I popped in for dinner and had fish chips and mushy peas, best I’ve ever had. As I write this my mouth is watering, I was gonna treat mysen to a Sunday dinner at morrisons but it’s gonna be this place again, loads of peas and big thick cod!

This place hasn't been open for long and it was quite when we first went. The fish and chips were amazing.Top notch meal with sides and a drink each, just the two of us,was just over £20.Well the secret is out,we passed by just a few weeks later a the place was rammed.Good luck to this venture as the quality is excellent.Support this local business. They are just about to launch breakfasts with a large breakfast coming in at £6.50 with tea and toast. You can't beat that for value for money. We WILL be back soon!!

Alicia’s is spotlessly clean and the staff are helpful, lovely people. The chips are nice but the rest of the food was swimming in grease, as if it hadn’t been drained. The Portions are very generous and the gammon special was enormous, fantastic value for money. The room was very cold though which made for uncomfortable eating. I would probably just get chips and gravy to takeaway next time.

Great food, great staff you have to wait a wee bit but that's too be expected with plenty of customers due to it being a popular.
