Best iced coffee ever! A regular here, staff always helpful and polite. Place is always clean and tidy. Food is always freshly cooked. Dogs always welcomed with a bowl of fresh water and a butcher's sausage. Today after a stressful morning I needed a nice friendly place to go. No brainer! Having passed the van for over 3 years on the school run and have resisted temptation ! So I promised my self for my 50th I would stop !!! Well all I can say it was “banging” amazing quality hot decent food reasonably priced …. We will be back !

We arrived lunchtime so expected it to be busy. But it would have been nice if they could have told us there would be a half hour wait for food, especially as we were in a car park with only 2 hours on the ticket, which we thought would be adequate for a spot of lunch and a mooch round the shops. The food was not great, overcooked fried egg, bullet peas, undercooked chips, and ham that had a most unusual flavour. And the tomato looked like it had had a fight with a flame thrower and lost. It was our first visit to Holt and this experience rather spoilt it for us. Won’t be going back. On the positive side my wife thought her omelette was delicious.

Arrived late on a Friday night and was greeted with a smile and plenty of banter, despite the fact that they had already worked a long day. Fish and chips was cooked fresh to order and was delicious. Thank you
