Great place lovely staff a great wellcome

We called in for breakfast. Fabulous!

Ordered a Swiss Cheese burger but when it came the mushroom & Swiss cheese sauce on top of the burger was cold. Not luke warm. Actually chilled. I have to assume this burger topping is prepared and frozen, defrosted and placed onto the burger. The chef forgot to defrost my sauce. When I took it back to the kitchen hatch they were very apologetic but then waited until they had cooked and served everyone else's meal in the restaurant before starting again with my order. This meant I waited 30-45 minutes whilst my companions ate their lunches and waited for me. We were offered a refund but decided since I had eventually, received a meal, we would not accept the offered refund. Sorry but I can accept the mistake by the chef but not the wait caused by being moved to the back of the orders queue. I won't be eating here again.

Our 'go to' place for breakfast and/or snacks and drinks in Uttoxeter. Reasonably priced and good quality food with good service and atmosphere.

Had a nice coffee and cake in there but went in another time and after ordering from the breakfast menu was told that they stop serving breakfast at a rather random time of 11.45? Would have been helpful if they made people aware of that by putting it on the menu in the window perhaps or somewhere at least?🤷‍♂️

Amazing experience at Anytime Lounge for breakfast. All staff were welcoming and friendly. The food and drinks were great. Really nice touch having nappies (of all sizes) available in the baby change area.

Anytime Lounge was an absolute Gem of a find. The place looks fantastic inside and out. The service was so lovely. Everyone was attentive and we were treated so well my husband and I plan to go back very soon. The food was to die for.. that burger with the mac and cheese on it is now my absolute favourite thing and my husband had the Kiev that was just mouthwatering. The drinks were brilliant...I mean i have never had a slushy rose but I can't think of anything better for long summer days. They do table service so well and everyone was so nice. I highly recommend this eatery on the highstreet in Uttoxeter. The service, food, music and atmosphere were brilliant but what really made it so much better was how nicely we were treated. Love this place and would definitely go back x

Took my mum for breakfast on mother’s day. Food and drink were lovely, the restaurant was decorated nicely and had a friendly atmosphere. The staff couldn’t have done enough for us, they were brilliant :)

What a fantastic place, I can't eat well at the moment so had butternut squash soup and partner had a tuna sweetcorn cheese toastie on a deal for £4.95. Best place to go. The nain food menu looked mouthwateringly good. Good selection. Nice atmosphere bright clean and inviting. Just seen a customer withthe steak pie and mash. Looks divine. The facilities are wheelchair friendly disable and baby change is spotless. We will definitely return again. I recommend here if you've not been before. Excellent

What a brilliant Burns night meal . From the wonderful food from an excellent chef to all the waiters and waitresses it was a fabulous night. Thoroughly recommend trying Anytime lounge 👌 🥰

I've got to be honest I didn't even know this placecwas there. We went on Sunday. My daughter and I had the big breakfast and we couldn't est it all, the food was presented nicely and was very when we got it, my granddaughter had pancakes and bacon. The service was good and all staff very friendly, I will go again, I would highly recommend it.

I came in here with my elderly mother, and was very impressed. We haven’t been into Uttoxeter for ages and there is never anywhere to eat so were very pleased to find this place. It’s nice that the owners have made provision for the elderly by the way of a ramp to the next floor and a downstairs toilet, so well done for that. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the food was excellent, toasted sandwich, homemade soup coffee and tea - each all for £17 excellent value, and all freshly made and well presented. We will definitely be coming back, thanks to all for making this a very pleasant experience.

Really nice atmosphere and fantastic value for money. Steak frites was really good and so are the cocktails and mocktails too!!

As quite a new business in Uttoxeter, I'd like this addition to the town to do well. It does some things well and each time we've been, it has been busy. It's a very nicely laid out place with the much wecome addition to the town of serving proper meals, if that's what you want. As well as smaller bites. The service isn't very quick for serving food or drinks, and had to request the tartare sauce to go with the fish finger sandwich (which then turned out to be Horseradish)! I'd suggest the chefs sit down and eat each item of the menu one day, as they might be surprised. My nice looking fish finger sandwich tasted of nothing at all, very much like the onion rings i'd had recently. The batter was too pale, and needed something adding. It's excellent value for money and a good menu, but the staff need a bit of further training.

Lovely food and service. Music can be a little loud and can cause a distraction from the atmosphere at times.

We have been here several times and really enjoy it. Lovely vegetarian breakfast and I really like the coconut and raspberry frappe. It is wheelchair accessible (there is a door to the right of the main door which we use to enter, there is an internal ramp and accessible loo is good) and allows dogs (providing water, treats and dog friendly staff- even when Lemmy isn't so friendly). It is an excellent addition to the high street.

The venue is absolutely spotless all round. Drinks were spot on. Waited to long for the food (50 mins) compared to around 20 - 30 mins at other competitors in uttoxeter. Cheapest food by a mile compared to other venues in uttoxeter but needs to improve to compete with others (e.g. The bear) Burger meal with chunky chips was 5 star but the fish finger sandwich was Luke warm and tasteless. The steak in the ciabatta was very fatty and also Luke warm. Will return and try other dishes. All the best with your venture👍👍

We went on a Saturday night and the place was empty cant see how this place will last with all the competition in Uttoxeter. There are better places to go.

We made our 1st visit on 26th August 2023. The Staff were really Friendly. We ordered food and 2 desserts and 3 drinks. The staff had ran out of banana's as one the desserts was a banana split but they were good enough to go and get some bananas which i thought was good customer service. When the dessets arrived the banana split was caramelised and very sweet, the strawberry sundae arrived with berries instead of strawberries and they were very sour. The kids breakfast was ok apart from the skin on the sausage was dryed up. Now for the drinks the latte was very nice and the mixed berrie cooler was very nice too. The red velvet cooler was very sweet and sickly as there was far too much chocolate that went into it therefore this drink was wasted. The venue is great, its a great size and the decor is nice and homely. Overall i would score this 7/10

We recently had lunch here and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The menu looked good and good value for money and the food we had was great. The staff were really helpful. It has a nice chilled vibe with subtle music and nice decor. We will certainly recommend to our friends.

Had a lovely meal only let down by the dessert. Service was fast and friendly, the place itself has a great vibe and was very relaxed. Drinks and food all reasonably priced, good variety on choices for main courses and they arrived quick enough for fresh cooked food. Thoroughly enjoyed them - a good piece of steak, well cooked, and a chicken and noodle dish that was full of flavour. The desserts, unfortunately, didn't match the menu and were melted when they arrived so probably wouldn't bother with them again. That didn't dampen a lovely evening, though. Will be going again. Edit: desserts feedback addressed and resolved privately, very impressive response, rating amended to reflect that.

Food was amazing & honestly felt like they were underpriced!! Would definitely pay more for the food, the quality impressed us that much. Its a lovely wee place with a nice atmosphere. We enjoyed our dinner so much that we went back for breakfast the next morning and that was just as lovely. If we are ever visiting Uttoxeter again we will definitely be back!

What a super find! It was my first visit to Anytime Lounge mid morning with a friend. We were greeted with a friendly smile at the door and shown to our table. We ordered a coffee and we then decided to stay on for lunch. The place was busy, spacious and with a relaxed and professional vibe and the coffee and freshly prepared food was delicious. There was lots of choice on the food and drinks menu and the portions were large and amazing value for money. The staff were attentive and checked we had all we wanted. We will definitely be back again and look forward to trying one or two of the cocktails next time!

Can't recommend this place highly enough. The staff are great. So friendly and attentive. It feels like nothing is too much trouble and your visit is really important. The food is fantastic. We had hunter's chicken and the Anytime burger. Both were delicious. Just the right size, portion wise. The non-alcoholic cocktails were amazing. Can't wait to go back.

Five of us visited today, on a rainy Tuesday evening. There was a great atmosphere with plenty of people inside, but not crowded at all as there is plenty of space. We had the Hunters chicken, Steak frites, Salmon pasta, Pan fried salmon and kids sausage and chips. All food was super tasty and not a single complaint from us. Service was brilliant, we had Morgan, who was attentive to our table making sure we were happy with everything we had, and anything we needed, and was always happy to help. Top customer service from Morgan. Edit - We did visit a second time this week for breakfast, to which sadly was very disappointing, hence the edited review. The breakfast was very poor quality, I had poached eggs on toast, wife had avocado on toast. Poached eggs were hard, and avocado was a very small portion. Simple thing but the toast wasn't buttered all the way around and it was unsalted butter. It's just expected that it's slightly salted for some flavour at least. Overall breakfast was very disappointing. So I am very torn. Four stars overall, because I can't FAULT the kind customer service we had on both occasions.

I had high hopes for this place but that was quick shot down after my second visit. To start off, the bar staff didn’t seam to have the slightest idea what was on the menu and got it wrong twice.. After I finally managed to get an order in, I was seated at a dirty table, which I had to ask 3 times to be cleaned. When our drink FINALLY arrived one of them was wrong, and then we had to wait another 10 minuets for that to arrive. When the meal came what felt like 3 days later half of the order was stone cold, and we had Noone come and ask if the order was okay, we had to go up to the bar to get this rectified. To top the whole visit off, the “owner” just wonders round trying to look the part, when in all honesty she clear has no idea what she’s doing. All in all, I would strongly recommend anyone not to come here. You would get way better service at the Wetherspoons down the road.

The staff smile and make you feel welcome, the food is amazing and well priced, drinks are fab and don't cost a fortune, great staff, great vibe - you can literally have what you like...anytime.....and it is not a problem!! We will be back - loved the whole experience. I have written what might look like War and Peace but I believe that good places deserve good reviews so here you go:- I visited this bar/restaurant yesterday (Sunday) on the off chance of getting some good food and a nice glass of wine. From the outside the building is appealing with outside seating and colourful hanging baskets. Also the decorative windows lure you in ...... Myself and my friends were greeted and made to feel welcome and we took our seats in the bar area where we had a fabulous bottle of wine and looked through the menu. I have to say the choice is amazing - you really can have exactly what you want. So whilst my friend tucked into scrambled eggs on toast (she was struggling with toothache so needed something soft to eat), my other friends waded into burgers. These burgers are not your normal 'run of the mill' burger - they are fresh, meaty, juicy and delightful. I was asked if I wanted salad or fries and being hungry and cheeky I asked if I may have both. I was told that this was 'no problem at all', with a smile and informed that I had chosen well! - which was great though I would have been more than happy to pay for an additional side. I need to talk about the bun - this is somebody that normally does not eat the bun as my jeans don't normally allow (!), but the 'pretzel' bun was absolutely fabulous - so fresh and I have to say I did not want this meal to end. However all good things do need to come to an end and that was me done - though I did manage to polish off the rose which I have already mentioned was delightful. My friends carried on to the puddings, my friend with toothache saw that there was jelly and ice cream on the children's menu and we expected some resistance to this request - but we were again given 'no problem' as a welcome response. The chocolate sundae kept my other friend quiet for a while and he was loving the fact that the chocolate brownie inside was warm and melty...and his words 'delicious'. So to conclude:- This is a great place with a funky vibe, great music, smiley staff, amazing food and this will not break your bank nor will you have to re-mortgage your house. A great place to take the family or just to meet friends and enjoy a nice glass of wine, coffee, cocktail or whatever takes your fancy without facing a huge bill. A lot of thought has gone into the customers needs - even the ladies toilet has everything that you may need down to hair bobbles and body spray!!! So thank you to all at Anytime (not forgetting the chef who has converted me to now loving onion rings :) for putting a bit of sunshine into a grim, Sunday afternoon. We will be back.

Unfortunately having to wait 30 mins for 2 drinks has certainly not gone down very well, 2 groups of 3 people came in after me and my partner and both parties had their drinks before us, in the end I went to ask at the bar and ended up taking our 2 drinks to our table myself… not great service is it really for a place aiming to please the public… on the plus sign the food prices looked ok.

Been this morning for breakfast, absolutely beautiful. Great food great atmosphere, great friendly staff. My children were made to feel welcome and given colouring pack. My little boy even wanted to go and thank the kitchen staff for “the best breakfast ever”. Very well presented place. Well done and thanks for investing in Uttoxeter. Can’t wait to come back.

The staff were amazing and attentive to customers, they were very helpful in any questions we had. Morgan stood out to us the most as they were very pleasant and welcoming. Food was lovely and definitely worth the wait, the prices were amazing for the food we received.

Lovely little place! Very cheap but doesn’t show! Staff were extremely attentive. Very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend and come back! Can’t wait to see the future of this establishment!
