The service from David was amazingly accommodation and he made our time so fun and easy whilst providing amazing customer service and hospitality

David was the best host, he was so polite and helpful!

Lovely venue in the heart of the city centre. The opportunity to sit inside and out is great. Nice-sized dishes for tapas and cocktails. It would be nice to make variations to dishes i.e. no sesame seeds on wings, change of sauces if required, and if this is an option that is already available, I will know to ask next time.

We visited as a group of 6. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we walked in. We were only going to eat and then move on, however, the experience was so good we stayed until closing! Great food, excellent service, brilliant atmosphere

What an excellent time we had at your bar. The brilliant customer service that was delivered by Tom is worthy on acknowledgement. We were visiting for a graduation celebration before heading off back to London and Tom made the experience one to remember. It being a Tuesday evening meant that the bar wasn’t too busy, so service was quick and extremely attentive. From our arrival, to our departure he ensured we were well catered for. The food was pretty decent for pub grub, service with a smile and the environment was such a delight for being right next to the station (move over grubby Weatherspoons). Should I be visiting Birmingham anytime soon, without hesitation will be visiting again. Thanks Tom and team!

I went there with my nephew for lunch. It was a very busy Saturday but all the staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the manager Helen she was brilliant. I had booked a table and she was always checking everything was OK. We'll done Helen and thank you.

I went to many branches of All bar one, this one is completely self service. Nobody greet you at the entrance and you have to find a table yourself, you order through the app and the food arrives. Staff is kept at a minimum despite it was a Saturday night. I would expect a better service than a McDonald's one on this type of establishment. Food was good though.

I thoroughly enjoy going for a social catch up with friends. However after taking two sips of my drink I was left with a whole glass full of ice. As one of the largest drinks brands in the UK, M&B should review the specifications on their cocktail menu to offer better value for money. On a Thursday night at 9.30pm there were 2-3 groups including us in the entire venue. Improving the drink volume will keep customers happy and offer better value for money. I could have stayed at home made 6 times the volume of drink for half the money. The staff team were pleasant in explaining they made the drink to their specification and nothing can be done to correct the drink. Disappointed in the drab corporate narrative around prices and value. Look at my glass after the drink was gone, leaving ice.

11 of us went to All Bar One today 01/06/2024.for my 60th birthday bottomless brunch .. our waiter for the day was Dave he has a cat called feelix... He went above and beyond and we felt he was worth a tip... just like to say Dave worked like a trogen he is a credit to you company absolutley fantastic place

Nice little bar right across from the Bull Ring shopping centre. Ordered a beer, the barman was very friendly, and the service excellent.

Fantastic service, super quick and efficient. We did bottomless brunch and we were never left without a drink for very long, which we appreciated!! Super good value for money, food was excellent and even though it was busy and our table was booked out after us, we didn't feel rushed or made to feel uncomfortable because they needed to turn the table over. 100% be back again and would recommend to anyone!!

Great staff. I had made a mistake and sat in the wrong restaurant at New St Station and ordered on the app. 20 minutes later realised my mistake & went to All Bar One New St. No problem. Bemused staff got me seated with drink and the kitchen did a great job with my paella. It is a good cook who can cook squid without making it rubbery. Would recommend to anyone.

My birthday celebration at All Bar One Birmingham New Street Station was an absolute blast! They found us the perfect table for my whole crew (25 of us!). Huge shoutout to them for being super cool about my friends pre-paying to avoid any post-party bill drama. The food and drinks were seriously yummy – everything we tried was delicious. But the real star of the show was our server, Daniel. He was awesome! Super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had the best time ever. My friends couldn't stop raving about his service. Big thanks to manager Helen too, she was super nice and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend All Bar One Birmingham New Street Station for anyone planning a birthday celebration :)

Expensive cocktails. Pineapple fizz was neither pineapple flavoured nor fizzy. £12 down the drain. £48 per round of 4 drinks, I deem a little OTT. Needless to say, we only had 2 drinks each and left. Not rush to return tbh.

Visited here during a work outing. Meals were ordered in advance. Most of our food fell short, we didn't get everything we asked for, thus we were given smaller portions (see photo's) It wasn't that busy at the time we were there, so we didn't see why they would provide us with a subpar service. The food was ok, still felt hungry after a 3 course meal. We were sat near the door and each time a customer entered or exited we felt a cold breeze. Needless to say, we shan't be returning here again.

1.Beggars keep on pestering customers at the area outside and no staff came out to make them go away,2.we asked the staff to serve us at the tables outside and even thought they said yes then they never attended to us, 3.weed smoke everywhere ....sort your service it sucks

I visited for a bottomless brunch for my boyfriend’s birthday. We had a FABULOUS time!!! The food was sooo much better than expected and our server Becky was absolutely BRILLIANT!!! This is by far the best brunch I have ever been to and i must say i’ve been to ALOT of brunches! SO many thanks to Becky!!

Decent bar, slow at serving but a decent atmosphere and loads of seats. Prices not too far off London however, expected a little less.

Called in for lunch on Wednesday ,6th with my daughter before going to the theatre, again lovely food fish and chips good value and nourish bowl with chicken substantial portion . Sarah our waitress was lovely excellent people skills,friendly and efficient. Good rapport between all the staff who were all friendly ,the manager on duty that day was very efficient and asked if all was ok as he passed our table when clearing the next table which was appreciated,simple gestures like that makes such a difference to customers unfortunately i did not take his name but a hands up to him . All in all another lovely experience .👍🙏😊

Cocktails were 2 for £13, great place to meet up with friends. Scan and order from our table was a godsend, dead easy and very quick service. When we had ordered a drink from the bar it took way longer plus the barman accidentally gave our drinks to someone else after the longest wait for them to be made. His colleague stepped in when asked to and resolved the mishap and brought over our drinks and the others that had been ordered to the table. Food was great in both portion size and taste! Really can't fault this place, we stayed longer than planned and didn't even move on to the next place we had planned to go to. Defo would visit again!

Visited many branches of the firm and had breakfast in most of them.Usually the same as I am a creature of habit. It gets smaller and smaller it seems .And they don’t seem to know what a double espresso is since they always add water to a single shot and bring it over. Maybe you should consider to update your training books guys? Nice service lovely atmosphere and a let down for something so easily fixed…

We visited All Bar One yesterday 6th January 2024 as part of a friend's and family celebrating my sons remission from Cancer. We had a late lunch starters and mains and I could not rate the service enough. Becky served us throughout our time there and nothing was to much trouble for her and other members of staff. The food was tasty and was bought out to us hot and at the same time. Would definitely return.

Came here for a drinks for a friend’s birthday. The atmosphere was fantastic and the music they had playing was brilliant. Really set us up and got us in the mood for our night out. Perfect location too.
