This is a cool Asian bakery. We had butter toast, which had a great crunch and a sweet but not overpowering flavour. Worth a visit if you’re in or around Covent Garden.

I am always up for trying new things and this bakery is a little treat that won't break the bank. It is not cheap but I am sure they use quality ingredients and it is all made on site. I was staying in Covent Garden so was able to go first thing on Sunday morning to get the honey butter toast which was just freshly made and warm. I took it back to my hotel and it was heaven. I loved it so much decided to go back on Monday but this time it was a late visit in the afternoon where it was dry and cold - not great. I also had the apple miso Danish which was surprising good not too sweet. Staff on Sunday were great, staff on Monday were surly.

Best pain au chocolat in London! The taste of the butter on the pain au chocolat is perfect and the chocolate balances it all out. The layers are perfect too. I would recommend going early to get seating indoors but if not they have pastries to-go all day long.

Such a decadent treat After hearing people mention this bakery we decided to make it for a treat breakfast. So glad we did. We were met by friendly staff and although we did have to queue for 10 mins for a table it was so worth the effort. The cheese quiche melted in your mouth. Every thing was delicious.

Named just like this other Arome bakery in Asia, they serve bakery inspired by Asian flavours which seems to be quite popular. Somehow, it was hard to make a visit because the flavours are different to my palette and the pastries look too tanned for my liking. You will see pastries with frankfurter style sausages, a thing in Asia. Anyway, there was only one item that captivated me and that was the egg custard tart. Again, its very different to the English custard tart because of the pastry but similar to the Portuguese tart which explains why Asians love it too. The Arome custard tart was basically the same as the ones in Asia. The filling is very eggy and the pastry is oily and flaky just like the ones in HK. Not quite to my liking however, some Chinese ones in London seem to taste better and probably kinder to the stomach as they don't contain lard which causes indigestion and nasty stinking burps for some.

This Bakery is just for teenagers which they pretend to be social influencer! they go to take pictures and post it fake life “useless” basically, Zero knowledge about food! Nothing WoW price super high, quality normal, Gail’s is much better. The picture attached you will see a £5 take away Croissant sausage cheese?? they filled instead of a real sausage with £0.05 pence little sausage! Shame! Anyway is not for me!

Been going there regularly and for over a year now. The pastries and viennoiseries are of the highest quality. Above all is their excellent customer service. Often there is a queue outside but the staff are very welcoming, efficient and helpful, consistently. They do deserve a big shout out and an appreciation from their management. Highly recommended.

Went here for breakfast a couple times while staying in Covent Garden and this place is awesome! Ordered several pastries, all were delicious but what especially stood out was their honey toast and apple miso pastry. A little hard to find a seat inside but no problem because there's usually an open bench in the shade just outside the door. A wonderful breakfast spot!

Joined in the short queue despite it just opening at 9. Fellow patron from America told us he frequents here whenever he's in town. And now we know why. Bought 4 items to share and only regret was that we didn't get more. Fav was the bacon escargot, but everything's really well done. Just take note they're closed on Tues!

If you want tasty delicious pastries and sweets this is the place. If you've not had the chance to visit.. please go. The best thing that sells out so quickly is.. the honey butter toast.. eat one. And buy one for later.... this place is not cheap.. but you are paying for the quality of the items..which they deliver. Whenever I visit London I will gp to CG and get myself one or two.. 😂😋

As this cafe was close to the hotel, and after various posts and reviews about this place we decided to give it a go. We took some pastries (as seen in the picture) and coffee. The coffee was really good but what actually stood out, was how delicious the pastries were. The cream doughnut was very full of cream, but not as tasty as one would expect from the photos. The almond croissant was the best we had in London, The egg custard pie, was absolutely delicious, Ant lastly the apple tart was crispy and full of flavour. This place is very highly recommended Service : 9/10 Value : 9/10 Quality : 10/10 Overall 9.5/10

-Open late with no apologies. -Very rude customer service! Simply, I named the wrong order as 'French Taost'. i/o 'Hoeny Toast'. But then, the lady on the till shouted at my face with a horrible facial expression which toast, which one? and she walks away from the till..... I understand it was a busy morning a delayed opening and there was a massive queue.. but this is NOT a good excuse to express your anxiety towards the customer who waited 15 mins outside of the shop.

Whenever you see a post/reel on London’s best bakeries, Arôme which offers French pastries with an Asian twist is always on the list. Located in the centre of Covent Garden, it can be very busy at weekends. We were there on a Sunday and almost everything was sold out at 13:30! 🍽️ Arôme Honey Butter Toast (£5.1) A thick slice of white toast with a caramelised crust that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside which lives up to the hype. 🍽 Sausage and Cheese croissant with Japanese bbq Sauce (£4.9) It’s a mix of hogdog and croissant with flavourful bbq sauce. The sesame on top added some sweetness and crispiness which elevate this croissant to near perfection. 🍽 Egg Custard Tart (£5.1) Can’t choose between Hong Kong style egg tarts and this buttery version filled with gooey egg yolk and custard that melts in my mouth. 🍽 Pistachio & Cranberry Escargot (£4.9) Look at those beautiful swirls! Each layer is filled with chopped pistachio and cranberry. Amazingly delicate and buttery and even better if you reheat it. The chocolate brioche infused with silky custard on the table next to ours looks so good as well! Will definitely be back to try them all! ☕️ Flat White with Oat Milk ☕️ Latte

bought an egg tart, miso & bacon & spring onion escargot and honey butter toast. All of them were so good. First time tried the egg tart- its core was so solid and texture was like that of cheesecake. So yummy! A bit pricey though or I'd get more!

I heard so many reviews that the pastries here is amazing. I arrived at the bakery on late afternoon on a Saturday. The waiter was not paying attention to anything I need to repeat what I wanted to order almost 4 times because he kept walking away and chatting with his colleagues. He then further said because there’s no empty tables u can ask customers by the counter to squeeze in and give u some space but there’s only chair so one of u need to stand. While preparing my pastries and drinks he kept rubbing and picking on his hair. Once the tea came it’s in a pot so we ask for some tea cups but the other waitress reply just get a glass over there we don’t have any tea cups. Then later on with an angry face she walk to give us tea cups. Would never go back here again the lemon tart were too sour and the pastries were rough.

can sit on the terrace in the sun, there are also plenty of places in the shade. friendly staff and nice that they also had an extensive drinks menu. Guinness was expertly tapped in 119 seconds as it should be. It is very centrally located and the interior is as you would expect in a pub. Definitely recommended
