Armada Sbarro in Birmingham

Really tasty pizza at sbarros in Erdington Asda petrol station.The manager knows how to give a really good service, and that is why I come regularly.Its a shame I have to menouver around the beggars outside the shop which is off putting.

Absolutely rubbish service, first they ignore my calls, then they hanged up a number times when I got to store just around after 5.30 they decided to close. When they close at 8.30. Won’t be returning

Devs the main man, he's got them good customer service skills and it's always a service with a smile. Well spoken and polite and makes my visit to collect pizza a great experience....every time guaranteed. Big up dev. So the pizza is actually very good from here also, the slices are large, thin based but plenty to look at on top. Full of flavour in every bite and a pleasure to endulge in a slice. And it's not just pizza that they do, they do quite a few other items of food there too. Definitely recommend this place, but no recommendation for the manager, he sucks and his customer service skills are rubbish, he also looks like he don't wash his hands either. Apart from that it's all good.

I always get pizza when it is not fresh but still top taste, specially the cheese slices

All I can taste is tinned tomato hardly any meat or cheese meat feast I needed to hunt For the meat

This is the best pizza in all Birmingham, and it tastes just like the proper Italian takeaways. The ingredients are top and you can really tell. No artificial taste, no sweet aftertaste and it stays hot and crispy in its box even if kept 5/10 mins in it during delivery in winter. The only downside is that it’s pricy, but given the quality I don’t mind much.

gave the wrong order. gave me 1 sliice rather a whole pizza. very poor service

I've been coming to Sbarro quite regularly over the last few years, and must say the last couple of experiences have been awful. Today I arrived at 8.30pm (shop closes at 10pm apparently) to be told that the ovens are in 'cool down' mode. The last time I came at a similar time, I was told that there was no dough left, only after asking for the email/number to complain to, suddenly some dough appeared. This is really poor Sbarro... And not the way to conduct business... Which is such a shame because your pizzas (when they can be made) are really nice...

Ordered for one meal including pizza wedges and drink but I haven’t received any wedges. Tried to contact the restaurant no answers not happy with the service.

Unfortunately I got the wrong order and to rub insult to injury. I got 4 slices of stone cold pizza as I imagine some people will order slices cold so they can heat them up later. I brought this up with the restaurant, who were great and very apologetic about it and advised they will speak with just eat to offer a full refund. Just eat have given me £11 credit which is disgusting. Needless to say I'm not accepting this and still going through the process to get my money back. Not a happy customer.

Worst ever my cousin ordered a pizza costing £25 (too much in my opinion who do you think you are dominos) we got the pizza and it was frozen shocking will never be using them again might as well make your own

The delivery guy stole the pizza and set on the app that was delivered. That is very disappointing by the fact that they charged me so much for it just for me to get scammed. Would not recommend. I tried calling the restaurant 4 times and no answer whats so ever. I was extremely hungry waiting for it and then that happens. Very disappointing.

Great pizza, real mozzarella, crispy crust and fresh ingredients. Would have given 4 stars, if it weren't for the very high prices.. They have recently changed the pizza menu and for the worse. Bring back the meat primo and supremo.

Food was fantastic as per usual but pizza came squashed over to one side, i assume due to bike delivery.

Pizza arrived stone cold and completely not the order I asked for, one slice was different to the others with toppings, none of the toppings I ordered were on there, I tried to call but it was closed at 8:30pm so could complain to them had to complain through just eat got some Of my money back but it’s totally unacceptable especially for allergy reasons these days… would never buy again nor recommend to anyone. Thin slice American style pizzas quite nice and the breadsticks are amazing

With no exaggeration this is by far the best ever tasting pizza I’ve ever had! This is considering I’ve had pizza from all over the U.K. from mainstream restaurants or branches and abroad including Italy. You can create your own or pick from the ones which are already made. The way it’s heated it comes out fresh and you cannot even tell it’s been heated up. We brought our pizza and ate it fresh outside the petrol station in the car park. New York style pizza and the slice is huge!

The pizza was folded in half. The delivery man was in a bicycle no wonder why the pizza shape was deformed. Very unhappy

Time kept changing and when I finally got my food it was the wrong pizza. I hate pepperoni, never ordered it but that's what I got. Complete waste of time and money. No thanks

I stopped to put some diesel and found this pizza restaurant inside, i went to try a slice , and i can say this is the best pizza i ever had , a real New York style pizza, i drove 20 mins from my house to get a whole pizza today and it’s just perfect , 100% the best in Birmingham.

Rubbish timing. Didn’t take my order at 8:15pm said they close at 8:30 but online it says 10:00 pm not happy at all

Ordered the 2x 14” pizza deal with mozzarella sticks. The delivery came within the time allocated and was piping hot and delicious. First time ordering from SBARRO and will definitely add this to my pizza rotation list.

Great Pizza, located in a petrol station its a hidden gem. Id recommend going there yourself and having it fresh rather than delivered

what put me off is the restaurant is a 5 minute walking distance from my house and the food unfortunately arrived very cold which ruined everything and I was very disappointed as I paid good money. The food itself did taste good after I microwaved it all. For better service please make sure your food is hot when delivering.

Really enjoyed the food from this place until for some reason they decided to put a cold cheesy breadstick in the box, thought it was quite rude considering we was waiting for the fresh ones to come out the oven, don’t mind the older ones but at least warm it up if you’re gonna give it us.

Uber driver stole our food so we reordered and Sbarro refused to give us another pizza. Both set of money has gone for my account.

My family got food poisoning after eating your pizzas, and I do not advice your pizzas and after discussing this with the staff they were really rude to me.

Food was delivered on a bicycle, so my pizza looked like it had been cooked in a tumble dryer.

The cookies were missing, hopefully Just Eat will refund for these.

The only problem is they keep using a guy on a push bike to deliver the food so the food comes stone cold to you, so if they fix that one small problem it would be great

Ordered a pizza ..opened the box and everything was squished all on one side of the box

Delivered cold, driver passed me my box all items inside were smashed together, toppings all fell off,inedible. If that’s how good gets delivered I won’t be using this again very disappointed

Meat pizza is good, sadly they never make an order for you, simply you only get to choose from where already made - Traveled 2hr to try but training day!. Pizza was good couldn't tell you about the rest

Great place, great pizza, we bought huge 2 slices, a stromboli and a drink for under a tenner. Pizza slices are ready made and once chosen are reheated quickly, just as good as eating fresh. Customer service was great from the lovely lady. Cant wait to return.

I recieved the food all messed up , as the pizza was recieved upside down and all the toppings were off the slices ..i would apreciate it if i recieved a refund on the order as am not at all satisfied with the delivery

nowhere near as good as what it usually is. even though i live really really close-by the food took a while to get here and the delivery guy went the completely wrong way on the map when i was tracking them.

My food came 25 minutes late even though I pre-ordered it. The food was cold and to top it off my pizza was stored vertically by the driver so the pizza was all squashed in the corner.

What can I say other than what a refreshing change to the pizzas we get locally! The staff are always friendly. The pizzas are always fresh. So tasty, so good!

The pizza was messed up all over the place and only gave one instead of 2

Ordered the food and ended up waiting over an hour to receive it, when the food did get near to my home the courier went down the wrong road twice and had to call to ask for directions, was barely warm by the time it arrived. Disappointed.

Food ordered and paid for at 7.19pm, still not arrived at 11pm and reasturant closed at 8.30pm... would not answer phone , no other way to contact them , no food no refund very unhappy customer !

What can I say about the pizza here except, wow! The pizza tastes so good. Toppings are tasty and fresh. Service is excellent too. I won't order pizza for my own consumption from anywhere else now. I'm totally spoiled.

Visiting for the first time and disappointed by the quality of food, The pizza was very undercooked and there was bits of cloth baked into the base of the pizza. Did not see staff using gloves when handling food.

First time trying this place and I was disappointed. The pizza slices they sell look better than a whole pizza. The full pizza we ordered was undercooked. Base was soggy and the cheese wasn't even melted fully After the second slice I found a piece of green material on the bottom which looked like the cleaning pad they use. See picture The Asian lad working there with curly hair didn't even use gloves when making and handling food. Went back for a refund and will not be eating there again

Excellent. Pizza was cooked a little longer as requested. Excellent quality ingredients. Very well handcrafted. Only issue is some of the crust was very soggy. Too much tomato base sauce used i think ir the tomatow base sauce is too watery. Flavour cannot be matched by any other Pizza place local though. Thank you.

I went to the local sbarro at the asda express, on the a5 by norton canes and it was lovely the best pepperoni pizza iv had for years!.The staff were really nice to. Well done thank you 😊.

Went first time and found the food to be very nice and staff went out of their way to be helpful. Cant fault.

Place is always closed when I go there, I've visited 5 times. Been closed 4 times. One time it was open, they had no menu, and TV screens didn't show any menu and they only had 2 slices of pizza on display. Needless to say I won't come back. A tiktok video instigated me to visit this place and try it, but I won't come back to give it a go again.

This pizza is amazing I'm not much of a pizza lover but one day I went in to fill my car and felt a little hungry. So just brought a Stromboli and boom I'm hooked and find myself going back twice a week at least. Guys you must go and try!!!!!!
