The service was quick and the food was really tasty. We even got a small surprise from them as a first time buyer. I would definitely recommend to try them out as there’s a lot to try! :)

If you fancy something different for a fairly cheap price around the Yate area, I would recommend to try this. The pulled pork was tasty, however the sides were not great, mainly because of the take away packaging. The chips were soggy on arrival, as most are that use foil tray packaging to deliver food. I did not like the baked beans as a side, the beans arrived watery and very unappealing to look at. The pickles and vegetables were too small of a portion. Sides can be improved, maybe by adding others such as corn on the cob, flavoured rice instead of baked beans. It is a fairly new restaurant and I would be willing to give them a try again as they are bringing out new food regularly. The best thing was the price, a very fair cost indeed. Please do try them out!

Great pub with a fantastic beer garden. There used to me meerkats in an enclosure but have gone now. Perfect stop for motorcyclist or for cyclists on the Bristol to Bath cycle path as it’s only a stones throw from Avon Valley Railway

11 Broad StreetMy partner and I were walking along the highstreet and fancied a snack and soft drink. People sat inside and outside enjoying themselves.Place was very clean and plenty of space to choose from.We had great service from the lady who took out order, she was friendly and there were locals inside chatting as well.We ordered food and it came quickly and was hot and tasty.Would recommend for a breakfast as they have a large variety of options on the menu.

Update: we still love this pub/restaurant. Friendly staff, fantastic food and a great selection of ales and wines. Very, very happy to have The Swan as our local. The Beer Garden is also fabulous and highly recommended. Great stop on a bike ride or a hike. Plenty of space and shade.

High Street, Doynton BS30 5TF EnglandSunday Lunch, with friends. I regularly visited this lovely venue about 40 years ago when it was a watering hole for the local farming community. What a difference! It has a beautifully created rustic atmosphere, and we were seated in the large Conservatory at the rear, with its lovely view across fields to village Church. Service was excellent, as was the food. There is absolutely nothing I could fault. The venue was busy and deserved to be, but that detracted nothing from a great experience. Very well done.
