Whilst waiting for my second bus home I stopped by for a hot chocolate and muffin, and not even joking it is the best hot chocolate I've ever had and somehow cured a sore throat I've had through the day. It was thick and the perfect texture and very chocolatety, absolutely perfect, I think I'll definitely be back while waiting for the bus again

This is a lovely place where you can watch the world go by from it's many windows. Service was amazing just like my velvety coffee and yummy expresso brownie. I couldn't eat it all so it was put in a take home box. Really lovely staff and atmosphere. Well done!

Excellent coffee bar. We have been there many times. Its a lovely place to chill out, very clean, lovely staff. The coffee is great and food and cakes lovely. I will just mention that their hours are 7am to 5pm (not 7pm)

Came in here waiting for my bus and the service was 100% - only £2.40 for a pot of tea and there is an updated board with all tge departures from the bus station. Lovely and clean, staff very friendly island hidden gem I think

Well what can I say it’s such a wonderful place to go and have a coffee food is also lovely staff are absolutely amazing Cam & Ken especially they are really great they make you laugh and feel so welcome nothing is to much they go above and beyond always a smile to greet you when you walk in . I have been to a few bus station cafés around Europe and this is one of the best.

If you want to experience something amazing this is the place for you. It's like at home, at Christmas feeling. I was peaceful in the eye of the thypoon. And great staff.

We always stop here before getting a bus home. Staff very friendly and polite. My son loves it here as he can view the busses with an icecream. I can recommend the mocha here. One of the best I've tried Never too busy, always a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended

Friendly staff with nice selection of coffee and other drinks

Unbelievable quality. Very nice staff are always ready to help, always serving you with a smile, and wait times are never more than 30 seconds. Just because wait time is short, that doesn't mean they cut corners with their products. Drinks are very nice. They serve fresh orange juice, which they squeeze on-site, before your eyes. The only flaw is the view from the window, but you will be focused on how amazing your food is anyway, that the view is just a tiny flaw.

Great friendly staff and great service lovely food

Lovely friendly cafe. Delicious panini and toastie for lunch. The owner made a smaller sandwich and side salad for my 4 year old. A lady left her bag and the staff ran after her to reunite her with it! Reasonably priced and great coffee whether you’re using the bus station or not (we were passing on bikes and parked just outside on the bike racks)

The tea and coffee here is excellent as is the service received from the very friendly staff. Very relaxing atmosphere too.

I'm currently in with my baby who needed some dinner (and mummy needed some caffine!). The salted caramel brownie is amazing and the coffee is lovely, but I'm most impressed by the staff - so warm, welcoming and kind 😊

Since this coffee shop opened up with new management and staff, it has been a real pleasure to sit and relax with a coffee or milkshake. Everyone is so welcoming and smiling. Nothing is too much trouble. Now that Covid restrictions are over, i will be looking forward to going out to Chester more often and popping in for a coffee. 5 star quality and 5 star staff.

For a coffee ship on a bus station this is very good. Coffee 1st class, cake nice and moist and as it was hot on the outside terrace they allowed me in with two dogs and brought a bowl of water for them.

First time visiting, lovely service, I will certainly be visiting again. Highly recommend.

Good service and coffee was nice. It's clean. The only downside was there were NO BABY CHANGING facilities, but there is 1 toilet for customers only and its disabled.

Have been here several times recently and the staff are wonderful my coffee is all most ready before I get to the till 🙂👏.

My first visit to Arista today, I had a lovely warm welcome from both the guys serving, the cafe is spacious, & has out side seating area for lovely days when the weather is nice, Arista has a calm relaxed atmosphere, perfect to just chill, both guys were attentive & making sure I was happy & served, I will definitely go back.

Great atmosphere, staff and beverages. The hot chocolate we had previously was great. The mango smoothie we had this time around was fresh, sweet and lovely.

This cafe is really very spacious and has a lovely relaxing ambiance .it also has soft music 🎶 playing with warm lights and has a very homely feel to it. Especially in these cold winters days when you want to be warm drinking some hot chocolate or coffee. I like the oat hot chocolate and oat mocha and the chocolate cake. The staff are very friendly and nice to us all the time we come here...

Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Had a latte and decided to stay for a second one while I read my book. Great music too. Especially enjoyed listening to the appropriately titled The Bus Ride by Relax Music Channel. Definitely visiting again soon
