My food tasted like soap. I will eat anything, I’m the least fussiest eater ever… but that was dirt.

Cena temprano en la noche y estábamos solos en el restaurante. El servicio fue atento! Alitas de pollo a la barbacoa, guarnición mediterránea de verduras no a nuestro gusto. Chicken Showarme era agradable, pero no excepcional, solo pollo, lechuga y papas fritas. Preciosa decoración interior. Probablemente buen ambiente más tarde en la noche.

Íbamos a ir a un restaurante diferente cercano, pero estábamos llegando tarde, así que ya no servían comida. En lugar de ir a casa, decidimos seguir caminando y nos encontramos con este lugar, ¡estábamos tan contentos! Nos dieron una cálida bienvenida en la puerta y nos permitieron elegir una mesa, el menú era fantástico y nos atendió como vegetarianos perfectamente. Teníamos el hummus y falafels que sabía tan fresco. El personal fue atento y amable toda la noche. A un precio muy razonable para la calidad de la comida (excelente) y el tamaño de la porción (¡generoso!). DEFINITIVAMENTE RECOMIENDA

Nunca he estado antes, pero este restaurante fue recomendado por mi hijo. Excelentes opciones de menú, nos quedamos con muchas opciones. La comida era abundante y muy sabrosa. Sin duda volveremos la próxima vez que visitemos Bristol.

Llegué a Bristol y después de pedir un poco de sopa para llevar del arroz y las cosas que ofrecí para comprarle un Shawarma a mi Hijo. Los he comido en Dinamarca, Ámsterdam, Londres y mi ciudad natal Birmingham, y siempre los he encontrado muy agradables. Pedimos dos Shawarmas 14 de cordero y pollo para ambos, incluyendo entre 15 y 20 chips congelados. Entonces nos dijeron que no había cordero. Repetí de cuatro a cinco veces "solo Shawarma de pollo, por favor" finalmente me entendieron. Pedí salsa Chill y dijeron que se empaquetaría por separado con nuestro pedido. Les pedí específicamente que no esparcieran la salsa blanca porque no me gusta. Estuvieron de acuerdo en que no habría salsa blanca y solo chile. Tomó 45 minutos prepararlos, durante los cuales hablamos con el Chef / Propietario sobre el chile. Nos dijo que habláramos con las chicas en el frente, sin embargo, había un hombre y una mujer en el frente que no podían entendernos. Nos dieron las comidas, no chili, volví a pedir chile, se rió de nosotros antes de que finalmente lo consiguiera. Fue entonces cuando notamos la salsa blanca en ambos shawarmas. Les señalé su atención y se encogieron de hombros. Rudo arrogante y el peor servicio al cliente que he experimentado. Los tiramos porque no nos gustan y no nos gustó el sabor de la salsa blanca. Comí afuera por lo menos 3 veces a la semana y nunca me han tratado así. Muy mal comportamiento muy grosero y triste.

Lovely little restaurant , food really good and very tasty , staff very helpful and friendly , all cooked fresh.

Un restaurante marroquí excelente. El dueño y el personal muy amable. La comida muy rica y bien preparada. El interior es como en un cuento de sultanas. Mi cumple allí era una experiencia muy agradable.

Went to Almedina for a friend's birthday. I arrived first - was not offered a drink or even a glass of water. ( No alcohol served by the way). We were a largish group of 14. For our starters - we ordered a cold mezze, which arrived late. By then more of our party had arrived so we ordered another one. First round no offer side plates. Second mezze took so long to arrive we had given up hope. The staff kept trying take away the olives etc - but after the first mezze we ordered extra bread which never arrived. The mains arrived with bread on side - which noone wanted/needed. Mostly a meat menu apart from Prawns and Sea bass. I had a sea bass - cut open and pan fried - was rather thin and not as fresh and succulent as I have had in other places. Most of the staff seemed to be new, looked smart, polite and eager but weren't really up to the job. I won't be rushing back there.. sorry!

Really tasty Arabic/ mid eastern food. Mixture of salads halloumi and chicken shish. Great tabbouleh and mixed olives. Baklava with lots of honey. Highly recommend.

Unbelievable food and equally amazing service, can’t wait to return and sample more of the extensive menu

Stubbled across Almedina purely by chance, and what a find. The menu is varied and has wide selection to choose from. Highly recommend the hummus and chicken shawarma for starters, there is plenty to share and tastes amazing. The main courses are full of flavour and portion size is incredible, needless to say it will fill you up but will leave you wanting more. An Absolutely delight and must is the bread, the garlic nan which is simply bliss. Left feeling Nourished and totally full - just the way you should from a restaurant. Highly advise if you are in the area pay a visit.

I've been several times and each one has been fantastic. The Baba Ghanoush is simply amazing which I can't get enough of :) everything I've had from the grill has been great, especially the Salmon. If you want hearty food this is the place to come as portion sizes are very generous. And the juices are superb and worth coming in for alone. The restaurant owner and staff are great.... really friendly and welcoming. One of my... if not my favourite restaurants in Bristol. Highly recommended.

Although the juices seem a bit pricey, they are phenomenal: absolutely worth it. The food was good, so was the service. I only have one complain/remark: when I order a meat wrap for this price, I expect a big wrap with a lot of meat... I do not expect (nor want) a whole portion of french fries with a small-ish wrap.

Visited Almedina on a few occasions. It is quite good with a variety of juices ( juice bar) and middle eastern food. The quality and quantity were impressive. A main course alone would leave you fully satisfied. We had a platter during our last visit...

Place looks nice and staff is friendly but not professional. It was empty bar one single other diner on a weekday lunch time and yet we were sat for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our drink order. There were at least 4 staff...

Firstly, the deco was excellent. Lovely tables and lovely and clean. Staff were also very friendly. We had the large hot meze to start which was excellent. We had the almedina special platter 2 - we were told it was for 3 people, but struggled...
