Alpha Pizza in City of London, Westminster

I ordered Cajun Chicken described as double chicken breast marinated in Cajun Sauce. I was shocked to see the size of it! It was a TINY piece of chicken which is not worth the price you pay for it at all - total rip off! Customer service was good. But size of food portion was shocking! A small chicken piece and lots of wedges. Literally not worth it.

Food arrived 30 minutes late, missing half the meal which took a further 45 minutes to arrive, by which the already delivered food had gone cold. Had to call a clearly disinterested restaurant three times.

I ordered at about 2:30am and was notified it would arrive by 03:35am. The food did not actually arrive until 04:25am. I phoned the restaurant several times between 03:35am and 04:25am only to be lied to about when it would arrive and then any of my calls made after 04:00am were ignored. When the food did finally arrive it was stone cold and inedible. I will never be ordering from this ‘restaurant’ again.

Cold chicken and chips very dry and old

The bbq wings came cold, not happy with that, everything else was good.

Is this even possible??? Food arrived in 1hr 30mins, STONE COLD (not even luke warm) and HARD. I read some reviews but thought I would give it a go, but highly regretting wasting my time and money. Is it even legal to sell food like this?? The only good thing about my order was the nicely chilled can of diet coke.

The worst meal I've ever had of just eat. Food was 45 minutes late, cold, and with several items missing. To top that off I had the phone hung up on me several times when trying to chase the where abouts of my meal. Add to that the fact I had a text saying my meal was "on route" 75 minutes before it actually arrived. To top it all off there was no answer on the phone to the restaurant to report the issues and missing items. As we were staying in a hotel is seems quite apparent that the business didn't care given that we would clearly not be repeating our business even if our experience had gone well. Awful experience, and when we are in this area again, I'll certainly be avoiding this place. Horrific.

Highly recommend spicy hot wings and curly fries, I order them all the times.

Pizza was good, decent amount of toppings. Chicken wings were larger than the normal wings you get from pizza places which was nice. Restaurant did mess up the order though, ordered potato salad but got coleslaw.

Food would have been nice had it been delivered on time but it was over 30 minutes late and was cold when it arrived. I think the dog enjoyed it though.

Food arrived cold, I ordered 2 chicken burgers I got 2 chicken strip burgers, drink was leaking all of the place. REALLY NOT HAPPY

Half pound burger was not a half pound burger. Asked for burger sauce, came without sauce. Grilled wings tasted like bleach. Also, burger came with same sided buns on both top and bottom.

Delivery was good, nice and early but the order arrived incomplete. I called the restaurant who promised to send the missing order and 30mins later said it was too late, could they send it 'tomorrow'! I asked for a refund which they accepted so hope that goes though.

ordered chicken strips which I expected 💯 chicken as they are £4.49 for five strips, they were more like something you’d get frozen from Iceland, 24 in a bag for £1, complete rip off, no offence to the restaurant but I’ll not be reordering from here 👎🏻.

Wings barely had any sauce on them. Fries were stale. Wedges were a bit cold. Cajun chicken was tasteless. Wouldn't recommend.

Disgraceful. JustEat said that this restaurant was open. We ordered, it said they had received our order and that it was on its way. Despite an initial estimated delivery time of 2:25, they said it would now arrive at 2:55. Our order DID NOT arrive, we waited up for it and you had the audacity to say that it was delivered! I will be outraged and demand a refund and an apology for your inconveniences caused.

The owner of the restaurant is pretty rude on handling customer service. It stated that the food will be arriving at 2.30am when the ETA from the restaurant to my house its only 11 minutes. I’ve had called the shop at 3 am and the owner responded rudely to my call stated that “ it takes time for the food to be deliver” and hung up my call straight away. I gave it another try to call him again, he acted the line was bad and hold my call without answering and hung up again. In the end, the food arrived at 3.40am with soggy fried chickens. Very “good” service and “good” food. Feel free to risk your money on them. Btw they got my order wrong.

You used to be so good.what happened?the pizza dough used to be so spongy and the toppings were fresh .now the dough is different lacks salt and the toppings are all dried up and old.the pizza was cold when arrived.really dissatisfied and disappointed.i paid good money for the food.trusting I would get something worthy.not buying from u ever again

I am intolerant to apples so couldn’t drink it and as Pepsi is its own drink on there it would have been nice to have been informed that something was wrong with my order. cold food, burnt chicken wings, wrong burger, late delivery and half of the order was missing. We called them and they said the driver gave us 2 bags but actually he gave us 1 bag so 1 more was missing. Then I was told 1 bag is still here and he will get the driver to come and deliver it again. This never happened and we never got our food.

received a notification from just eat saying good was on its way. it then took 40 minutes for the delivery man to travel 2 miles. in this time I rang the restaurant 3 times to find out where the food was as I know no food will stay warm for 40 minutes outside. luckily the shop did keep answering the phone and that’s the best bit of service I received. the man on the line told me 10 minutes and the food would be warm it’s in the special box so on. the food arrived freezing cold, garlic bread so hard couldn’t eat it. this is very disappointing after waiting so long

The sent me a margheritta pizza with no base sauce. Rung the restaurant and got told they will sort me out next time I order!!! As they now do t have a driver and the managers not there.

The food was undercooked, chicken was grey and had blood still in it, I woke up this morning throwing up, I’ll never order again, to be honest I want my money back as I left all of it because it was disgusting, chips were undercooked, was hard and food was cold, only thing I ate was the Coca Cola I feel disgusted

If I was given £16 and had the choice of spending it at this place again or putting it in the bin, I’d put it in the bin. Last night my friend and I ordered pizza at around 2am. At 03:00am we received a message saying that the pizza was on its way. An hour and fifteen minutes later it still hadn’t arrived. We called to ask where our pizza was. Amazingly, it turned out that Alpha Pizza’s customer service was even worse than their timekeeping. The man on the phone was extremely rude, hung up on us twice and then decided to ignore us altogether. At 4:30am, our very long awaited pizza finally arrived. I genuinely think that there are rocks in the permafrost in the centre of the Arctic warmer than the pizza that we received. Not only was it cold but it was also extremely dry, hard and pretty devoid of pepperoni for a pepperoni pizza. Another problem we had was with the sides that came with the pizza as part of a deal (potato salad, garlic bread, bottle of Coca Cola). I always thought it’d be pretty hard to screw up a potato salad, but according to Alpha Pizzas, the ingredients for potato salad are in fact finely chopped carrots, cabbage, onions and mayonnaise. Also thought it would be pretty hard to screw up garlic bread, but apparently it’s not. Said garlic bread was so pale that we nearly sent it to hospital as we were worried that it was anaemic. On the plus side, they managed to get the Coca Cola right, and the driver was incredibly sweet and apologetic. I would like to dedicate the one star I am forced to give to Alpha Pizza by this review system to him.

food was late, garlic bread had no garlic on it and was burnt, potatoes wedges was hard and not cooked properly, pizza ordered chicken received vegetarian instead, meat pizza smelt and was burnt, ordered friki wings and received normal wings which were burnt and smelt bad. the only thing ryt about this order was the bottle of coke! avoid this place!!!

absolutely disappointed food was rank and a waste of £25. chicken couldn’t be even drier I asked for no tomatoes in burger but still got it paid 90p for two dips but I got some cheap barbecue & ketchup which is ridiculous. really upset with my order definitely will not be ordering ever again from here !!

Spent 196.00 to not receive my full order (missing 2 chips!) portion of potato wedges are ultra small (family bucket) and pizza were ultra dry... Result of being late... food was cold! Shame!

he called me and said that my postcode took him elsewhere and I texted him my address I also asked for my phone to be rang to let me know when he gets here. but the fact that he came later which was basically 3am going into 4am and then banged on my door instead of ringing my phone annoyed me because it woke my family up. I’ve ordered from this shop twice, the first time they forgot some items and wasn’t able to give a refund and now this delivery wasn’t good either. so I am thinking twice about ordering here as something always goes wrong.
