: not only did we attend our booking, spare the other diners catching my son’s stomach bug, order for the 2 family members there AND 2 family members not there, pay over £40, free up the table for walk-ins for 4 people AND spend the same as we would've if we'd all attended, but were told it was in the terms and Arte had right to take the money! The excuse given was that we had taken potential bookings from others diners. We explained that if all 4 of the family had attended, we would have bought same dishes and stayed for same length of time (1hr). The only difference being that Arte now had additional seats and we saved other customers from being exposed to our sick child - no fun for anyone. Financially, Arte got what they would have if we all turned up. The only difference we freed up seating. The manager refused to accept this. We thought out of good customer service (if nothing else) they might agree not to take advantage of the fine print of £10 per person for cancellations (we didn’t cancel) and double up on the profit they made from our unfortunate circumstance. Other than being opportunistic, there was no justification in their decision with all other reasoning being flawed. We asked to speak to the owner, and were told “We’re family business, the owners are my parents and I’m the manager so if you want to make a complaint feel free, you won’t get anywhere” - lovely. This experience is such a shame as one of our first attempts at an evening family meal, hoping to become local regulars at Arte… but after such poor customer service and ethics, we will certainly not be returning. We did what we thought was the fair thing to do. Arte saw opportunity to make extra unearned bonus.

Went here last night with my 11 yr old pizza aficionado. We both agreed the pizza was top notch, he had the Diavolo minus the chilli, I had an nduja, buffala and artichoke. The bases were thin, crisp, and the ingredients were all really fresh and generous. We will be back for sure. I also had a decent glass of house red and we shared some fried olives stuffed with meat. An excellent local.

Great food and fantastic atmosphere. Pizza was very authentic and fun for a large group. Pasta strangely arrived a little late but did not matter - was perfectly cooked with fragrant sauce with a little kick of heat, our 9 year old cleaned the plate. We’ll definitely return or get take away - no more pizza chains for us!

Had dinner here for a friend's birthday in the week between Christmas and New Year and had a lovely time. Seeing the novelty of a half-metre pizza on the menu was something that immediately called out to me, so I had to try it... It was maybe a tad too crispy for my liking, and I felt there could've been a little more cheese. Overall everyone in our group really enjoyed our meal, and we would happily go back; the normal/individual pizzas looked very good, and I had the tiramisu for dessert, which was good.

We adore Arte Pizza, Nicole is so charming and kind, the cocktails are beautifully made and are delicious and the special wine list is always updated, very tasteful and taste very good. Unbelievable flavours and authentic Italian home cooking, family owned with parents as chefs and grown up children as waiters it really is a lovely romantic and relaxing experience. Absolutely fantastic. The pizza is proper Neapolitan pizza: light dough, beautiful tomato sauce and all perfectly balanced. This place is a gem.

All window dressing. Looks nice but no substance. Starters all came at different times. No apology or explanation. Ordered wine came quick.ordered water nothing came til 3rd time of asking. High price, poor or average food. Won't revisit.

Poor service with attitude. Nice structure but a big let down on service. Party of locals. All starters came late and out of sequence. Dinner fish was cold and dry. Coffee was OK but had to ask twice for the milk. Several of the party asked for water which came about 30 mins later. Wouldn't recommend and probably lost 16 people from returning. The management should offer a big apology really. What a shame

Great authentic Italian experience 👌

Class! Service was friendly and helpful when choosing what to order. The Arte pizza had a nice balance of flavour, crisp and made with passion. They take pride in the ingredients they use. The coffee had a mellow flavour, freshly grind beans very easy to drink. The tiramisu was the star of the dinner, homemade and it just blew me away. I would definitely comeback in the near future.

We've ordered here before and it's been great but had a really poor order. Small pizzas, things missing, vegan pizza not made clear. Completely appreciate that these things happen but when you spend £95 on pizzas i'd expect a little more than an apology. Sadly won't be returning for this reason. There are plenty of other good pizza places in the area.

Arte is an intimate and cozy restaurant with a friendly atmosphere and the food is very authentic and really reminds me of home. Highly recommend as food and wine is always top notch. Service is quite unique as they always make the effort to go above and beyond.. Looking forward to our next visit!

What a brilliant find. Cosy and intimate space. The food could not be faulted - delicious and well presented. The bathroom was immaculate (always a good sign). The wine was pricey, and service a bit slow (mind you, it was 8pm on a Saturday) but the staff were very friendly without being false or cloying. Reqlly enjoyable evening.

Been coming here for a few years now and it just seems to improve year on year. Visited on Saturday 27th March with friends and had a fantastic evening. Atmosphere was bubbly, staff incredibly friendly and engaging and food and wine were excellent. It says a lot for a restaurant that continues to improve in the way they have, will be back soon.

We have never actually eaten here, restaurant looks small and pleasant - but we use their take away service as a regular treat. Their pizzas are to die for, crust is thin so very light and toppings are delicious. Best we've eaten anywhere. Highly recommended.

We go fairly regularly as the food and ambience is great and the owners lovely…. Only negative is that the homemade mead balls and Italian bread is no longer on the menu as it was delicious…… See you again soon… J and V x

Visited with family for a teenage birthday treat. Paid £100 deposit as we were a table of ten and we were seated in a space we pretty much had to ourselves, it was a little bit of a squeeze. The food is really very good, pizzas are excellent, we had a great selection of starters. Reconned the deep fried courgette. The staff were happy to bring our cake out for us and had a complementary limoncello at the end. My one niggle was the bill, the first version didn't have the deposit removed, it was then miscalculated again - little more attention to detail and they'll have it nailed.

I rarely write reviews but I left this restaurant annoyed. My wife and I ordered two pizzas, asking them to change one topping on each pizza for another one. They said ‘no problem’. When we got the bill they had charged us for extra toppings. When we asked what happened they said they do this all of the time as it’s extra work to do this (which makes no sense). We ordered pizzas at 18.25 and they arrived at our table at 19.05. There was one other occupied in the restaurant so it wasn’t busy. There were take away orders which they clearly prioritise. The pizzas themselves were ok although they didn’t put any herbs on them and the middles were raw and soggy (we know the style of Neapolitan pizza). The place looks lovely with a nice decor so we had high hopes when we entered but we will not be returning. You’d think they would make more effort to keep customers happy especially in a quiet January month.

Having heard mixed reviews, thought we would try this local restaurant as couldn’t get a table at Zaza. Lots of free tables and adequate number of staff, but about 15 mins after arriving we had to ask if we could order some drinks. Pasta portions very small, more like starter portion, friends ordered lamb chops from special menu but were not advised by waitress these were not served with potatoes or veg or asked if we would like to order sides. Hence just served 3 lamb chops with garnish. Had to ask for cutlery for all the main courses after waitress put our food down and walked away but didn’t give us enough so we took some from next table. I had to ask for something to cut my pizza with only to be given a pizza wheel that had food on it. Couldn’t be bothered to try and get attention of staff so just wiped it clean. Waitress stood over my husband waiting for him to finish his pasta so she could take his plate. Despite the above the ambience was welcoming, presentation and food was tasty, but even after starter and main and sharing dessert we left hungry and we are not big eaters!

Visited before, pre pandemic, with family and had a great time. This time was nice too. It's pricey, but the food is nice and clearly freshly made. I usually have pizzas in such restaurants but had a pasta dish this time which when I first saw it arrive thought it was a small portion but it was ample. No issues with the food. One criticism is that one person asked for a cup of tea and was given a small cup, literally a couple of gulps of tea. When asked if they could have a bigger cup, they received a small jug, of perhaps another couple of gulps of hot water. Consider just giving a decent sized cup of tea to begin with

A very nice restaurant pizza was lovely but was then let down by the coffee I ordered a cappuccino which to be honest wasn’t hot enough so asked for some hot water to be told there was a charge which actually was outrageous and was told by the manager that is was to cover electric then when the bill came was charged an extra 1.50 for the coffee making it 4.45 as it was decaf because according to the manager decaf is more expensive that wasn’t on the bill and not explained so to be honest with her attitude I won’t be going back there are plenty more nice Italian restaurants around which is a shame as it was recommended

We were so looking forward to our visit. This is the place which has been totally and utterly raved about since we moved to Enfield. My parents travelled for a few hours to visit my partner and I for the first time this year and we just knew this HAD to be the venue to visit. We arrived for our 8pm table around 10 minutes early. Three of us were delivered menus, one wasn’t - no drinks menu. We tried to get the attention of a member of staff but they were clearly overwhelmed by a larger table sat behind us - understandable. We finally caught the attention of one member of staff and asked for a drinks menu. Then the clock started ticking. 10 minutes, 15, 20, 30. We wanted to give the staff the benefit of the doubt as it was a very busy evening, but we’d received no acknowledgment - not even a “I’m sorry, we’ll be with you shortly”. We stood up, made our way to the bar and asked to be served some drinks and to order our meals. The drinks arrived at the same time as our starters - around 20 minutes later. The garlic bread was incredible. Quite clearly stone-baked and was piping hot. 10/10. For mains we had ordered ravioli, 3 x Cotoletta di pollo alla Milanese and a side of spinach. The ravioli and other meals came shortly after our starters were cleared, but staff needed reminding about our side order, which then arrived once three members of our party had completed their meals. The staff waived the cost of this on presentation of the bill at our request. Because of the long waits, we opted not to got for a dessert, though I was dying to try the home-made tiramisu. We’d love to try this place again but this time we were left bitterly disappointed. I hate leaving poor reviews but I feel the experience would have been so much better had staff taken the time to acknowledge us, even if just to tell us they’d be with us soon. We also overheard choice words from staff talking about our table following our request to remove a side and the service charge from our bill. One more thing to mention. Though the toilet was immaculate, the emergency cord was illegally tied up and should be at ground level. I mentioned this to a member of staff, much to their disapproval.

Good neighbourhood Italian restaurant. Rack of lamb is the best dish. Good pizzas.

Have enjoyed the food from here in the past but seriously shocked today when I found out they only have a rating of 2 for hygiene by the Food Standards Agency. Really put off going again.

We had the most wonderful evening at Arte Pizza. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff are lovely. We have had a few take aways too and they were also delicious. We would recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be going back again!

Let me just start by saying… start with the base. I ordered the bufala pizza with mushrooms (I did add a little extra flavour by using my Trubel black truffle oil) regardless of the oil- the marinara sauce is perfect (not too sweet or sour)...

Dined here with my wife last night. Friendly staff, very attentive. Place was quite busy which is a good sign and they accommodated us with a later booking than what was online. Food was delicious and portions are quite generous. You'll definitely leave here feeling full!

Had the Magnolia pizza and it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had! Really delicious. Cocktails are also great and waitress was so friendly and welcoming.
