Amigo's Burgers & Shakes in Hammersmith and Fulham

Pasé por comida barata antes del concierto. Me apetecía un abrigo. Elegí la comida de envoltura de amigos con papas fritas y bebí. Perfecto. Sin embargo... un poco decepcionado de que no fuera nada mucho mejor que las envolturas de MacDonalds. Algo me dice que debí probar el de búfalo, pero no volveré aquí. Hacen hamburguesas y algunos bocados para variedad. Quizá elegí mal. No fue horrible, pero realmente no vale la pena el precio. Inodoro unisex limpio sin embargo 👍

El personal es antipático, no k es lo que es el servicio al cliente. Fui con mi esposa no fue una experiencia amistosa. Una chica joven en el mostrador fue grosera. De hecho, ni siquiera dijo gracias después de que pedimos. Por favor, mejore su servicio al cliente

¡OMG, ESTO ES REALMENTE LO MEJOR! La hamburguesa del jefe es masiva pero perfecta La doble hamburguesa con queso es súper sabrosa El pollo de palomitas de maíz es encantador Y no te vayas sin una porción de churros El personal es muy amable y servicial Si estás cerca de una sucursal no puedo recomendarlos lo suficientemente Lo único que lamento es que no haya uno en Devon.

Ordered through uber was sent wrong order. Called restaurant and was asked to order something small through uber again and they would make the correct order and send together. I was charged £6plus for second order..paid for their mistake. Unfair!!!

They don't check orders properly and send only part, get you on promotion on Uber eats and than half of delivery is missing.

Not a great experience, food was undercooked, found a hair in my burger , very dull atmosphere, a positive I came out of that restaurant was the lovely young waitress that helped us the best she could!

The food is always good and the service is amazing.I love coming here all the time and I really recommend

Ordered two Oreo milkshakes one with Oreo the other with Oreo and reeses, told the person I was allergic to peanut and if this could be done separately, because of contamination. I realised after drinking a bit it was very nutty which causes me to be swollen and couldn't breathe. I told the manager who was very unhelpful. Anything which is cooked in nuts should be done separately. No ounce of apology. I am never going there again, the hygiene standards are poor after this.

I love Amigos! I definitely recommend to visit. The burgers are probably the best I've had in my life. Food would be served in a time of 3-5 minutes. Such an amazing place %100 going for my 5th time!

Food not bad, however nhs discount from 50% to 10%. Awful treatment, you should not give us discount in first place.

I visited the new Streatham branch with my 10y old for the first time. I thought it was just an other burger shop. Nooo!! The food is absolutely tasty, the portion is big and the milkshakes are outstanding. The staff was very friendly and polite. The owners just happened to be there for a short visit, what humble lovely human beings! I will definitely visit this restaurant often. Thank you for the 5 star experience and food!

Good food, slow service. Very disappointed that the NHS discount has dropped to 10% from 50%, yet police discount is 50%.Friendly staff members.

I ordered through Uber Eats. Usually when I order through uber eats it comes quickly, warm and with no problems. However, when ordering from Amigos, the order took almost an hour to come despite being really close to my house and the food was mildly warm and dry. This was no fault of uber eats- clearly Amigos had insufficient communication with the driver and then food ended up being unenjoyable. Don’t order take away from here.

Fulham branch , I’m a regular at the Shepherd’s Bush branch . I decided to order for the first time , the burger given to me was wrong , I asked & paid for seasoning which I received plain fries via Deliveroo. Decided to give them another go , second order I received the correct burger and fries this time , but now I’m missing the Mac n cheese bites ? To the point where I’m already taking pictures of my order before actually opening it cause I feel like there’s always issues not following the correct order . I hate to be that guy but it’s very annoying that I pay for something and receive something completely different or even items that didn’t arrive and I paid for! Missing - Mac & cheese bites , second order from the Fulham branch & both times orders are wrong & incorrect items , come on guys.

Lovely food and shakes the only problem is that they deliver really late and the food get's cold.Next time you should order earlier!

I have now order from Amigos burgers and shakes for 10th of times till now due to how delicious their food is and how greatly successful the business is. I really have to comment about their great customer service were it gets more exceptional and highly satisfying as you start ordering from their more than once. This treatment hasn’t really changed from one branch to another, whether I was ordering over the phone or in the restaurant. Overall I really feel confident and happy to recommend Amigos burgers and shakes as one of the best burger restaurants in London. I genuinely hope that all the staff have great days & hope that the business grows further and larger.

Food was delicious, we loved it! Manager was very welcoming !!!!! The hotdog was absolutely lovely!!
