Best kebab I’ve had in a while. My Mum really enjoyed her Fish & Chips 👍

Naan bread was rock hard and inedible!, everything else was good

food came really quick, hot and delicious!

delivery driver was trying to put me off my food said that the place isn't clean and it's a mess luckly not put me off as I always order from here

Horrible tasting, greasy chips!! Vile! Haven't been here for a couple of years but fancied a chippy tea this evening, the shop looks dirty and run down.

The food was cold no salad with the kebab, very disappointed with it will think twice before ordering from there again.

Mixed meat and chips was a little small on the quantity of meat . Apart from that can’t fault and taste was good and hot

Don’t have a chippy often. Probably been a few years but just moved in to our new house and it had no kitchen so we opted for a chippy tea. Was not let down by this place. Best chippy I ever had I years. Really enjoyed it.

Im a big guy, I like my food, I never moan about decent food. but this was so bad, it really shocked me. I ordered from this place maybe last year (and today) and now I remember why I never order from there, the fish and chips felt like almost rubbery, you could hold one end and shake it and it wouldn't fall apart or break. like it was briefly cooked in lukewarm oil. chips were old and wrinkly, tasted like cardboard. the people that work there are lovely but food would be a rating of 0 out of 5, edible if you need it to survive. I'm really disappointed as I've always held this shop in high regard. what a shame. toast it is.

Just eat' just won't bother again! Put on notes sauces and condiments, for food ordered. Only for it to arrive by miserable owner who went to front door, which I didn't put on notes, so that shows they never read it. So bland food gone in the bin waste of money. Had a bowl of cereal, should have done that in the first place after driving back from Wales and thought I'd order takeout as a treat. But lesson learnt.

Food came earlier than expected, meal was lovely and it was dekivered to us by the manager himself. Will deffo order again in the future

Extremely greasy chips, a lot of oil in the bottom of the tray, came without salad and salt & vinegar. Lamb Donner and cheese & onion fryit was perfect.

Used to be one of my favourite but chips were horrible chicken kebab was very dry and thay forgot the salad my order was four items how can you forget one the best part of this was the delivery chap he was very kind and polite

Wasn’t so great. This time I was quite poorly after my food which is very very unusual. They usually handsdown the best chippy around arky would be disappointed. If he knew the quality, my food arrived in.

Awful chippy!!! Said closed at 8.30 when went in with door saying 10pm!! Chips tasted like was from 1 week ago and meat was rock hard. Avoid at all costs! Had to order a papa johns now as couldnt eat it and not cooking when wanted a nice takeaway!

My kebab was really greasy and not nice at all. The paper and my hands were just covered in grease. I have never had this problem ordering from here before so unsure why this has happened

Food tasted very weird and smelt funny, I couldn’t eat it. Waiting for my refund which I’ve not received yet... Delivery was late, after saying the food had supposedly been delivered but the driver apologised at the front door.

I’ve been charged twice but only had one delivery so I think I should get a refund

Chips was dry as anything and the sausage was dry as well not very nice at all that is gonna be the last time I order from here I ordered twice now n the first time food came like hour n half late n it was cold but im not coming here again

Donner meat didn’t taste or smell nice. Chips were so greasy. Only thing refreshing was the salad.

First time ordering a delivery, wow, amazing quality loved it thank you!!

When I have visited the shop I have always been served quickly and had great quality food, with very good customer service. However, when ordering for a home delivery via Just Eat I have always been let down. Despite being a five minute car journey away the food has always taken well over an hour to arrive. Such a shame as the food is good, but delivery is poor in my experience.

Fish and chips doesn't get much better, on occasions the waiting time can be a little frustrating, but the quality of the food easily makes up for that; good things are almost certainly worth waiting for. Especially when its delivered by the most friendly a person you could meet.

Delivered wrong order not what i asked for all I got was chips with burnt chicken meat no sauce and few bits of meat n salad or no taste ended up in the bin after 1 mouth full, bloke on phone did say give right 1 next time which there won't be a nxt time..

Food quality was amazing, hot on arrival I did feel like the portions size was not amazing I had four pieces of kebab in what I order ( mixed meats )

Eventually wen the food arrived it wasn't even Luke warm the chips didn't even taste that nice either, phoned up restaurant and they said "it couldn't be cold as it's done fresh to order" but when my partner is pregnant you can't take this lightly so I got whole order re-orderd but still took ages to arrive they also left our bottle of pop off NOT RECOMENDING THIS PLACE AT ALL

Chips we're cold and looked like they had been warmed up. Burger was dumped in the bun salad everywhere. Extremely disappointing. Won't be bothering again.

Chips looked like they hadn’t seen the fryer although tasted ok. Fish was soggy and batter all stuck to the packet. Son said it was horrible. Curry sauce is different. Didn’t like. He didn’t eat his meal

As far as I know, the only chippie in Shrewsbury that sells steak and kidney puddings. That's enough for me to give it 5*.

The fish is always nicely done, maybe a little greasy on occasion, the portions are very decent, the chips being proper chip shop chips. Good value for money, the staff are always friendly and there's plenty of parking as it's not actually on the main road but a little parallel street
