We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Alpaca meadows . A lovely sunny day so we were able to sit outside . A good menu choice reasonably priced we thought . Staff were all friendly and efficient food was good . After our meal we walked round to see the alpacas . All in all a very pleasant outing

This time we booked a "festive afternoon tea" but have had similar experiences with their "pie and pud lunch" or simply a hot drink. Each time we have found them friendly (as are the other customers - the place attracts friendly people!) with delicious, "home made" food and we had plenty of tea to go with it at a reasonable price. The café area is light and clean with interesting decorations. We also enjoy looking out on the aviary with brightly coloured budgerigars whilst we eat. The River Severn had come to greet us this time as the usual green banks between the lake and the river were covered. This restricted the opportunity to stroll around but provided a wonderful scene. On previous visits, we have taken our granddaughter to feed the alpacas. Oh, and the disabled friendly toilets are spacious and clean - ideal when our granddaughter was toilet training.

A group of nine slightly more mature visitors had a fabulous afternoon trekking with the alpacas and then meeting the goats and donkeys, followed by delicious cake and yummy hot chocolate, great venue and lovely, friendly staff xx

We were staying at Riverside Caravan Park, and some guests told us about the alpacas. We walked there along the river. What a beautiful place! We had breakfast in the outdoor part of the cafe, so lovely to sit and watch the birds in the aviary. The breakfast was great! We then went to look at the alpacas, donkeys, chickens, and very lively goats. The grounds are beautifully kept. We will definitely visit again as l want to walk the alpacas. Highly recommend a visit.

A lovely short trip out with plenty of gluten free options on the menu. It was good that dogs were welcome. It was just a shame about the huge number of wasps.

The place looks amazing. They have presented it very well and the staff we interacted with were lovely. But the food was inexplicably slow to come out, nearly 50minutes for a breakfast two kids breakfast and some salmon on toast and the food was below average in quality. The cleanliness was very poor. The tables were sticky and we were surrounded by the buckets with cutlery and condiments in and anyone observing would have seen they were in the way and moved them. It just really felt like style over substance. Which is a shame. The goats and alpaca’s were lovely.

I met with my girlfriends on my recommendation, they had a lovely time and thanked me for the suggestion. This is a very lovely setting with no pressures at all. I would 100% recommend this place. The restaurant staff are wonderful and will go out of their way to please. Every is fresh. Super coffee.

We had a great animal experience visit yesterday. The 5 grandchildren (ages 8 to 12) really enjoyed feeding and fussing the alpacas, miniature goats and donkeys. Grooming the donkeys was a hit. The adults joined in too - just to keep an eye on the children of course!

An excellent afternoon tea in beautiful surroundings. A selection of delicious sandwiches, homemade cakes and the biggest pot of tea ever. Plenty of indoor or outdoor seating, we chose indoor because the weather was against us. Friendly and attentive staff in a very relaxed atmosphere. A glance at the menu showed very reasonably priced breakfasts, light snacks & lunches or just tea and cake! We followed ours with what would have been a very pleasant walk around the animal enclosures (hindered by a bit of a downpour)! to see the goats, alpacas, donkeys, chickens and a small budgerigar aviary. Didn't take advantage, but there are also fishing lakes available for those so inclined. Well worth a visit to while away an hour or more. A hidden gem.

We had a nice breakfast at the cafe with some delicious cakes to follow. The best part of the visit was walking up to feed the alpacas and they were so cute. We also saw a couple of donkeys and a young goat. The staff were all friendly and very helpful and the location is wonderfully quiet, away from the road and near some ponds and the river Severn. I'm glad some relatives told us about this farm because we've visited Malvern many times and would otherwise have missed it.

Went for breakfast - they were incredibly busy so asked if they were still serving breakfast and was told they were. Waited 20 plus minutes to be served - (watching others being served before us ) - eventually asked to be served - when they did come to the table we were told breakfast had ended ! Watched other people cancel orders and total chaos with the serving staff - perhaps I could suggest that one person takes orders ( in order ) one person clears and one person serves ? If you look at my posts i rarely write bad reviews but our experience this morning was shocking and obviously I can’t comment on the food as I was refused breakfast !

Just been for an alpaca walking experience. Myself and my sister had a lovely time walking the alpacas in a beautiful setting, Lewis was very knowledgeable and the setting was beautiful. The animals looked well cared for. Afterwards the refreshments were delicious. Very good value for money. Thanks

After living in the area for years we finally visited the Den. Tea and a panini was ordered by both of use. We were warned of a wait, but it didn't take too long. Good quality ingredients and tasty. Well worth a visit

Popped in for a pint of beer, cheese and onion roll, and game of pool. Lovely drink and food and pleased that I won one of the games of Pool.

Previous visits have been excellent, however they were totally unprepared for the festival traffic today. Kept accepting food orders and more and more customers, despite having a kitchen that is not equipped for the numbers. Was told a half hour wait for food, fair enough, however our drinks took 25mins to arrive and the food, 50mins. Bacon sandwiches used to be amazing here, but greasy bread with undercooked bacon that looked like it had been pinged in the microwave was a massive turn off. Won’t bother again, will stop somewhere else en -route in future

We stopped here whilst having a look around Malvern, it was very busy but we were lucky enough to get a table. We had the sausage sandwich and banana bread, both were delicious and so tasty. The service was great and a nice atmosphere.
