Anatoli Turkish BBQ Grill in Coventry

Never expected this. Lovely modern setting, And a great experience. The staff are friendly and so helpful. And the food is very special. The meat was so moist and tender and everything so fresh. This really is a jewel in Earlsdon.

When I was invited here for a girls night out I thought ' oh oh" I'm such a plain eater I honestly didn't think I'd enjoy it. How wrong was I ! I had a lamb mix platter which was chops, ribs and lamb chunks. Not spicy like I expected, just right absolutely delicious. My girlfriends had chicken shish which was equally delicious. They give you a bowl full of salad and delicious breads with dips, hummus and yogurt all free to pick on while you wait. Lovely staff, all very accomadating and happy to explain everything to a novice like me. I can't wait to go back and take my husband he will be delighted as he likes all different foods and I'm quite boring with my palette so it'll be a nice change. Don't hesitate to go. Honestly delicious food, reasonable price and lovely restaurant/ staff.

Great all around. They provide a complementary bread, salad and dips platter with a main course while you are waiting for it to be prepared, which is very nice. Bread is warm and soft, and the dips are packed with flavour. You aren't waiting for a long time without food which is great. Main courses come out in good time and are delicious. Their chips also have a great texture, nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Good portion size overall and can easily fill your stomach for £10. They are quite busy so calling in advance might be a good idea. Really enjoyed the meal here.

I came here with my mum at lunch time and although the lunch time menu didn’t Tammy do it for us, we chose from the main menu and were not disappointed. Salad, bread and dips are complimentary to start and then really well cooked meats in the mains. Never disappoints.

Anatolia is a place that makes you forget you are in the U.K. by doing what many Mediterranean restaurants do abroad, offering complementary items with your dinner. I always find Anatolia a great tray and experience. Highly commend the lamb dishes and customer service. A great restaurant that never disappoints!

My advice would be to ask for the bill when the food arrives. Because once the plates are gone, that’s it. You don’t get asked if you’d like anything else. Dessert, drinks - nothing. I was after a dessert but gave up on that after half an hour of waiting. What exactly do they think you’re sitting there waiting for?!

We’ve visited on a few occasions now and have never been let down. The food is very tasty and portion sizes are great. We’ve had a mixture of the sharing platters on the occasions we’ve visited which when ordered are preceded by breads, salad, hummus and other dips. The portion sizes really are generous and fair play to the restaurant, they have boxes ready to allow you to take leftovers home. We have also visited on a previous occasion where one of our party had coeliac condition and the staff were great in advising what dishes were gluten free, which as most of the menu is meat, was very varied. We can’t recommend this place highly enough.

This used to be a regular restaurant that we came to but with one thing and another it has been a while. We came to celebrate an anniversary and were surprised at the renovations they had made since our last visit. Add I have already said, great food and service, nothing to complain about.

Is there a better value lunch menu anywhere in Coventry? We went for the Wrap lunch, one chicken and one Kofte wrap, with a mixture of chips & spicy rice, plus a soft drink each. We had usual starter of salad with dips, plus a fresh baked bread serving too, prior to our main course, so there is plenty to fill you up. The food, all freshly prepared was delicious and there was more than enough, for less than £20 for the two of us. Excellent food & service, and very well priced, what more could you want?

Rang them to ask for proof of halal certificate. They kept avoiding the questions, started speaking basic Arabic (stuff anyone in England would know nowadays) as if this would prove anything. Told me they were 100% halal and then said they didn’t need to prove anything. Horrible company tricking Muslims, no morals.

Second visit here and both times the food has been great and it’s excellent value. Staff are friendly too. Will visit again.

We were out for a family meal and having never eaten Turkish food, I’d checked the menu online before. This was a midweek evening and the place was about half full. I was impressed with the friendly staff and am hooked in the Turkish flatbread! I had a vegetarian aubergine dish that sounded nice but was a little bland and disappointing. Others in the family had a range of meaty kebabs that they said was good. Overall, as a first taste or Turkish cuisine, I liked it amd the restaurant was clean, staff helpful and friendly.

Lovely food but don't rush service and take people's plates away while others are still eating. This was done for both courses. Don't serve regular coffee when you've been asked for decaffeinated - causes health problems!

Four of us went to celebrate a Birthday here. Service was excellent from start to finish, they even moved us as we were near the entrance and may have been a bit cold. Food was excellent. They have just expanded their dining space so service sometimes a bit slow due to numbers.

The most amazing food badly let down by the appalling service which started with the very brusk refusal to serve rice to my 3yr old with a starter to make his meal. Our starters came out quite fast but everything was painfully slow thereafter. The mains are incredible but nothing like the menu description and when the staff are not able to recognise the servings there is just confusion if you have the right item or not. Overall, would not recommend for families.

We called in for a quick bite to eat and ordered from the unassuming lunch menu. The food was delicious and generous, the service efficient and welcoming, and the fresh salad with dips and bread to start a bonus. We all had different meals and none disappointed. We will be back when in the area.

Great takeaway - massive portions of meat, rice, chips and salad, and all really tasty! We ordered the platter for 1 with an extra side of chips, and it fed 2 adults and a child, with leftovers for my lunch the next day! Admittedly, we don't have huge appetites, but it's a massive portion of food by anyone's standards. Really nicely spiced meat and rice, tasty salad, and the chips stayed crisp until we got home too.

Wow wow wow! What a find! Fantastic food, excellent service and very good value for money. Such a good menu with a great choice of drinks too. Once mains are ordered, they bring bread, salad and 3 different dips to the table (FOC) as an appetiser. Meats were beautifully cooked, traditional Turkish dishes were exquisite. Lamb Ali Nazir was so good. It was incredible, we will definitely be going back!
