Amazing place, food is amazing, all fresh and good quality, all the guys are extremely polite and very fast and food is cheap, can 100% recommend and will definitely eat here again 😁

It’s very very bad the food was cold it took for ever to make my food and it was not even good and the shop smells

The chips were over cooked and we were missing items from the order. I did request a refund from Just Eat and they did refund.

absolute rip off, purchased the £28 kebab special expecting at that price it would feed at least 2 maybe 3 people, it arrived, 2 pieces of kofta about the size of a McDonalds burger patty, about 6 pieces of chicken shish, and about 10 1inch cubes of dry leathery lamb shish, it was all in 1 pitta, for £28.. they forgot the doner meat, I called and they sent some out with a couple of pittas but value for money is appalling, for £28, I'd expect at least 2 skewers of each, not 1 as was clearly given

Abit of miscommunication with one of the pizzas, but was amended straight away no problem.

Nice simple donner kebab, fresh salad and pitta. Burger meal was good and chips crispy as you like. Nothing too fancy... does what it says on the tin.

Worst kebab meat I've ever tasted.

Not impressed. Having an evening with friends and the kebabs were delivered cold without salad or sauces. Friends rang to complain and 30 minutes later the salad arrived but no sauces. Asked for replacement kebabs, but instead they delivered sauces an hour later.

Worst kebab iv had. Was dry. Over cooked. Burnt was awful. Fed it to the dog. Overpriced dog food

Absolute disgrace. 2 Kebabs turned up already cold. No salad or sources. Rang and politely told them. Half hour later salad but no source. Politetely asked for new kebabs but insisted bringing sources 1 hour later. Ordered kebabs from Nevendon fish shop round the corner which were lovely. I gave these people the chance twice to put it right and have never ever written a bad review before.

Very poor quality of food. Plenty of places to get a kebab from, will avoid this from now on.

One meal was fine but my meal was missing a side dish and dips plus the kofte was pink so very disappointed

My order was finally delivered almost an hour late even though I only live 1.5 miles away. When I called to ask when it would be here she couldn’t really give me any idea. When it was finally delivered it was stone cold. I tried to eat it but the meat was really dry with a really strange texture and I didn’t want to spend the night running to the loo. The pitta bread was all broken and greasy and the chilli sauce was completely tasteless. I ended up throwing the whole lot away. Luckily I had ordered through Deliveroo and they refunded my £15. I ended up with a bag of crisps for dinner which was 100 times better than what I’d had delivered. I only gave one star because you couldn’t do minus. I will never order from there again

Tbh I was trying to order from wickford grill (our go to) but couldn’t get through was pleasantly surprised it was very nice 😊 nice hot and tasty and very generous portions would defo order again from here :)

Me and friends went to Ali and Adams for lunch. The experience was quite unique, and the boss was very friendly and gave everyone dating advice on how to get girls. I would definitely recommend going to Ali and Adams it's definitely worth the experience to go.

Absolutely awful unfortunately, waited 1 hr 30 mins , when food turned up they had forgotten items , portions that did arrive were cold and small . Contacted them to check that missing items hadn’t just been left in the drivers car. I didn’t actually want a refund I just wanted the items which is a good job as none was offered .

I love Ali & Adam’s! My family and I come here all the time. The customer service is excellent, staff are really friendly and nothing is ever too much for them. The food is really good and well-presented and you get a lot for what you pay for.

Ordered 7 different pizzas to my house party and were all amazing. Went down a treat

Everything was great, tasted amazing and very quick. Only issue was delivery driver rang doorbell almost 9 times with elderly and children in house later at night. Of course expecting doorbell to go once or maybe twice, but definitely not as much as it did. He then just shoved bag in our face without saying anything and then left.

Brilliant food as always and hot as ever. Delivery was very quick and driver was polite. Portions are very big as always only down side is the pots of sauce don’t go very far which is my only criticism. But apart from that great as ever.

Food was stone cold, chicken shish not cooked properly, pink in middle. food portions were tiny on the mixed kebab box meal, which you don’t really expect when it costs almost £40. Enough food there to feed 1 person and that’s being generous. Was dry as anything literally like eating a kebab that’s been left sitting there for days, highly disappointed probably the worst kebab I’ve ever had. Chips were nice though despite being cold to give them 1 positive.

Delivery however was quick, probably why cos the food wasn’t cooked properly chicken shish was still pink in the middle. Kebab was dry as anything as if it was just sitting there for days.

When you buy a kebab and they charge £1 extra to have chilli sauce. Wrong. I won't be going back again.

The chips with cheese did t have much cheese for £3.50. The kebab wrap was wet as all the salad was wet and it just soaked through and fell apart. Maybe separate salad might be an idea! It’s not hard. The burger wasn’t great but passable at least. And the food was cold. I live 2 minutes from the shop and even though the driver came and we didn’t answer apparently even though we have two dogs, he went back to the shop so they could call me rather than waiting at our address and getting the shop t

The chicken wings were burnt to a crisp and were too tough to eat. The garlic bread was burnt and overall the food was just horrible. Really disappointed as we have ordered here a couple of times before and it’s been ok however this time it was rubbish.

Garlic bread nice. Kebab ok. Had cheesecake that was delivered frozen and even when defrosted looked awful. The strawberry topping looked greyish and dry. Rang to request a refund but not received.

Absolutely amazing service ! Very delicious food. Delivery really quickly and professional. Tortilla wrap fantastic,burgers also but the kebab as large could be a bit bigger as mostly this is size of the small kebab not large but apart from that all delicious and tasty! Absolutely terrible. Ordered a delivery from here and when we opened our food, there were bugs crawling around in our food. We then tried to contact the restaurant but had no response. I had to bag up our food again and drive to the restaurant in order to get a refund. The manager was rude and reluctant to refund the money even though I had taken video evidence of the bugs 10 minutes prior. The manager refuses to believe that the bugs have come from his restaurant. The restaurant itself looks very unclean and grills do not look like they have been cleaned for a long time.

Delivery was good with time Reasonable service But the food was very poor small portions Chips was to oily and squishy The sauce was old and had a plastic taste I wouldn’t recommend this place I’d avoid As left feeling very sick with the taste Over priced for non UK drinks that dose more harm than good 🙁
