I was so upset when I received the order, the bag was full of oil. I sent it back with the delivery guy. I then rang the restaurant and told them about the spilt food. The guy on the phone was so helpful, he said he will let them know. Within 1/2 hour the same delivery guy came, very apologetic. Alhamdolillah the food was so hot and delicious, we enjoyed it so much. Jazakallah Amaans absolutely 💯 customer service. I so very much recommend you guys and I will be definitely ordering again 🤲🏽🤲🏽

Food was very nice today before was cold

The order took over 2 hours to arrive. I placed the order at 19:30. I called the restaurant at 20:40 to ask where my order was and why it was showing as delivered on the app. The restaurant said there was a glitch on the app and it would be here in 5 mins. I then received a call at 20:48 to say my order was being prepared it would be with me in another half an hour. The order arrived at 21:31, 2 hours after I had placed it. This is totally unsatisfactory

Trying to contact driver, restaurant advise to call just eat and no number for just eat. Cannot contact driver a and still awaiting my order

First order and I was already disappointed when delivery driver called me right after 10 minutes of placing order and informed me he's on his way bringing one Korma, one Karahi and one Masala dish. This should have taken at least 15-20 minutes if cooked fresh and then delivery time but they don't bother to make fresh and just delivered idk maybe leftover or fridged food. Coming to taste, its first time I have come across chicken Korma which was sweet in taste. Masala lamb had no spice at all and no flavour, kinda boiled lamb with some garnishing. Rotis were uncooked from sides and only thing which I could show here but cant see any option to add pictures on Just Eat. Maghaz Karahi was acceptable. It was a treat from me for family but judging from quality it seemed like they are sending free meals for homeless and not an "order" from a customer who paid them amount of their choice in advance :)

Desserts were amazing as usual, ordered a bueno milkshake that didn’t disappoint and a lotus waffle which was generously drizzled with sauce and toppings. highly reccomend will definitely be back soon

food portions extremely small clothes less than usual. called the restaurant to advise of this ans to speak to manager they advised no manager available and did nothing to rectify the situation. I got 6 chips in my food. appaling portion size

Called in on Sunday evening for the first time. Old school curry house was very busy and full of Asian people which to me is a brilliant sign. We ordered shami kebabs. The wife ordered a keema khrai and I ordered chicken rogan Josh. Nothing fancy. All came in good time. Kebabs were very good and the curries were excellent. All came to £26. If you want no frills with reasonable size portions and good tasty food this one is worth a visit. By the way it seemed very clean as well. 10 out of 10 from me.

Food wasn't the best luke warm at best. not very tasty at all most item's the masala fish was a total waste of £7 pound no salad just dried up piece of not so good fish really disappointed

Incredible food! I don’t like eating curries that aren’t home made but their chicken karahi and chicken masala curries are delicious. It is perfectly spiced and the chicken is so tender.

Food was not as tasty as usual

The fish was slightly under cooked, did not eat the fish so money went to waste. As for the price not happy, no SALAD, just plain chips with masala fish, WHAT IS THE POINT? Maybe this should be optional for the customer to decide whether they would like the option of having salad with the food!!! This is not like the usual standard. Very dissapointed as Amman's grill house is usually on point with the food they prepare never had an issue before.

The curry was fine but was dissapunted with the smashed up poppadoms ! Didnt mind it being late overall good

We use every week food normally spot on not tonight. dips open in bag lids not on properly. burger bun stale samosas Rock solid an the seek kebabs didn't taste cooked really. oh well like I say normally 1st class the food but not tonight

Arrived on time. I'd heard they were very good but unfortunately the grill was super dry and burnt. The kebab wrap was closed properly sauce leaking. Maybe be fine to sit in and eat but not as a take out

The curry wasn’t what I ordered (chicken tikka masala), the chicken wasn’t tikka, the sauce was full of onions and seemed like a mish mash or a few sauces mixed together. Not sure if it was a case of “they’ll never notice” but having ordered from there quite a few times and working very close by, we definitely did notice that it wasn’t right.

The food is always lovely fresh and hot . The fish pakora is gorgeous and curry's lovely.

Food quality has really gone down. Price have gone up, portions have come down & quality has come down. Seek kebab was old. Not the Aman's it used to be once. That's it for me no more. I usually do big orders with them, will go somewhere else now!!

Phone went to VM, rang over 70 times to try understand where my food was. Cold when it arrived. Very apologetic driver just said they are busy!

I order chuken syeak but it has leftover of seekhbab prices inside which make me disgusting and didn't feel to eat. I always order food from amaaan. Didn't expect that they wil put leftover of other food. It can cause allergy reactions if some have an allergies with meat. Im person can't eat meat. one box contains meat kabab peice felt like somone chew an put inside. They should be more vigilant when they see food

Food quality was excellent, as always, but a naan was missing. Service is normally excellent, so this was probably a one-off.

Great food as usual, but I don’t think staff read the comments. Didn’t want salad on a mixed kebab and it came with salad all over it, again. Lukewarm by the time I finished sorting it out.

Everything from the chicken, sauce, rice, rotis and even salad was beautifully put together and tasted amazing. A proper, authentic curry that was delivered earlier than expected and piping hot. Great stuff, cheers.

The price have gone up and with it the quality & the quantity have also gone down. With price going up you would expect better service & quality food. I ordered 3 large steaks with rice/chips and the portion was equal to the regular size but on a larger box. I ordered samosa chat but never received it. I am a regular customer here, take big orders but if they will do this with quality & quantity of food with raising so much price. I will stop ordering from you.

This place is scamming customers and that too in month of Ramadan where you are supposedly to be more giving .. ridiculous!!!

The sauces have spilt all over the food, the delivery was so late and the customer service was ridiculous, they put the phone down on me. Never ordering from here again and will be spreading the word.

Don't usually order andi but thought I'd try it. Asked for it to be apna style it wasn't. Mix veg dish had fully uncooked potatoes in it. Won't be ordering again
