Amici and Bici in Sheffield

Great food well cooked , served by polite, helpful, efficient staff. We will be returning. Amici&Bici has now started opening Thursday to Saturday evenings as a restaurant. A small but well put together menu offers something for everyone and the high standard of tasty well cooked food is maintained. We will be returning.

Lovely restaurant with tasty food and relaxing atmosphere! It’s got a great heated outdoor space for a chill evenings. Beautiful friendly customer service! Can’t recommend enough.

Prices are a little on the high side and the experience was somewhat ruined by the man on a video conference talking so loudly on the next table that conversation was difficult.

Great place for a relaxed breakfast on a Sunday morning. The full English breakfast was really good, perfectly cooked and not greasy. It came with poached rather than fried eggs which I actually preferred!

Great food and plenty of Gluten Free Options available

Have just been this afternoon for Sheffield Green Party social. The outside space had already been reserved for us and with their being more people than expected, the waitresses had their work cut out for them! However they kept listening to our needs, helping one member with accessibility needs to order more easily and bringing the delicious food and drinks out. My feta salad was excellent value as was the Iced coffees and everyone seemed to enjoy the experience without any complaints.

New to the area, called in for breakfast on a Saturday morning. I had the avocado special which was fresh and delicious especially served on the garlic and tomato toast. My fella had the Full English breakfast which he said was one of the nicest he'd had. Great ingredients particularly the Italian sausage. Friendly efficent staff, chef also came out to greet us as we were leaving, which was nice. Will be returning again soon.

My favourite London Rd/Abbeydale Rd cafe. Best piccolo (cortado) I know. Luiza and Isobel are just amazing. Always attentive and excellent service.

The food in Amici and Bici is delicious and really good value with a full menu of both traditional Italian dishes but also staple items to please the kids. I have been coming for 7 years, virtually daily. I can't fault the kindness of the staff who let me stay and work. The coffee is great, they know just how I like it!

Terrible coffee. Had to go next door to Bragazzi to get a proper coffee.

Not authentic Italian. The Romanian waitress’s nails were too long. It’s very unhygienic to have such long artificial nails when working with exposed food.

Amici&Bici is wonderful. The atmosphere is so lovely and friendly. The staff are good. The food is amazing and you have a wide variety of meals and desserts. It has a homey atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable, relaxed and is a great spot to get some work done.

My experience at this place was mediocre, as a result, value for money was questionable. I've ordered poached eggs, bacon, and avocado on toast. The toasts were smaller than usual, and the avocado was just cut into two halves, not even sliced. It's not worth the price of £11.50.

Really bad ... I had a user eats order . Came wrong and pasta was plain missed off rocket ect.. Rang up to the lady saying it not her problem and then said bye .. So rude and customer service is important

Overall the food was good my only complaint is lack of seasoning as fresh ingrdients are used with the use of oil. Maybe a lot less oil for the flavour of the food to come out more along with seasoning and this place would go very far.

Just ordered some pasta with meatballs off deliveroo. The sauce is greasy and the meatballs taste gone off. Disappointed.

Food nicely presented bruschetta with tomato & & mozzarella, small portion for £8.00 though. Cappuccino £3.90 -nice but most I have paid for a coffee!

Looked for a nice cafe for breakfast in my area on bank holiday monday, read the reviews and was not let down, the full breakfast was amazing, ignore the price as the flavour is spot on. Nice and clean with friendly and helpful staff. Definitely will be calling again.

Lovely coffee place that also serves nice food. The desserts were tasty and the service was great. The restaurant has nice decor and plenty of table and chairs.

Good food fried breakfast was a little small and slightly overpriced but quality was good, we got extra toast and it was 6 quid for three pieces of toast which is a rip off

So the breakfast is pretty expensive- but you can absolutely tell the quality of the ingredients justifies this! Homemade beans.. delicious sausages... and a really nice setting too. will be back!

Staff very helpful. Usually plenty of space. From a purely coffee pov my preference is for a very nearby establishment, but these folks are nonetheless spot-on and have different emphasis in food options. The post Covid additional covered seating area is a great addition.

Fantastic cafe with friendly staff and great food and coffee.

I was looking for a casual place to meet some others for coffee after work. While other cafés closed early, Amici & Bici was open later. It was perfect. Aside from coffee and cakes, the hot food looked delicious. It had patrons but wasn't so busy that it impacted our conversations, and the staff was really delightful. What a great place.

My partner and I decided to visit Sheffield at the weekend. We came across this cafe while walking down Abbeydale road. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience nice and relaxing. At first, we were going to get drinks, but after browsing the menu we decided to get lunch and I am so glad we did. My partner got a burger and I had a panini. The panini was the best I have ever had, and the wood-fired bread was a lovely extra touch to it. I had a bite of my partner's burger and that was equally as lovely. We are both looking forward to visiting again

Would be brilliant if they listened to requests and alterations, I don’t like the bacon as it’s super fatty so by the time I’ve picked it all out of the carbonara there’s barely anything left, not the first time they’ve ignored requests, seems a common thing looking at the reviews

Staff friendly and food quick. However the food ordered was nothing like the other Google review pics. Breakfast was unusual (including a whole flowered onion and the veggie sausages were like spring rolls). Noone finished their food. Eggs were good though..

Came in first thing in the morning for breakfast. Got a latte, it was okay, nothing special to justify the above average price.

Bought a beautiful vegetarian risotto and a margarita pizza. Both were superb. Delivery man was brilliant. Will definitely be ordering again!

I highly recommend freshly squeezed orange juice. Delicious food. A corner with toys for children. There are also places in the garden and bar area.

This was our first visit for my grandmother's 78th birthday. The place is so modern and clean. The staff couldn't do enough for us and was really attentive and obliging (Molly, Isobel and Monica) we really got to know the staff and we was made to feel so comfortable. There is indoor and outdoor seating which is covered over or you can sit in a sun spot. Honestly it's a place you could sit in all day, a bonus they have Free Wi-Fi. The food was unbelievable and so fresh! We all had something different and everything was top notch. Again I just want to say how attentive the staff was!

This is a great place for a panini and the staff are lovely. There was just one problem today, my sandwich had been cut with the same knife as my husbands because I had remnants of his goats cheese on mine. So be careful. That's the only criticism I have.

The most amazing latte in sheffield, cannot recommend this wonderful cafe enough. Whether you are a cycling fan or just a fan of good food and perfect coffee, worth six stars in my book. Definitely my new favourite coffee destination in Sheffield.

Update 22nd jan: went back in because I wanted to try again here, I've heard so many lovely things about it. This time there was a price error on a menu outside however the waitress was really supportive and gave it me at the lower (advertised) price even though it's a printing error and is cheaper than the other panini's. The place smelled clear and calm too - so I've lifted it up to 4* out of 5*. I will be back again to try it out in a month or so. 🙂 16th Jan: Ok so this is not bragazzis. I wanna make that clear. However, I wanted to support another cafe if I could especially as bragazzis keep under ordering sandwich bread (😭) and so plumped to host a meeting here. I ordered the spice chai latte with almond milk and it was a huge treat. I mean, this drink is dope! It's creamy and warming with a punch and great flavour. Perfectly made and you MUST try it! I decided to get some food, unfortunately (nothing to do with the staff) there was a super unpleasant strong chemical in the air that kept being sprayed I think it may have been a plugin, or wafting in from the bathroom it was floral and powdery that caught at the back of the nose and throat which did rather spoil the tasty goats cheese panini I ordered 😬 so I give it 3*.

Excellent customer service, very friendly. We went there with two children and they were really welcomed. The cappuccino it was alright, I normally prefer a stronger coffee taste, this was more on the soft side, but it's a matter of taste and coffee brand. The cannolo was nice, but the shell a bit soft crunchy as it should be. The salad coming with the Panini was oily, maybe they can let the customer to add the quantity of oil they prefer... Overall a nice experience, we enjoyed it.

I tried this place out as it looked good from previous reviews. I ordered a veggie breakfast. First the sausage came burnt I sent it back and then it come uncooked. Wouldn’t expect this for the amount your paying.

Can't fault the food - it was fantastic and plentiful at a very reasonable price. The all day breakfasts came out quickly but some dishes take longer as I think it must all be cooked fresh - well worth the small wait. Its a proper Italian cafe with good food and drink. Pity its not open in the evenings - it's very popular! Staff are really friendly and attentive too. I recommend the calzone.

Definitely wouldn’t say the food was worth the £30 it cost me.

Ordered the spinach and ricotta tortelloni but was disappointed as it didn't have much flavour. The goats cheese panini was nice but not much veg on it. A little disappointed overall but didn't hate it.
