They phoned straight away to give me a more accurate delivery time as it was going to be a bit later than originally stated

Food is not as it used to be. Chicken was tough, rice was dry. Will not be ordering again

no prawns on the special mixed grill. was the same as a normal mixed grill but £2 extra

Whilst the food was good and arrived hot, the order was almost an hour late when I live 5 minutes away which was pretty unimpressive!

Twice I've ordered and both times food was an hr late. After ringing them to find out why it was late they hung up and refuse to speak. There food isn't that great either avoid avoid avoid Should of known better but this take away has named rancid and filthy. Stay away

The food is amazing, and easily the best Indian restaurant. Delivery to Newquay took longer than expected, but it was a Saturday night, and we had a phone call beforehand explaining they were busy. More than happy to wait.

usually we enjoy the food from here but tonight the curries were incredibly watery which means they are completely tasteless. very disappointed. the only good point was that the food was very hot when we got it.

Excellent food, on time, really hot, we had the set menu for 2 as didn’t know what to order, super tasty and loads of food. Great flavour and will be ordering again thanks 🙏

The Madras here is just right nice taste and not too hot. Staff and owner are nice. Fairly consistent.

these people are superb, we were out of their way, they phoned to say when the meal would arrive, it appeared on time and it was excellent.

The Joytun curry was desribed as fairly hot🌶 when in fact it wasn't hot at all. Disappointing taste but delivery was fine.

A little bit late, but it was a long travel, good was very yummy, the only bad thing was the fact that the app said the food was delivered when it wasn’t yet, I also tried calling the restaurant from the app and it was not their number…but I called the restaurant from web number and they were happy to help and the food then came. 👍🏽

My husband and I had our first ever meal here tonight, and not having had an Indian meal out in over 18 years, this place is incredible! Incredible food! Lovely and hot and incredibly tasty! Service was top notch, lovely friendly staff, would highly recommend to everyone!

We ordered got a call to say it was late an asks me where I am I say the travellodge fine done so he phones to say he's at the premier in it finally gets here an 2 portions of rice are missing but I'm sure we'll enjoy our cold curry when he arrives

although the delivery was very late the food was still hot and the driver kept in contact right up until he was at my doorstep and was very apologetic. busy times happen and I really appreciated the communication, it was a refreshing change! oh and the food was delicious, will order from there again!

The Wow Chicken really lives up to the name! I've had a lot of Indian food in my life, but that is quite possibly the best dish I've ever had. Everything else was good as well.

Absolutely Delicious…. Finally somewhere in Cornwall that does a proper Cheese Naan. Phoned to explain they were busy so would take longer, they were an hour earlier than expected. Amazing portion sizes and one of the best Biriyanis I’ve eaten. Thanks Guys

Good service, only very busy on this occasion and had to wait a while for the starter but very delicious when arrived and second visit within the past month and food very tasty, only criticism is the chicken seems to be pre prepared and a little dry. My prawn dish was excellent and the sauces tasted fresh. Great to see our local busy and love the ambient lighting.

flavors are are lacking the taste I would like. No tracking on app so you have to look out everywhere to see if it's delivered you do get a call but that's when they can't find your front door.

Popadoms were burnt and greasy. I ordered chicken tikka vindaloo and received plain chicken not chicken tikka and the majority of the dish was potato not chicken. My husband ordered a lamb passanda which was y watery and tasted like a korma. So disappointed as it is the first time we have ordered and it cost us over £40, never again

The food was decent, but I was surprised to see a 50p charge for a takeaway box. This policy feels like it discourages customers from taking leftover food home, potentially leading to more waste. It would be great to see a stronger commitment to sustainability and reducing food waste.

The curry was unfortunately very watery and had no flavour

Ordered a take away, ordered a few times and it’s been good. However this time not so much. The lamb chops starter. Where was the lamb chops? They was pieces of lamb. The “butter chicken” it was korma

Never again. Over an hour late, food was tepid at best, plate was swimming in water. Virtually inedible & got £3 ‘compensation’. Delivery guy was polite tho.

I have been here a couple times now and the food is incredible. I'm not a big lover of spicy food, so the tikka masla dish I ordered was just so full of flavour and exactly how a masala should be. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and punctual. The restaurant itself is very smart and welcoming. 10/10 for everything

The delivery turned up on time, after the restaurant rang me to say it would take longer to get to me. But it was worth the wait. The korma sauce was watery but tasted very nice. Naan bread was lovely as was the biryani. Will definitely try again.

Unfortunately every dish was very watery and bland. I expected better because I’ve had delicious curries from Amity in the past.

Amazing food. Delivery driver was friendly. Substituted for a couple of items and got some freebies as well. Arrived just on time and lovely and hot.

The driver had to follow a detour to deliver our food that we were unaware of at time. if the restaurant could pass on my phone number to the driver we would like to pay him an extra £10 for his troubles. Please text us an account number and sort code and we will send you the funds

Although it arrived late that was probably due to trying to find me. Apart from that it was lovely food and glad I opted to order from them tonight. I will use again and tell others to use them as well. Good amount of food, hot and tasted well nice. Well done and keep up the good work need decent take away places like you guys.

Got home to find when of the main courses was missing. One phone call later and a driver was dispatched with the missing meal,an extra rice and chips. Mistakes happen but it's how you put it right and this was excellent service. Great food, very good service and reasonable prices. Will use again.

Really lovely food absolutely stuffed! Also the delivery driver was very apologetic about it being slightly late but honestly it wasn’t a problem we understand as we work in hospitality. Definitely gonna order again

Although order took a long time. Was worth the wait. Driver had driven a long way and been delayed with road works. The driver had managed to keep food hot. All the food was amazing, so delicious and would love to order again on future.

After seeing the story in cornwall live about lost customers and wanting them to come back does this mean the food quality is up to standard as Madras I ordered a while back was a tray of of rice along with a tray of hot water with a couple bits of lamb floating in it

Order never arrived yet still sent delivery updates and a text to say the driver couldn’t find the address. When I received a text to say the driver couldn’t find the address and to call the driver to help. When I called the number, the restaurant informed me they hadn’t started to even cook the food and it would be another hour and a half. Despite ordering an hour before this!!! Disgusting service

Fairly bland food. Small and quite tough pieces of lamb. Not the large tender meat you expect from Indian takeaway. Wasn’t terrible but certainly wouldn’t rush back. Unsatisfying.

Never turned up lads advertise on just eat and ring you and say your too far away will be late you sit wait over a hour and no food ring them they get clever on the phone refund required messers
