Alis & De-Niros in Wakefield

I've been looking for a decent take away, I'm not easily impressed but just ordered the pentathlon pizza and the Turkish kebab special. I've eaten the food, I'm full, but I' can still smell it and it's making me hungry. Great food

Ordered 2 mixed buna Currys asked for one to be mild when they arrived they were both full of pepper and mushy meat and very sloppy the chips were cold both went in the bin

Ordered a Calzone which wasn’t very tasty and the bottom was burnt, also ordered cheesecake which was small and frozen solid.

Sub par ordered a king kebab box food was hot and came within said time but was lacking lamb tikka when I rang to inform them was told they haven't done lamb tikka in four years !!!why is it described as having it included on your menu then why aren't you advertising it as a mixed kebab box nowt royle about it 🤔

To my surprise they have put the price of the full Monty box up 52 % now that's what I call inflation never again

Never disappoints! The food is always gorgeous and piping hot. Also fast delivery would 100% recommend.

Had a king prawn Dopiaza with chips. Out of this world. I like Alis & De-Niros. Curries, pizza, burgers, kebab all under one roof. It fulfills my main takeaway needs.

Note to chef: Overcooked, burnt pizzas should be put in the bin, not in a box and sent out to paying customers. !

Bought 2 pizzas and found hair in one of them. Phoned to have it replaced and they said we need to see it first. When driver came I asked for full refund. They refused and said they will look after me as I would trust to eat a pizza again after I return the one with hair! I will report them to the environmental health .

Waited over an hr for delivery. The food wasn't hot, they also got my order wrong. It's gone downhill. My last time ordering from there.

Placed order at 18.19.told order would be 40 to 45 mins still no order at 19.20.rang back told driver had just left shop on ossett rang back at 20.00 still no food rang back again told that no order had been placed another customer home

Decent enough nothing to rave about

Waited two hours for the takeaway it was cold told the driver take it back not paying for that ten minutes later driver comes back saying its a fresh one wot ever you mean microwave it never again you lost a customer

Food arrived on time and I do have to say the pizza was nice. Unfortunately the mixed kebab was not edible. The donna meat was cold (only 9 small strands), chicken was bland and like rubber. Overall disappointed and tasteless.

Fabulous food from here tonight, little issue with yoghurt sauce spilling into food in transit but full order replaced within 10 minutes!food piping hot and well tasty 👍

Been using Alis & De-Niros for a couple of years now and never had a bad meal and we have bought various curries, burgers and pizzas, if ordering online for delivery it usually arrives in the 30 minute timescale, only once have we had to chase up our order.

Ordered a kebab and some chicken pakoras and spring rolls from here yesterday, what can I say the food tasted like dog meat, infact dog meat might have been a better option for food than this place... To say it was gross is an understatement.. I will never order from here again. If more people started cooking at home, these gross takeaways would have no option but to close their doors, which probably wouldnt be a bad idea.

Delivery driver had no change left gate open so dog nearly escaped had a chicken tikka masala worst I've ever had chips cold wrong and goin there again

They wouldn't take the just eat order as it offered 20% discount on Tuesdays. We rang direct and they would take the order but no discount. I cancelled and used best osset kebab instead.

Had the pleasure of finding this little gem whilst coming up to visit some friends in Ossett from London. Food, value for money, and the variety on offer meant I ended up eating here 2 nights on the trot. Will defo be back next time I come up to visit 💪😎

Ordered online and got delivered. They forgot one of the garlic breads and whilst it did turn up after we finished eating I warmed it up and ate it the day after. I was impressed with how quickly they wanted to help resolve the error and the people here are very friendly and helpful. We all make mistakes and it's more about how you deal with them. We all thought the pizzas and extras were lovely. We'll definitely use them again :)

Okay so last night they were probably busy etc but we ordered one pizza and it was delivered wrong after an hours wait. We didn't ring the takeaway because we was that hungry so we just ate it. We couldn't fault the temperature/taste though x

Absolutely disgusting!! Just waited an hour for delivery for it to be delivered & only be fit for the bin! Only slightly warm, kebab meat was so dry and hard 🤮 Complete waste of money..will certainly never use again!!! Didn't bother ringing up as all u get is the usual we'll give discount next time.. there won't be a next time!

Disgusting just ordered and must have been sent last night's left overs. All straight in bin. Dry, hard, cold totally in edible. A disgrace that they even sent it.

Im sorry but to anyone saying this is the best kebab in ossett then you must not have a single decent takeaway service there. I ordered the grill box and it was beyond vile. I found a peice of string inside my Donner kebab. The donna meat was like chewing on an old boot. There was a piece of platic in my chips and the popcorn chicken was under cooked. Without a doubt the worst takeaway ive had in my 23 years on this planet.

Ordered and paid for food on card via just eat. When delivered, the delivery driver insisted payment hadn't been made so we ended up paying him cash. Looked on the online banking this morning to see the payment HAD gone through, and neither Just Eat or Alis &De-Niros are interested in refunding the money.

Food was very average, which was disappointing considering its premium prices compared to other local takeaways.

Sloppy tastless curry kebab not much better avoid

Never had a problem but tonight my naan looked more like a over cooked chapati. Not right shape or texture. Thrown straight in the bin. Really disappointed.

Waited two hours for a delivery having rung three times only to be told if there was a problem I'd be rung back..... no call cancelled it just after 2 hrs...... been customer over 15 yrs every week won't go again

Best take away pizza I've had!

Do not order from here!! Me and my partner both ordered calzone. I got the chicken Kiev and he got the crocodile. To start with the delivery driver took the crocodile calzone to a wrong address which I admit they sorted out very quick but when it came it didn't look anything like it should of done. Then when my partner started eating it he was half way through when he bit Into something hard!! This happened to be glass!!! When I went to call them it was closed for the night! I will not order from here again !!

Delivered early which was fine, but the food didn’t meet my expectations. The starters were nice 👍🏻 I was very surprised to find out that ‘boneless wings’ priced at £4.90 were in fact 4, yes 4!! chicken nuggets, shocking. The biryani wasn’t what I am used to and the description said ‘rice cooked with meat.....’ which it wasn’t. The ‘beef’ was dry and chewy and layered with a standard pilau not cooked with the rice as described. The accompanying sauce was a tad bland, very little spice.

All the cheese from the Pizza was on the box and not on the actual Pizza. The Pizza smelt really bad, the meat was gone off. I was surprised it was so bad to be honest. First time ordering from here and I wouldn't order from here again.

The first time the food arrived it was all clap cold, we rang and they sent out again 30 mins later, it was luke warm, kebab looked like it had been cooked 2 week ago, chips dinged in micro. To be honest my dog turned his nose up at it, never again!

A friend had just had a problem with the food he got from another take away, my food turned up, no receipt and when my friend asked if it was the food that was missed off their order the driver said yes.. So due to the driver not bringing the receipt like EVERY other driver should, I lost out on my food and with no rectification... will never go here again...

Such lovely food, I usually order from our local one and just thought I'd try somewhere else last night. I will now order from here from now on as it was so nice! Very hot food and fresh, the food came half an hour early and the delivery guy was very polite. Very good value for money too. Thank you!
