Aromas Coffee House in Leeds

Fantástica comida casera. Los bocadillos de carne salada son increíbles y la sopa de pollo es deliciosa. Tenía hígado picado y lagos para llevar recientemente y recomiendo encarecidamente este agradable café familiar.

Nuestra primera visita y tuvimos un almuerzo encantador aquí hoy. El servicio era amable y la comida y el café eran deliciosos! Sin duda volveremos!

Popped in here for a coffee. One lad never stopped working, the lady 'doing the rota' and the guy who popped in now and then, kept bickering. When I went to pay,I was completely ignored so they could continue arguing over the toaster being rubbish. Won't be going back in a hurry.

I ordered the salt beef sandwich and when it came the amount of salt beef was so poor. I had to look inside to make sure there was any. I complained but was met with that's inflation. The last time I had it it was great with plenty in. Won't be going again in a hurry.

Great food, atmosphere and service. Brisket, latkes, soup, shnitzels the list is endless. You won’t leave there hungry. They are open from morning to late afternoon. We recently had a function for 100 people. Their outside catering was outstanding. This isn’t the first time we have used them and it won’t be the last. Thank you to Richard and his team you helped make the day memorable

Went for coffee for the first time last week. Saw the food on offer so had to return for a breakfast today. The full English was lovely. The mushroom, onion combo was delicious and a lovely change from a bog standard cooked tomato and mushroom. The staff were very attentive and polite and nothing too much trouble. Will definitely be back ....need to try the cake selection next time

First visit to the new premises on Street Lane, which are a little spartan, but early days. Feels roomy and tables are a good size. Good service and friendly staff. Enjoyed a full English, particularly the mushrooms & onion combo. Take-out cakes are large; yet to try these. We will be returning to try out other items on the menu.

Food is absolutely amazing every time. They have the loveliest decor. The staff are so friendly and always smiling! Keep up the great work guys, highly recommend.

Really lovely lunch, super helpful and friendly staff they were really accommodating to my allergies. They do serve food for dairy free and soya free allergy. Had a lovely falafel pitta sandwich and fruit tea. They usually serve milk alternatives!

I arrived to find the owner is currently absent due to an accident. I'm pleased to say the service and food was as good as eve and neither suffered . Had schnitzel sandwich with a nice helping of salad and crisps with a rich tasting coffee

I am told that the owners Richard and his charming daughter Georgia both had high pressure jobs in sport and industry before deciding to take a step back and bring excellent no nonsense quality food to the people of North Leeds. Apparently Richard was CEO of a major medical supplies company and Georgia was a sports trainer to some very rich and influential people. I cannot praise the food too highly. My favourite is the pesto pasta salad with chicken. This is closely followed by the jumbo hot dog in either a roll or even better pitta. Not at the same meal. The chicken soup also takes some beating. The kitchen is very flexible and if they have the ingredients they will try to prepare anything you wish. This cafe deserves to go from strength to strength

It could do with a makeover as it feels abit stark but the service and people all seem very nice. We just had coffee and cake ( cookies) but it had a nice feel.

Very nice and welcoming but haven't given 5 stars as very disappointed that a new cafe conversion in 2018 hasn't full disabled access. They have a ramp on request but if you're on your own it's very difficult to ask if you can't get in. They apparently say the toilet is wide enough for wheelchairs but don't have any grab rails which is essential as you can imagine. I hope the establishment will take notice.

Wonderful service with a smile. Food out of this world. We will be back when we next visit Leeds. Will be telling family and friends just how great it is.

This is a great example of everything a cafe should be. Whilst it looks small it holds more customers than you might think at first sight. It offers all the standard cafe fare such as full English or veggie breakfast. Eggs however you want them, jacket potatoes, hot dogs ,panini, sandwiches etc.However it goes one step further with offerings such as shakshuka and regular specials. Everything is made fresh by the owner/chef Richard. There is a friendly atmosphere which together with the excellent food (great omelettes) and service makes for a really enjoyable experience. There are a lot of cafes in this area of North Leeds but this takes some beating.
