The food is appalling, it makes McDonalds look like the Ritz. it was a kids birthday party for 5 children and even though I booked it for 5 children I was still charged for 6. The restaurant told me that they could not refund it as it was booked for 6 when it very clearly was not. I had to go to reception to get a refund and to add to the stress of taking 5 children bowling! £150 for 5 children to bowl and eat terrible food that, in my opinion, they should be embarrassed to serve, seems a bit steep. I would take your money elsewhere and get better value for it. Once outside I was then told that the children could not re-enter to use the bathroom!! Avoid at all costs...

50% food before 4pm is a bonus. Bowling is nice and lunch after was a pleasant atmosphere. Food is absolutely diatribe and some mains appalling. Burgers were slabs of tasteless nothing and chicken tenders rock hard. Salad was nice and Rooster burger was amazing. Such a shame, but staff are very good and work hard.

Having sent 4 enquiry forms, contacting via social media, ringing a phone number which either no one picks up/returns your message or directs you back to the website alongside various emails sent to there email address - they where unable to have the decency to get back to me around my large booking. Obviously do not want the customers.

Me and my boyfriend went last night having booked an evening slot. We were really shocked to discover that the bowling slot is only 20 minutes. The booking system is very deceiving, I read 7:30-7:50 as an arrival time slot, not the actual bowling time. We then felt like we couldn’t even go to the bar for a drink as we were wasting bowling time. Once bowling we tried to order to the alley, they send a code via for you to access the WiFi. Unfortunately, with no phone signal in there we were unable to complete the registration for ordering. We also had the sides up on our bowling alley, I asked a couple people to lower them for us and this never happened. Overall the reason we went there, the bowling felt incredibly rushed and at £12.50 each it was not worth the money at all. The vibes is the restaurant bar area were lovely and the food came quickly. However, it all tasted like cheap oven meals and not fresh. It’s a shame as the staff serving all seemed really nice. We won’t be returning, which is a shame as we were really looking forward to our date night! I don’t seek to write bad reviews but I really wanted to pass my thoughts across. Thank you

A poor venue, all a bit depressing really. Not the fault of the staff but someone up above thinks that charging £75 for one game of bowling, half an hour with the Qbix and a really really average meal for two that only included one main is somehow OK. It isn’t really, it’s a rip off. No ribs available, so I had a £16 burger that didn’t even come with fries or salad. Charred, tasteless, a bit greasy. Rubbery bacon. I can still taste it six hours later. The “slaw” is basically a mix of raw onion with unidentified something barely drizzled on it. Inedible. Wings were ok and milkshake was very good. The bowling is fine but if there are two of you, you’re basically paying £25 for a 20 mins game. All in all, it’s daylight robbery, and there aren’t enough staff, they look either overwhelmed or bored. The manager was polite. The two stars are for them. Avoid.

First time trying All Star Lanes as a venue. Visited White City for family bowling. Booking was straightforward on line and we were helped by staff member Jonathan when we turned up. Very helpful and friendly. Pleasantly surprised with the whole venue, as thought it was just bowling, but the venue has a suave restaurant & bar area with a great vibe. Superb eye to detail on the decor. All around great experience.

Awful experience and awful customer service. I booked online and it wasn't clear until I got the conformation of booking that I had piad and my children 13 and 14 year olds were not allowed to bowl as it was after 6pm. As soon as I got the confirmation I saked for a refund or to move the booking. A customer service employee called Ceon Lindsay said "it isn't on us" and just took my money and did nothing to help us. Awful company, such a con.

Visited today with my two children and my niece. Charlotte did amazing job looking after us and making sure my daughter had the best time at the lanes; you’ve made a friend for life, Charlotte! Had lunch in the restaurant after, hot chick was excellent and my niece actually finished her burger which in her teenage language means it was amazing. Great service, great atmosphere and smiles all around!

I would advise finding a different bowling Alley. Service was slow, not welcoming or hospitable at all. It seemed no one wanted to assist us or take our order. On top of that, the quality of the food did not match the price. The only positive from this was the bowling attendants. I expected more from this lovely looking venue.

The actual food was good - there was a fair selection on the menu, with a couple of things run out. There was some confusion over whether certain meals came with fries or not, which was clarified, and we ordered. The service was friendly but very slow. This was a bit surprising as we booked for a time we expected it to be quiet, and apart from a large table, there was barely anybody else dining. When we went to pay the bill the service, some things had been added which we hadn't ordered, and others which we had explicitly clarified (the ambiguous fries again), so we asked for them to be taken off. There was some confusion between staff as how to do this, but it was sorted. Only then there was a discretionary service charge added to the bill. This isn't America - we don't do mandatory tipping, it wasn't a large booking, and in all honesty the service was overall not tip-worthy, so we asked for it to be removed. The staff member was (understandably) not happy but did remove it. I'd probably return and eat here again if included in a bowling offer, but wouldn't go out of my way to suggest it as somewhere to eat otherwise.

Hello, I have today gone in to your branch in Westfield to find out about the kids eat free during half term deal, I was being very polite and just wanted to know how it works. A young male came to speak to me but as he knew nothing about the deal so he went to ask the manager who from a distance already came across very ignorant, he then came back to me and said he doesn't know about the deal and neither does the manager, I then asked him if the girl standing there who he spoke to is the manager he said yes so I walked over to her. As I asked her if she's the manager she abruptly and very rudely replied while rolling her eyes, Yes I am and she's busy. I said that I wasn't planning on taking alot of her time just wanted to see who I can't find out from about the deal, she told me You have to wait, but she almost shouted it at me very rudely. My children got frightened from her very impolite and harsh response. I then tried to ask her what her name is and she told she does not have to give me her name and I am busy. She then told my sister her name is confidential so she isn't going to tell us but we must ask the all lanes complaints team who was in charge on this day and that's how we cld find out her name. I am absolutely disgusted by her attitude, rudeness and response. Even your security guard told he was shocked by her behaviour and he has never seen anyone behave like that while being at work. The security tried to make sure I was OK as she was terribly bad and it almost seemed like she wanted to fight but nobody had caused her any issue, and she had no reason what so ever to roll her eyes, move her neck about while speaking and shout at me. I am very very upset by this, to the point that I was shaking walking out of your restaurant. I really hope you will deal with this member of staff, as this is absolutely despicable behaviour and pls let me know about the deal for children to eat free in half term as advertised on the H&F website.

We went mid week for a team night out. We'd pre booked a game of bowling, a table to eat and a booth for karaoke. It's a great set up, plenty of room, nice decor. The 'press bell to order' service wasn't working so it took a bit of time to get drinks while we were bowling. Good selection of cocktails, very tasty at normal London prices. Had a quick game and then ate, the staff seated us early as we'd finished bowling sooner than expected. Food was orrery good, usual burgers etc but well presented and not too expensive. Service was good, best bit was karaoke. You get your own booth, can order drinks into the room. We had an hour of terrible singing, no one rushed it. Lots of fun!

Don’t bother with food. No care taken. Service on drinks slow. Design my night tried to charge discretionary service charge upfront. Alarm bells should ring. Service poor. Never pay a service charge upfront.

Excellent layout, quality of food, drinks option and entertainment inside. However the level of customer service was poor. There was no friendly greeting, staff just ignored me on entry, there were dogs within the restaurant, when asked the staff what their names were the refused to tell me saying its a no name policy, the supervisor/manager came across as being very aggressive (Gabrielle). I receive better service from McDonald's. To pay good money for a crap service its not worth it.
