Sometimes it's ok but most of the times they will put food that's sitting there which is like rubber.

I had a pizza there was mold and the dough didn't look fresh and I got food poisoning overall bad don't order there and there was hair on pizza ew

Been ordering from Ali Vels for years! I always get delivery and the delivery is always speedy! If they miss anything accidentally I call up and they are very apologetic and will come straight back out to bring the items! The custom options on the menu on the app are always followed! I have moved far away now and still every time I come back to Peterborough I get food from Ali Vels! Amazing food, Amazing customer service!

Cold food, not salty, they ask you if you want some vegetables (you say yes) and they put cabbage and onions instead of plenty meat how people could leave above than one star rating reviews horrible place for ordering food

The food was so salty and the pizza is the most descusting thing I have ever tried kebab meat was so salty and the boy on the till was so rude to a few people in front of me!! Never again ALSO THERE STORE ROOM IS FILTHY DIRTY

I ordered a kebab for my other half from Barnsley for him to collect as he was in Peterborough lol they forgot the salad and chilli sauce.

Paid £4 for spirals that arrived black & burnt. If you are charging that price then they should at least be cooked right. Pizza was ok but the spirals let the meal down big time.

I rang them up and they were open but within not even 5 minutes they're closed, they're not supposed to close until 1AM but they closed at 12:20

Dear all who read this. This is my first review and by god i mean every word that you read. The staff are amazing but to bad their food is not the same, i want to know what happened to ali vels food. Where did it go wrong and why? Cut backs to make money? Lack of care ? I am so upset as i used to love the £5 munch box but now i wouldnt dare even eat one. The donner meat is flavourless and the food always smells strange. I hope things change as i miss the great food at a good price.

It was far better back in the day the ingredients and donner seemed better quality don't know if they changed there supplier's,new staff or just failing because of all the competition but it's becoming one of my least favorite places to order from especially when I found out there hygiene rating was a 2 as supply by the local authority they need help or pull there finger out there arse and think it's about time to reinvest in the business

Wow first time using Ali veld 🙏 Great service, very polite on the phone. Took 30 minutes for our food to arrive. We ordered a munch box for 4 people and there was still loads left over. Great value and great food. Will definitely be my number one take out now 😊😊 From bakers lane thank you

Found this place by pure luck, I had to drop someone off at Peterborough Railway station then was going to head back east when suddenly got the urge for a quick kebab. Ordered a Doner wrap and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their doner meat.

Good food great service ..very reasonable price had the £5.00 box meal.. stuffed it is lovely chicken tikka dinner meat heaps of fries and loads of salad.. a gut buster. If your hungry this is the one. Friendly staff. Love it

Get a damn website working. Hassle to find a menu then no delivery information. Ie time start tine finish ,min delivery order any delivery charge etc. Won't use until a degree of professionalism is incorporated in advert.

I have had the worst experience last night. I ordered the chicken, doner and wedges. The doner was like rubber, wedges tasted like yesterdays just warmed and now i have food poisoning.. Disgusting

Can't ever go wrong with Ali Vels. Been a customer here for 10yrs+ the quality is always high and for the price you won't get any better..

Waited almost an hour and when the pizza came it was soggy and undercooked, when placing the order it took several attempts for the the front man to understand that I wanted topping above the cheese and even then the cheese was at the top the worst service ever rang back and they said they will send me another pizza

Muy amable, gran menú, excelente comida a precios muy razonables. También hacen más hamburguesas, pizzas, pollo frito, kebabs, pescado y patatas fritas y mucho. Todo muy sabroso.
