Did not receive hot drink with full English breakfast ordered

Excellent food at a very good price. Staff are friendly, with the whole restaurant being a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Tried for the first time this evening wow what amazing food and service the food was full of flavour 😋 nothing bad to say will definitely be back I will count the days till my next visit

Best thing we ate was the Dai Sev Puri. Pure taste sensation, gone in a flash!

So, we decided to go out for some snack and we chose this restaurant. Restaurant was visibly short-staffed. Ordered Samosa chat. It took more than 15min. I thought they were frying fresh samosas. But when the thing came, it was more of chanay than a little samosa buried underneath that too was not fresh. It had thick hard edges (which constituted more part of samosa). It seemed that the samosa was put in oven for 2sec only before serving. This was our first time visiting the restaurant and the impression it made was unfortunately disappointing.

It was okay Pani puri was terrible Not worth

Lovely place, come here regularly after Friday prayers. Lovely ambience and vibe with old school bollywood songs. Food is lovely and there are many options here unique to the shop. Riffat aunty is very friendly and provides great service along with the rest of the crew. Would defo recommend.

I have eaten at Mumbai Bites on a number of occasions and they never failed to impress. Yesterday I used their catering service for a family gathering and they certainly exceeded my expectations. Timely delivery of hot food, very well packaged so could be served without putting into new containers. I'd made special requests which they accommodated. The quality and taste of food was something else, not dry, not over cooked just perfect. Mumbai Bites will be my first choice for any parties or family gatherings at home. Take the hassle out of cooking and use Mumbai Bites. The chicken steak, kobedas and chaat are to die for. You won't find that taste anywhere else!

Shopping day trip. First time in Bradford came all the way from Manchester and the food was amazing! Iby gave us first class service. Thank you we will definitely be back not only great service but tasty food which took me back to my routes Indian street food on our door step. 😀

First time visiting and definitely will be returning food was amazing service was excellent riffat was very helpful and polite. Overall very good experience and will be returning.

The food is nice. If you crave a panipuri or chat item this is the beat place for you. Chicken steak and chips is really worth for the money. I felt like chat items are bit overpriced. They could really do something to improve the atmosphere

Food is always spot on. However they occasionally miss an item off ! This is the 2nd time this has happened but they are really good about it when you contact them. Customer service is excellent from Waqas always.

I ordered a coconut cake, and received something else which I wasn’t informed about and nor did I know until i took a bite as it was a custard cake, very disappointed and I find it deceiving that they just send you an alternative without even informing you, what if you don’t like certain ingredients in the alternative cake you send, or even the cake itself, I don’t like jam and the cake they sent had jam in it, what a waste. I recently tried Mumbai Bites in Bradford and absolutely loved it! Their chaat was packed with flavor, really bringing some authentic zest to the table. The paani puri was another highlight — each puri was a burst of tangy goodness, just how I like it. Don’t get me started on the paratha rolls; they were stuffed with tasty fillings and wrapped in the softest parathas. Definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in the mood for some delicious street food vibes!

Cold and late food. Very disappointing

The food was nice but they forgot to send ice cream with the strawberry waffle, and we didn’t bother calling as the order had been delayed from its initial time, and then taraweeh prayer was going to begin after 20 minutes. I placed the order hours in advance for it to be delivered at 8.35 so after fast had opened but enough time for everyone to enjoy the dessert before they left, but the time was delayed and I am not sure why especially if it has been placed hours in advance.

Lovely tasty food . Sabara made some very nices chaats. Would recomend to go. The restaurant is well decorated and clean. Nice staff to.

Bin meet curry, this was one of the worst curry's we have ever tasted, and the fact we ordered only 2 items and one of them was missing was a real let down, definitely won't be ordering from here again 🤢

Ordered the Cholay Bhature and chips. Didn't get any chips and the Cholay definitely had beef or some sort of meat in it. We are both vegetarian so this is a no no. There was definitely a meaty taste in our curry. How can you miss chips when I only ordered 2 things? Sorry but won't be ordering from here again.

everytime i order over the phone they give a time and whenever i go in to collect it always bes even longer and then they get the order wrong has happen on many occasions , then a worker wil say oh u should order in advance , how much advance do i need t order in an hour before ?? they say 15 mins over the phone u go ther in 15 min and they make u wait another -15 mins

Ordered on Deliveroo, service was poor, rude and unprofessional staff, blandest milkshake, could have just had milk at home. Biryani was extremely spicy, first and last time ordering here

The food was nice as always, but I was disappointed with the desert as the cornflake tart cake tasted stale and was not fresh at all, sadly I normally have received fresh food from Mumbai Bites but this time I was certainly let down but the old cake which was made a few days ago and if not longer.

Poor customer service. The lady who serve the food behave soo rude as she behave like she knows everything. She should learn how to talk with her coustomer. If 'm talk about food its quite good. I don't wanna go again to mumbai bites because of that lady(Riffat).

We had an amazing time with my family. We were waited on by Rifat. The food was awesome. It was adequately spices, fresh and well flavoured. This place is definitely a hidden gem. Came here with Mrs for a spontaneous lunch. We ordered mocktails, chicken steak and chips as a chicken and naan sandwich. I must admit, I was surprised at how awesome the food was. You could tell how freshly prepared the food was and taste the flavours. It was as if it was homemade. Our hostess Riffat was brilliant, made sure we were happy with everything. She made our visit awesome. Will definitely be returning here. Definitely a place to check.

I came with 3 of my freinds and we all ordered steak and chips. I must say the steak was very juicy and tasty , chips were just normal french fries as you would expect. Was served by a sister called Riffat, she was just wonderful - good service! will come again! 11 out of 10!

Ordered from here via Uber eats, on more than one occasion our food came in boxes with dates on, seems like they pre cook their food and sell it by the date on the box so clearly not fresh, if you’re going to sell food you cooked 3 days ago you might want to drop your prices . . . . .

I am from Mumbai. This is NOT Mumbai bites. Probably Karachi bites. If you don't know how to make dosa , samosa chat other Indian food don't make it and sell it . If it is not genuine Indian cuisine don't pretend that it is Indian cuisine.

Good food very big portions had to get some food packed.

Mumbai bites food is always tasty. Staff are great too. However they sometimes miss out an item and then replace it with another tasty item all well and good but one I don’t want. When I rang them they were apologetic and said next time I place an order they will give me the item I ordered and a complimentary item as well. So that’s good customer service.

Went for breakfast. Ordered the desi omelette and paratha, and the full English breakfast. Food was delicious and generous servings.

We popped in without a booking this afternoon on our way home from further north. It was perfect, pani puri, dosas, samosa chaat, and amazing freshly fried crispy poppadom. We couldn’t finish and had to pack up some to take home. We’ll be back!!! Thank you

Had Chana puri and meat biriyani it was very nice and tasty staff was very nice,polite and approachable. Could ask any question and they will answer in polite manner.

Seven of us descended on Ibby at Mumbai Bites having booked a table in advance . He was very welcoming, helped us with our orders with nothing being too much trouble . The food was delicious and great value for money . Thanks all. We then moved onto Bombay Stores next door . It was a great Sunday afternoon!

Lovely service by Riffat always smiling and welcoming. Food did not disappoint us. Shame they had run out of my favorite, but they still managed a half portion and added something extra to it. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff unfortunately. We ordered food 18/11/23 at approx. 6:15pm. Food arrived shortly after 7pm via Uber Eats. One part of the order was missing. Upon calling the restaurant directly at approx. 7:20pm I was spoken to in an extremely demeaning manner as though a portion of missing fries was not the end of the world and was told they’re only “extra” fries that are missing. The response to my question of what will they do about it was I don’t have a driver to get the fries to you, I can’t teleport them to you now can I? Alongside other sarcastic and inappropriate comments being made by the staff. The sarcasm and attitude were completely unnecessary and out of order in the capacity of customer service. She also then continued to disconnect the call as I was still speaking asking to speak to the manager. She also would not give me her name. The disappointment is that a large brand such as Bombay Stores which is the owner of Mumbai Bites and has a long rich history in Bradford has staff who will speak to paying customers in this manner. Needless to say unfortunately this will be the last time we order from Mumbai Bites.

My tea was missing and the restaurant told me basically to deal with just eat and that they didn't have a number for the delivery driver - joke. So I paid for something and didn't get it and they won't do anything about it .. not great service. Won't be ordering from here again

Biryani is not good I don’t feel like fresh one

We have just been for a desi breakfast, everything was on point . Mr qureshi and the staff member sister riffat provided amazing service. Definitely will recommend this place

Ordered delivery, took over an hour to come. Tea spilt all over items. Food was cold and soggy. Uber eats driver was rude and didn’t care at the fact that the delivery was late or items inside were damaged. Food was tasteless and horrible, wouldn’t feed that to a dog

Really enjoyable experience today. I was a little weary of going to a full Indian place for breakfast/Brunch but they had breakfast options (both English and Indian). Everything was decently priced and me and my family had no trouble finishing Everything. Special shoutout to a lady called Riffat, who was super helpful and really accommodating. Me and my family would like to thank her again x
