Food comes late and they laugh down the phone when you complain it’s late and tell you can’t get a refund. Staff are awfully rude need to learn some manners!

Thought I would give the best another go after not using for a while. Thought they may have improved? I was wrong. Took an hour and half for food to be delivered. They charged extra for delivery from Gobowen to weston rhyn. 2miles? Food was cold and my daughters meal ended up in the bin. Looks like nothing has changed there. Wont be using again. Disappointed

Excellent, kofta chicken & donner

Like a total idiot being a vegetarian ordered a mushroom burger thinking it was a burger made out of mushrooms. It was infact a meat burger with mushrooms on. So that's me hungry but the kids really enjoyed their pepperoni pizza!

This place is The Best, unfortunately The Best of The Worst. On a visit on the Spring Bank Holiday Monday I experienced the worst Shop Etiquette I've ever experienced. I encountered foul mouthed Bullying.. The atmosphere in The Best Kebab House was like walking done a dark alley in an unfamiliar City with a crowd of angry hooded youths leaning against the walls, moonlight glinting off razor sharp unsheahed blades, very intimidating. The Best as a vacuum like void of customer relations. Just the odd verbal grunt of direction from the staff, all made up of vowels. Very intimidating... BEWARE!!! T.B.C.........

Amazing food. Order via phone, over counter or app. Can be delivered in a certain radius, picked up or just waited for. 2 for 1 on pizza, great kids meals that include low sugar pop. Staff really friendly

Used Best Kebab House quite a lot over the years but I noticed this time there is an additional charge when you order on the Kuick App. They used to charge £1.00 delivery only. You now get charged £1.00 delivery, £1.00 service charge and £1.00 Kuick service charge. I get that you pay a little bit more for the pizzas as you Buy 1 get 1 free but come on how many more charges are you going to add??? Food is good though and delivered in a timely manner.

Fancied a pizza tonight. Never tried these guys before. Fantastico lovely pizzas. Even made with a thin base as requested. Will buy again 😁😋

45 minutes late this evening, feeding children pizza, The pizza arrived and was like rubber soles.. called up to speak with a member of the team, the guy we spoke with was argumeative, didn't like criticism and said nothing he can do to resolve this! Such a shame I don't like leaving shirty reviews, customer service has let this place down and cold rubber pizzas...

I had fish and chips tonight I have seen a mini bigger gold fish eating the fish tasted like mush I have had a kerb and it went right though me my friend had a kerb pizza and that went though her the food is disgusting from there

Disgusting pizzas tasted like burnt oil, the edges were rock hard and uneatable. What a waste of money 🤮

90 mins wait, then delivered the wrong order, said they'd send the right order another 90 mins and still waiting..... The stuff we ate was ropey too.

Over 2 hours waiting for delivery phoned up no apologies for delay promised to be within 30mins phoned back up after 45mins still hadn’t left for delivery cancelled order! Won’t use again!

Left Oswestry over a year ago , visited Oswestry again just to enjoy the best kebabs . Same taste and loved it as much as we always did.

Poor quality chips and sausage, over cooked

Ordered tonight at 7:30, food didn't arrive till 9:30. Some items were wrong and to top it off the pizza was reheated!! All the food was cold so had to throw it away. No apology from the driver either. Never going again.

Delivery came almost 80 minutes later than they said it would. No apology when it got here. To add insult to injury, the pizza toppings weren't right.

Nice food well cooked and art a good price. Had couple of burgers, kids chicken and chicken kebab. Handy parking close by.

Had a takeaway last night the food was perfect as usual and a wicked fast delivery time highly recommended

Pretty good quality, very reasonably priced and I frequently make use of their bogof offer on pizza. Being able to order and pay on the website is just amazing for a small place like this. It's always ready on time and the guys in there are great.

Great staff and ridiculously good food

Popped down to get pizza's for tea, drove back into town, fed the dog, put her out then sat down to eat myself...............and my pizza was still hot, not warm but hot and delicious 😁

Great fried chicken!! The pizza is a pan-fried type and for this kind is one of the best I ever had. Didn't try the kebab, despite the name, but I bet is good too. They keep the bar clean and tidy

The chips is prepared in advance and only preheated on request. One of the guys is definitely not happy when you ask him for a fresh chips. Pizzas and kebabs are OK

Considering the remote location of this kebab house its opening hours are very good and the food is exceptionally good. Highly recommend the pizza's and burgers. Staff where very friendly and parking available at the side of the shop. Definitely be visiting here again. Highly recommended by our family

Order food for delivery and it's not what I ordered and what I received cost less than what I paid for and they had the cheek to charge me extrextra for jalapeno probably won't care though will u?
