Best curry house in Redcar by a mile

Very friendly family staff as always. Ordered a selection of starters, large quality portions. Very tasty and well cooked. Well priced without compromising on quality, best Indian takeaway in redcar, wouldn't go anywhere else

we ordered a medium but ended up with a hot and there was no mint yogurt in like in the photo shown,but apart from that it was absolutely amazing and well worth the money will definitely get this again

After leaving a glowing review on our first order last week, we were let down after waiting nearly 3 hours for 2nd delivery. 2nd order made and there won’t be a 3rd. Simply not good enough, a business builds the delivery costs in, I shouldn’t need to wait until they have multiple orders in my area.

First time order but won’t be the last!!Everything included, the amount of takeaways these days that leave items off is shocking, good taste, super fresh salad, really good quality. Hope they maintain that quality because quite often places dip.

Really good food. Early too! The curry was lovely and spicy, the naan was great, it did go a bit funny during travel with the keema settling to one side, but that can’t be helped ! Absolutely lovely can’t wait to come back.

Visited Redcar and tried this Indian. Ordered Chicken Korma, Tikka naan and chips - one if the BEST I have tasted. Chips were not a let down neither! Quick and friendly service and food was so fresh!

First time ordering here and the food was superb and so much flavour. Onion Bhaji's are some of the best I've ever had and the mango sauce goes so well with them. Will order again. Delivery driver was polite and friendly too.

All our food was absolutely gorgeous. It came slightly earlier than predicted and was piping hot. The garlic naan and garlic keema naan breads were amazing.

2nd time ordering from here and It quickly becoming my favorite local Indian. Lamb super tender not tough or fatty and lots of it. Same with chicken huge strips and loads of them couldn't finish it. Super tasty.

when it arrived the container with the curry in the lid wasn't on so the curry ended up leaking all into the blue carrier bag and ruined the rice container and the nan bread just binned £15 worth of curry was going to ring shop but didn't want to wait nearly ova 1 hour never order from here again mind the carrier bag smelt nice full of lamb curry

Food was expected within an hour at first, then got an update to say another 20 minutes after this…. Only for it to still be another 10 minutes after that. Had to ring and check and it had only just left. Food wasn’t the best, chicken pieces were okay but rice was just full of onion, curry was more heat than taste which ruined it. Naan wasnt much better and very few bits of meat. Overall I wouldn’t recommend and we won’t be returning

Food is always fantastic from here, but tonight, an hour and 40mins for delivery was just abit to long to wait, i know only 5mins late from the estimated time, apparently they wasn't that busy.. Will be back but will collect next time..

Love anisas but the duck tonight was so dry it was only fit for the bin. Regular customers though and can say it is the only complaint we have had!

Ordered for collection they apologised and said I would have 30 min wait. It was done quicker the food was amazing chom chom is one of the best curry dishes I have ever had.

Always beautiful food won't go to any other Indian takeaway

Order was over an hour late due to our order being delivered to the wrong street. Rang the shop and spoke to a member of staff who was polite and arranged for a replacement to be cooked and delivered arrived after about 30 minutes of speaking to the shop. Unfortunate mistake but Anisa’s rectified this and when our order did arrive it was fresh and hot.

Over 2 hours from order accepted to delivery , exactly 1 hour late on original delivery time, if you are too busy STOP TAKING ORDERS until you can cope with them, the standard of the food is slipping as well DISSAPOINTED!!!! it will be a while till I order again

Very bad delivery service ordered the food at 19:00 to get an estimated delivery time for 20:05-20:35 I tried to phone 28 times kept saying user busy in the end my partner went to the shop to ask where our delivery was and it was sat on the desk this isn’t the first time this has happened again shocking delivery service

We were visiting Redcar and wanted to have indian food ..this place was so disappointing...we were made to wait one and a half hour and by the time food came we had lost the appetite..honestly food was nit great either..pretty much bland and saltless dishes..please save money and spare yourself a disaster and avoid this place

Food was delicious and one of the best. Delivery could have been better as it took over 1 1/2 hours from order to delivery. But wouldn’t stop me ordering again.

Would give 0* for the service if that was an option. Ordered at 8.07pm and told it’d be here for 9.37pm. Got to 9.40 and no sign so we rang and we’re told to wait 20 mins as they were busy. This was fine, waited til 10.10 still no sign, rang again to be told to wait another ten mins. Wait til 25 past and rang again to be told to wait another 10 mins, no apology no nothing, couldn’t ring again after that since they’d closed. An hour and 10 mins PAST the delivery time (2 and a half hours later) we finally got our food for it to be taste like it was from a jar, cold, burnt naan bread, undercooked chips and 2 prawns in the rice. Think next time we’ll just save our money and time and make it ourselves considering it’d probably taste a lot nicer. I’d suggest everyone else do the same

Ordered 20:00 Arrived 21:40. Was piping hot. Plenty of sauce not much chicken & no pineapple. Will see what next time is like. ?

Really bad food! Ordered the duck starter and main which turned out to be like chewing a rubber Absolutely terrible and inedible Be warned do not order from here!

Waited over two and a half hours for delivery, would of loved to say was worth the wait but bland, tasteless and chicken mini fillets were left whole not cooked tikka style or marinated and still had all the gristle etc left on, ate a few mouthfuls then binned, will not be returning, only gave 1 star as you cannot post without it

The food was 45 minutes late and stone cold. It was inedible and went straight in the bin. There was no apology from the restaurant and they would not answer the phone. I will not buy from here again

Ordered the kebab treat boxmultiple times, and has always been good. This time however, chips came undercooked. The sauce that came with the box was just a korma sauce, not the usual medium spiced sauce. The portion size was smaller than normal also which was a shame which made it not worth the price. The naan bread was cold and the meat was over cooked as well which was a shame.

Beautiful food,delivery time seems to be only issue here,worth the wait though. Please improve your delivery times.
