Excellent, shame it hasn't been opened for a while.

Delivery time stated 22:15 it then got changed to 22:25 then the food didn't show up until 23:00 after phoning up 4 times to the shop & twice to the driver. Food was cold' didn't taste right wouldn't order again.

Arrived quickly. Tasted lovely as usual. Love the creamy cabbage

First time ordered from here, food arrived hot and was nice, paid for a side salad never got it, paid for 2 extra garlics only got 1.

Completely stuffed up my order! Put a bbq base on my parmo not my pizza !

Food always bang on time or early Can't beat the calzones from here and the creamy cabbage is mint !

If you intend to be hungry in about 2 hours time then this is the takeaway for you... If you are hungry now then grab a pot noddle to chomp on whilst you wait. Rang up ten minutes after the expected delivery time (1 hour 10 minutes after order) and was told "sorry mister it's just coming out of the oven" then 40 minutes later told "sorry mister it's 5 minutes away" I'm writing this 10 minutes after that last phone call.

Ridiculously late!! Cold!! Greasy!! Disgusting!!

Shocking parmo, the meat tastes old! When trying to cut into the parmo it just comes apart like string. Had one good parmo from here and since then after about 3 parmos since they have all been bad. Delivery was 1 hour late.

I'm a regular and feel like they don't take pride in food as I use them quite a lot, if I ordered to a different address the food would be miles better. Feel let down !!

Beautiful food but took long to deliver

Always friendly, with quality food; I don't even bother going to any other takeaways in Middlesbrough than Aroma.

Food was nice i would order again for certain, PLEASE TAKE NOTE... dont put an ice cold can of soft drink with a red hot pizza or parmesan, the can warms up and it cools the food down please wrap seperately, other than that the order was spot on, despite being neary 20 mins late.

Order from here all the time normally great but really let me down tonight waited 1 1/2 hrs for the order and when it finally got here they'd missed food off the order and they'd forgot to put potato in the chips

Ordered mixed wrap. Kebab and parmo. I was delivered a parmo wrap, a kebab and chicken wrap and a plain kebab wrap. I guess I shouldn't complain as was delivered too much food but it wasn't at all correct.

Food came within half an hour but they got my order wrong. I asked for only cucumber and white cabbage in my burger and I got all salad and I'm allergic to tomatoes. Rang the takeaway to be offers a box of salad! This was an insult as I use this takeaway frequently. Poor customer service.

don't use as they tell just eat they have delivered the food when they haven't and then don't answer the phone to customer or just eat when trying to find out what is going on, have used these before but never again and will be warning everyone so noone else is robbed and ignored

Food was very good, good value for money too. However, order was accepted for 9:25 then checked back as I didn't receieve the order at that time so I checked back on Just Eat and the order had been knocked back to 9:55. Too long a wait!

Absolutely terrible!! Was supposed to be here in 45 mins. Called after an hour and a half to see where it was. They said should have been here by now. It arrived after 1 hour 45 minutes. Everything freezing cold. The delivery driver also had the cheek to ask for an extra £1.50 as they gave us a hot shot parmo which wasn't stated in the meal deal listing and was only standard!!! After I'd already made a card payment for £16.00. Never again absolutely shocking!!! Have also added Facebook pics of the food as it was atrocious. Avoid this place they need shutting down!!!!!!!

We've tried a few takeaways and this is our favourite by far. Food is always red hot and delivery is always quick and gets here well within the estimated time and the drivers are always polite. More than generous with the portion sizes. Parmo is beautiful may I add!

Food was nice but could have been better if they used the normal thick cut chips they usually use and delivery was slightly late 10 min or so but still worth it will still be carrying on using this take away

Oh my lord. The pizza was swimming in grease. In fact there was that much grease, John Travolta made a special appearance.

Terrible, where do I start, when we opened our food the tub of garlic was spilt everywhere and ended up on our clothes and furniture, kids parmasan had chunks of thick black oven grease on the bottom which was obviously a result of filthy equipment, pizza was hard apart from the middle and almost burnt underneath, the kebab meat was very dark brown; hard an chewy. After informing 1 member of staff he was utter useless and put the phone down, after ringing again we spoke to a different staff member who said they would be bringing our money back and told us they would make our food again (which we wouldn't of ate anyway) but they turned up 1 hour after with NO food or anything. Never had out like it! Only thing that was eatable was the chips and we didn't even bother touching them because the takeaway wanted it all back!
