food was freezing when turned up

Amazing food and excellent service brothers offered me iftari whilst i was waiting for my food to takeaway.

my food arrived inedible, toppings were burnt and the food was litterally cold.....avoid at all costs,,, like the plague! tried to reasom with the delivery guy and he was very patronising and said go in out of the cold now'....great way of telling me to stop complaining lol... dont think so , i want a refund....avoid...avoid....avoid

Not arrived, called multiple times but no answer. Does anyone actually work here?!?

This is a joke of a company!!! Ordered food and waited 3 hours for it and it’s still not arrived! Tried calling and no answer. Never order from these scammers ever! They deserve to go under! Edited! Still not arrived and taken my money Edited again. Arrived finally but guess what! It was cold

Took my order online which they had to accept through just eat never made it never delivered it and never ever had a word back from them after multiple attempted to raise the issue or ring them

Food didn’t even arrive, paid for onion rings and wedges and max estimate was 3:45am, sat here at 4:14am still waiting on it. Not very happy. Company not answering call either so don’t know where to go from here

The order is incorrect. It's cold. And no apology for the wait time. And this isn't the first time! I won't be ordering again. Poor customer service and quality of food. If I ask for salad I expect salad...

Delivery time increased significantly after ordering and then was still 10 minutes late with no updates

pizzas were cold. Had to heat up in oven. Ordered garlic mushrooms with cheese - waste of money. I kid you not - 2 X mushrooms sliced - gone in 2 mouthfuls!!!! Chips were hard and needed longer cooking. Such a shame.

The bottle of Pepsi was missing. The food was cold. The 2 pizzas were so burnt eating the pepperoni was like chewing cardboard. The garlic bread was soggy. I have never had such a bad takeout. No contact from the takeaway. Will not use them again.

Pizza was atone cold- needed reheating in the oven. Burger was inedible and burnt to a crisp- the cheese was inedible on the burger, cold and rock solid. Very disappointed. The chips were the only nice thing.

food tasted gingery no meat hardly in kebab also cold on arrival burnt pizza and to top it off didn't answer phone complimed to just eat and was insulted to be offered just £7 refund less than half my order cost for food I couldn't ear avoid

Pizzas had a strange taste could have been that due to the fact they were both over cooked.The chips were nice and the 1.5 ltr bottle of coke didn’t arrive instead it was replaced by 2 cans of coke totalling to 630ml and charged for a bottle

It was our first time ordering from here last night, the food was late however just eat was playing up said it wasn't been prepared after a hour so was about to order else were, However then the door knocked and was greated by a very friendly driver who apologised, The pizzas were cold and dry but the chicken was lovely, great value for money as well, will try once more and hopefully get warm pizzas as they deserve a second chance

Arrived early Food was Still Hot Great! Customer service and the food was nice.

Customer service was great but food was shocking, everything was over cooked and couldn’t eat most of it! Food was salty and the garlic mushrooms had more garlic than mushrooms.

First time ordering from here, won't be using again. The onion "rings" were burned pieces in a box, the pizza was completely wrong, Chicken strips were spicy (which wasn't mentioned on the menu) and the chips were cold, delivery driver was friendly.

I've never had a bad take away from here. I always find it good value and generally on time or early. tonight a very pleasant guy delivered, Ahmed. very polite and pleasant, my meal was warm and ready to eat, thank you Amanos

there was something missing from my order

Well over an hour wait when it’s a 2min drive. Had to ring up to question. Order came without the chips so clearly order had been rushed once realised it was forgotten. Was too starving to complain

Dont eat here order food and they didnt send what we asked for and decided to send us one pizza extra but it didnt make up for the fact that all the food was burnt the pizza had minimal cheese on and we didnt get half our order

If it had of arrived I could of commented on the quality of the food but as the driver was rude and said he couldn’t find address this didn’t happen but if the food was anything like the drivers attitude I’m so thankful it didn’t turn up

He rang me up after ordering the food and said he will be here for 2.30am but then it took him over a hour to get to me. The food was then cold and not nice at all. I won’t be ordering from this takeaway again.

Driver had been out delivering for over 30 mins according to the tracking. Food was absolutely flat cold. Not even edible it was that cold.

Food was foul, came an hour late with the wrong order. Offered a munchi box and received chicken & chips with a plain chicken burger, which was all over cooked and inedible

Lovely crispy chips and onion rings. The batter on the chicken strips was lovely and light. The king kebab was huge and fresh, it wasn’t soaked in grease it was all yummy and would eat here again. Thank you :)

Delivery at the very limit of being on time, an hour & a quarter from ordering. 4 cheese pizza with tuna: couldn't see or taste any tuna, & the whole pizza was very overcooked/burnt & not cut through. Meat feast pizza with mushrooms: very overcooked, blackened, & also not cut through. Onion rings: tasted ok but also overcooked & very dark Chips ok but only lukewarm. I hope it was just a bad day as previous orders haven't been this bad. Delivery driver was lovely, friendly.

Best pizza we’ve had delivered!

Ordered a Donner Kebab with Garlic Mayo and it Came with Mint Sauce I then rang up to Correct the order and received a Rubbish Excuse that they are Closing , when they don't close till 4:45 am , Also Donner is not the Best.

Pepperoni pizza inedible as pepperoni was rancid. It has obviously been frozen . Wasted £11 and couldn’t phone restaurant to complain as number not obtainable!

Ordered for 7:30 as we have kids to get to bed. Called at 6:40 to “apologise” that they had missed the time and sent it out already. I explained we couldn’t take it that early. They tried to insist but I said I wouldn’t accept it that early as we were putting the kids to bed. Food arrives about an hour later and it was both cold and rock hard - it was obviously the food they’d sent out an hour earlier. Absolutely atrocious.

The food was almost 2 hours late, it came at nearly 3am, I wanted to go to bed, but had paid, it was reheated and poor quality. I rang at 1.50am and was told I was next on delivery as driver was in Shipley, and reassured it would still be fresh. it arrived almost an hour later. It was a waste of money, my daughters burger was inedible, as was mine, it went straight in the bin

Food took longer than it should. Was given a sauce I didn’t ask for. Card machine didn’t even work. ‘Chef’ was eating food as he cooked it. Avoid.

Ordered 3 pizzas.best me and the family have had..looks and tastes great.i would recommend.

Fudge cake didn’t come. Order was 45 mins late and every time we rung the restaurant they said 2 mins. After 1 hr 40 and 5 phone calls we eventually got our food. Food was cold and the worst pizza ive ever had

Pizza was good, dough a little undercooked. However it took 1.5 hours to arrive and phone calls to the restaurant who claimed they did not have a delivery address - how can that be when placed through Uber Eats which requires an address? Would not order again.

I was asked to leave a review and so I shall! I think its always important to say what you had: Death by pepperoni pizza, cheesey chips, and garlic mushrooms with cheese. Delivery came 30 mins before expected delivery time which was nice, food was also hot! The pizza certainly was covered in pepperoni as advertised I don't think there was a pepperoni free spot! The cheesey chips were your average cheesey chips, personally I like chips a bit more cooked when they are cheesey as they go a bit soggy. The Garlic mushrooms were really nice, lots of flavour although the juice did spill in the bag unfortunatly. The garlic mayonnaise dip was also super tasty and full of flavour. But all in all, good for the price and appreciated after a long evening putting the kids to bed xx
