Ordered 2 Nice Coffees ,Croisant and Cheese and Tomato Sandwich.The Sandwich bread was 3 times too thick,stodgy ,uneven cut with littke tomato.had to take top slice off as impossible to eat not only is it wasting bread but also badly served please just normal white cut sandwich bread also had to wait over 10 mins for sandwich so coffee cold customer behind received all his food which was £18 order to my £12 was akready coming back for other items whilst im still waiting.6 staff there maybe some re think on Sandwich making please.Staff are polite

Coffee that tasted like Tea and Chocolate water -The staff were very pleasant and wanted to help as much as they could, even after they mucked up the order. But two Soy Hot Chocolates were ordered (and eventually received). But they were once more undrinkable, this time the Peruvian Hot Chocolate tasted like tea, yes tea! And the normal Hot Chocolate tasted of warm water tinted with mould! Another cup of drink pour out into the gutter because we couldn’t suffer it.

Had a quality coffee there. Good experience.

Best coffee in London. And Depar who served me was very friendly.

They are really helpful, especially a staff member name nirela.

Told me they would do a cortado, charged me for it and then told me they couldn't do it and made me a different coffee. If you don't make something let me know and I'll go somewhere else!

i have visited AMT coffee a couple of times during the last 2 weeks and most days i was served by Mirela. She had been very polite, helpful and very cheerful. very good experience

This cafe is in a highly convenient location and has a good amount of seating available. The lady serving me, Anum, made my day with her exceptional service. She went above and beyond with her kind gestures.

The small blonde lady she is very professional , she’s the only one who knows how to do the best drinks, she is very polite and threatening customers with kindness and respect, when she is not there I don’t even go there to buy drinks because nobody else knows how to make them.

Didnt have any normal tea when i asked. Very expensive. Go to the cafe 2 minutes away cheaper and nicer.

Staff seem disinterested. Muffins taste like they've switched to wholemeal, disgusting, overpriced. Always closing earlier than advertised. I will be bringing my own food and drink in future

Popped in today 25/9 at 11.00 and was very impressed with the service at the counter. Very well organised, fast and efficient. The hot chocolate and tea were also very good. More cafes should provide this level of service. Well done.

Sunday 16th January 2022. I purchased two cups of tea from the AMT coffee shop at ST Thomas hospital. I asked for some spoons so that I could stir sugar into my tea and was offered a bowl containing plastic cutlery. No spoons within the bowl the lady shrugged her shoulders at me. I took a fork to stir my tea with. I asked for a napkin. “We don’t have any” no sorry just another shrug of the shoulders when I asked hw can you serve food without the basic equipment. Another shrug of her shoulders. So off we then went in search of a clean table. Impossible to find. In these days of Covid you would think that a business operating within a major London hospital would have even basic napkins for their customers. AMT GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS IF NOT YOURSELVES.

Bought a sandwich and pretty sure it’s gone off. Smells and tastes really bad even though it’s in date.

Nice little coffee outlet, have reviewed before, decent coffee, friendly service. It's situated here in Guy's Cancer centre which is a fantastic place.

I am an employee of St Thomas hospital and today at 15:50 on 16/04/20 I went to the AMT cafeteria located in St Thomas and I would like to leave only one review star because both the person who made the cafe and the person who attended at the cashier were rude in the way they acted, he was making the coffee and went to the cashier afeter and the lady who started making the coffee came with a mask, gloves which I didn't see if it was changed or not. I asked for a Mayan coffee and this coffee came without cream, after the coffee had been made I politely asked if this coffee would come with cream, she was extremely tough, she told me that you should have asked me before. I was thinking, the sign said that this cafe would come with cream, Why I have to ask before, shouldn't she ask me about it if I would like this with the cream or not, in short, I think that these people are unprepared to work, especially in this time when we should practice solidarity and kindness.

Partner had an oral surgery under general anaesthesia and couldn't have solid food. On the way out we waited in a long line for a fruit smoothie (advertised in multiple menus) only to find they didn't have them - for the ground floor of a dental Hospital... Staff talking in between customers (instead of serving them)

Their coffee is delicious and fair trade! They have vegan alternative milks including coconut. Get the one with chocolate I think it’s called “Maya” or something like that, get it hot or iced (I love iced), really amazing

Quite pricy to be honest, I wished I had taken the walk down to Pret or M&S around the corner. I tired to correct a grammatical error 'ask ketchup' and it was like talking to a brick wall... I'm not sure that the lady understood that the board should have said 'ask for ketchup'. Maybe I should have asked 'how many tomatoes does it take to fill a bottle?'. The vegetarian options was minimal. I'll defo stop of for refreshments from M&S before visiting in future.

Staff are extremely rude, abrupt and unhelpful. Something you definitely do not want and do not expect in a hospital. Most of the food on the menu is mediocre tasting and bland yet very very very overpriced. The same can be said about the coffee. Mediocre, watered down coffee, served by rude staff. I would save your money and time and go somewhere on Borough High street where you would get much better value for money and a decent service.

Coffee is really not too good and in general I'm not overly impressed with the customer service either.

Crazy expensive snacks (£2.50 for a just about edible sausage roll). But reasonably priced coffee to be fair. Was disappointed that they had run out of tomato soup at lunch time and didn't have another vegetarian soup on offer :(

Second visit in the space of 7 days. I don't know why I bothered. Waste of money. Staff do not know the products they sell. Drink are tepid and badlt made.

They got 2 outlets here,one inside Guys hospital building and one outside.Bit expensive but ok as we no other options in and around that building.
