Great ice cream to go! They were closing up and were still more than happy to serve me. The ice cream is delicious. I recommend if your in the area.

The most expensive I’ve cream ever ! Two Scoops Of ice cream in a tub £9 !!! Staff have zero personality. No smile. No greeting. No hello , good bye. Thanks for coming. No smiles for the kids. Like they don’t even want to be there. Never will return again

This is a great place for coffee and ice-cream but if you want to go when it is less busy, you are best to go during school hours when it is quieter.

Lovely coffee, great carrot cake & delicious strawberry, banana & chocolate crepe. Very clean & fast, friendly service.

Exvellent sundae especially eton mess. Coffee in my opinion is measured by arrosto as no other coffee from other extremely well known brands dont even come close excellent friendly staff relaxed surroundings. A gem of a place in new forest

Spotlessly clean cafe, right on edge of the New Forest, Too many flavours of ice cream with some seriously tasty waffles. Been a number of times and doesn't disappoint, taste is best in New Forest with a fun atmosphere in cafe.

Just had an amazing welcome from Jenny and all the staff, on a rainy Saturday afternoon in Dibden Purlieu. Jenny made my assistance dog, Jack, especially welcome! We’ll be back.

It is law to wear a mask and one of the Three staff members wore hers under her chin ! We were there half an hour and it never got worn correctly even when dishing up our ice creams. We even saw her put her cigarette on the counter Not for me. We won’t be returning

We went here on 21st September for a family birthday treat for an 8 year old. We hadn’t prebookef but a lovely lady called Jeni managed to squeeze us in and her customer service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, she was friendly but efficient, in fact we were so impressed we have booked to go again. I would definitely recommend this lovely local little Icecream parlour.

We visited today for the second time & it was still as good. 😁 My son has the crepe & says its the best ever!! He did let me try a bit & it was delicious. My daughter had an ice cream. Lots of choice on the menu ice cream, crepe, waffles etc... . Loads of ice cream flavours to choose from so difficult to decide 😁 A busy place, clean & friendly staff. Will definitely be back 😁

Came here for the first time with my 2 year old son for a treat day, was very impressed with portion sizes, he had an ice cream, I had a waffle! Although the staff could be a bit more chirpy!

Stopped for a coffee and Waffle here yesterday , waffle was great, coffee good too and table service spot on.

Not only have their portions shrunk for the price they charge but today the service was not there. Got my grandson an Ice cream in a tub one scoop and a latte for myself, the Ice cream one scoop was small and flat, I asked for a quarter shot latte which is half of one shot so very weak. The glass was filled with an inch of froth and it tasted sweet and yuck. I go in there quite often so I know what it’s been like in the past. The lady behind me commented how miserable the assistant was and today she was right. I was so tired I just could not be bothered today. I left the whole of the coffee, the girls saw me leaving without drinking it but were not interested to find out why. Not impressed today guys wasted approximately £6.60 something. We parked parked on the road side ( alternatively free in Tesco’s Express opposite) then sat with the dog outside.There was a large choice of ice cream, but some with bright blue colouring which we learn from our last visit not to buy as my young grand daughters want too wild.Younger staff were more friendly than the older ( manager?) which was rather off putting and not welcoming.A range of sizes and cones or tubs.Inside seating is American styled tall red plastic covered booths .The traffic and the busy street was off putting so we only stayed whilst eating the ice creams.Prefer the friendlier community of nearby Hythe by Southampton Water and it’s lovely historic pier and train.

new girl is lovely, staff are good and exciting. manager is awfully rude and when asking children to not stand on chairs is scary rather than the others who are more understanding and say it more kindly. make all ice cream there so take our requests for flavours and make them as soon as possible! very good place and are extremely good with dietary restrictions.

Nice ice cream and a good selection but this place is let down by the current staff and owner.They are so miserable and unfriendly. The coffee was terrible and was sent back and shouldn't be served at 200 degrees, filled to the brim with the coffee spilt all over the tray. Room for improvement!

Delicious waffles and had to try the prosecco ice cream which did not disappoint! We shall return soon!

Recommend, not disappointed. Wide selection of ice , kids eyes popped out. 2 of them went for the Bubblegum with a flake chocolate,not a drop left . Server very helpful.

Took my daughter for ice cream and the lady who served us was lovely. She let my daughter try the ice cream before she chose & was very patient. We will be going back!

Friendly guy who works here makes great sundaes - you can choose your own 3 flavours - yum! Despite what some have said, prices are okay considering free parking is available in Dibden Purlieu & you don't have to travel to Southampton for ices when this is on your doorstep - I would visit again

Friendly service, good range of food drink to eat in/takeaway, clean and reasonably priced as well! Been multiple times and always good.

we popped in there last Sunday after visiting the Heath Hotel, and my son had the bubble gum ice cream, now that was out of this world as i tried some and our mint chocolate chip was lovely too,HOWEVER if you don't like crowds of children though then i would not go there at weekends, but it is a lovely super place and their ice cream is amazing

Staff are very welcoming and the food was top notch, waffles were huge and tasty and the ice cream sundaes are very good

After reading a review about explicit videos and the F word, my partner and I thought we would "give it a go". Anyway, we didn't know any of the videos as we are over 50, but what we did have was two lovely Ice Creams (Tim, Key Lime and Salted Caramel for me). We didn't learn any new swear words and they were very good value and the staff were very lovely.

The title says it all. Rude staff and over priced. Ice cream is nice but the place does not wow me. Will not be going back, I have been several times and always experience the same service.

We visited Arrosto yesterday as a treat for my 11 year old daughter and her friends. The ice cream and service was ok but the atmosphere was shocking.

Such friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your day special! We went here after a graduation ceremony and the staff there knew and set up a large table with celebration decorations. They really do go the extra mile and the food is no let down either!

This was our 1st visit, Sundae menu extensive, the staff were happy to make up to your own choice of Ice ream and toppings, coffee also great, wet wipes a good touch at the end !!!! Will be back.

Nos encanta este lugar! El café es delicioso y siempre caliente. Cada vez que he estado allí han sido diferentes sabores de helados y todo lo que he intentado ha sido delicioso. Una vez tuve un waffle, que era increíble! Personal amable, así que volveré :)

Meeting my friend after work for a chat, we decided on calling here for a change. We both decided on waffles. Was very surprised at the size of mine, I decided on banana and toffee the young man also said you also get ice cream with it. When it arrived it was almost the size of a dinner plate wow I thought. Couldn't finish it but it was delicious will defo go there again

Popped in to meet up with a friend last year & had a lovely coffee & scrummy cake. Very nice friendly coffee shop.

Took my 91 year old nan here on Saturday and it was her first time there. So many different flavours of ice cream to choose from she opted for a Knickerbocker Glory and I had an after eight sundae which was delicious. Not just a few scoops of ice cream but beautifully decorated too.They also have a kids room which can be used for parties.We will be back!

Sometimes all that is needed is an ice. Great to pop in on the way home and collect a tub or two. Today we went for a cone. Good range of flavours. You can eat in and there are coffees and waffles.

What better place to meet friends. Amazing creamy caramel latte. We all had something to eat too. Rude not to. The waitress very helpful allowing me to change my flavours of ice cream. Very accommodating. Gonna be a regular haunt I think.

Here at Arrosto coffee and ice you can choose from a wide range of ice cream, hot drinks, cold drinks, milkshakes and even waffles, it is very expensive but also a very good value for money.

Stopped for an Ice Cream after a trip in the forest. The ice creams were fine but I am not sure about the outside seating next to a busy road.

6 of us went out for Supper then we walk to Arrostos in the village and all had double cones of various flavours.The lad who served us was great, he had us doing samples of all different flavours before we made up our minds.This ensured we had more elaborate flavours.The booths are good and the music was great.

I like having a local 'ice cream parlour' ...£8+ for a black coffee & banana split is a bit expensive given that it is an ordinary cafe - banana split is well presented though so that's good! Gelato is tasty, crepes are a good size...maybe a coffee & icecream deal or coffee loyalty card would entice me to go there more often - children are welcome & hand wipes provided

very good, we have been a few times and had a great experience all times, waffles lovely, crepes and tasty Ice-cream.Place was clean, wet wipes on the tables for use. They even do a Gluten free Crepe.

There were 7 of us, we had a mixture of coffees, ice-cream and cakes. All were very good. I was even given a full cup of black Americano (rarer than you might think!) There were many different varieties of ice cream as well as sundaes, cakes etc.. Nice experience.

We stumbled across this little beauty. Staff where very friendly good sized portions, Ice cream was lovely lots to choose from. Just means we have to go back and try some more.

The ice cream sundaes chosen by my granddaughters were excellent and were enjoyed to the last spoonful The visit was very noisy as there was a young childrens' party going on and they were running around bursting balloons and screaming It is nice to see youngsters having fun but perhaps a separate room.........

As our daughter had been unable to go with her friends to Sprinkles in Bournemouth on Thursday night due to falling down and breaking her foot we decided to bring her here on Saturday afternoon.It was very clean and there was plenty of seating. The choice is really good but in the end we chose three different types of waffle.They were all served promptly and piping hot!All in all a very enjoyable break in our day on a cold and rainy Saturday!

Took my children and met some friends. Good service, friendly staff. Drinks came quickly and were hot. Kids ice creams came quickly but toasted sandwiches took ages and kids got bored with waiting. Take something to entertain your kids if you order these or waffles. Good selection and clean cafe. Def visit again. Love the caramel lattes.

A great coffee house and ice cream parlour - luxury in a cone or cup! A must visit. It is really clean and the staff are wonderful.

We went there for a child's birthday and they made it really quite special, balloons nice big booth with extended tables to fit more people. Also as they are little children they offered smaller portions so as not to make them unwell with lots of lovely ice cream. The selection of gelato was really good and the types of food and drink associated with it were good. Well worth a visit and well worth your patronage.

Took my son here for a treat. Very yummy. My pancake was great. Service was good. I had the pancake with Nutella and nuts, my son had the banoffee waffle. Will be back

Like Willy Wonka's place but for ice cream instead! So many ices and soo many lurid colours. I go in for a sedate coffee as they seem to have decided against the paninis that they advertised at first. Great to read my paper or chat with a friend and hear the excited squeals of the pickles trying to decide on their ice cream. If you only take them once even....do it1

I love ice cream and Arrosto doesn't disappoint! A great choice of flavours, sundaes and waffles. You can even design your own sundaes - I had maltesers, salted caramel and chocolate - yum!

Wasn't a pleasant visit went in there to give it a try and wasn't impressed couldn't find a free and clean table I asked for a cloth to clean one and got told to 'wait' so we politely left.

Visit now - it's pretty amazing!! I recently went here for coffee with a friend, we sat outside in the sunshine and had a great morning. There is so much icecream in so many flavours it's difficult to choose!!!

Dirty tables and floors, very expensive for a poor standard of product. Went in and there were three staff standing around doing nothing. There was virtually no one in the place yet several of the tables were covered in dirty cups plates cutlery etc

They have a really good selection of ice creams which you can have on their own or in Sundaes etc. They make waffles and Crepes, smoothies , and a good variety of hot drinks too.I had a 3 scoop sundae and chose my flavours. It comes with wafers etc. As ice cream makes you thirsty I also had a summer fruits smoothie.Grief I was so so full up. Must reduce what have next time.The place itself is really clean and looks new (it is) each table has a packet of wet wipes on them which is a good touch. There is a table in its on little room tooThere are a couple of tables outside.There is a TV which I beehive was showing music videos but the music being played didn’t seem to relate to the video. To be honest I don’t think anyone was bothered about this and it isn’t needed in a place like this.Yes I know it doesn’t sell as many ices etc as ‘Sprinkles’ in Southampton, but we are not in Southampton this is Hythe so its great really great.It does make a nice cup of tea and coffee.
